The chicken and grilled meat are very good, overall it's good, I just think they need to improve the facilities. It looks dirty, but that's due to the design of the place. The bathrooms are in the center and are usually dirty, but the food is okay.

I hadn't been to Montemorelos and eaten there for a few months, but I didn't like it as much as before. The chicken was very small; I ordered half a chicken and they didn't even give me half a breast. The quality has gone down.

This is the second time I've ordered delivery and they've brought the wrong soda again. Their only solution is to apologize. I had to ask for a refund, and even then they couldn't transfer it to me (so I paid anyway). Absolutely terrible! And I didn't even mention that it didn't come with tortillas either.

I wouldn't go back there. Honestly, the place is uncomfortable. I was in a hurry and other places were packed, so I had to go there, but I didn't even finish half of what I ordered. The bathrooms were filthy. I don't recommend it.

Everything was normal except for the gorditas, which were completely raw. They were so disgusting that we paid and left immediately. The next day, we all had stomach aches. It's not worth arguing with people who don't check what they're serving the customer.

Terrible! They've steadily lowered their quality to a detestable level. The food is horrible; they send it burnt and poorly cut, and it seems like they're going out of their way to send you leftovers, the last thing left on the grill. We even got a cockroach once! It's disgusting. Seriously, ordering delivery is a nightmare. The woman who always answers and "serves you" is incredibly rude and has even hung up on me several times. You tell her to be careful to send you exactly what you ordered and that the meat isn't burnt, and it seems like she's doing it on purpose to send you something else. She's always asking, "Anything else? Anything else?" and she doesn't even listen. She's acting like she's in a hurry for you to hang up, as if she were acting like a boss. And the icing on the cake is that it took them up to two hours!!! to send me my order. And there I am, calling and calling to see what time that bitter woman decides to answer and see what's going on. I don't know how this business continues to operate! They should be shut down. Pollo Loco or Church's are a thousand times better! They're better options for eating in Montemorelos.
