A pretty usual poke place. The staff was really helpful and friendly and the food was good :)

While playing Pokémon Go I stumbled upon Poke House as I was trying to catch a Beautifly. Turns out Poke House was a beautiful catch. Amazing food, a little spicy for my friend but it was all in all a great little spot to pop in for a meal while on the hunt.

A little pricey at $110 for five bowls, plus tip...but fresh and delicious poke. The ambiance was a bit sparse.

08/09/25 Located within Del Monte Mall, Poké House is a sweet, chill dine-in (no table service) and take-out restaurant. You can order a variety of dishes, which includes making your own poké bowl, soup, and hot bowls. However, the food looked almost too good to eat. Service: We ordered three build your own poké bowls, and there was this extremely kind, chill lady that took our orders and took us through the whole procedure. Food: I love the idea of building your own poké bowl because everyone has different taste preferences! The base, protein, toppings and sauces were exquisite! The quantity of the small sized bowl was surprisingly filling and everything tasted fresh. As for the drinks, they were great! Atmosphere: The setup inside the restaurant was very clean and appealing. Furthermore, the fish decoration on the wall is stunning!

Great poke and hand rolls! You get to pick only 4 protein for your bowl but it comes with a free cup of krab and the portions are huge. The hand rolls are a bit fun and you roll it yourself.

I know this is a chain restaurant but this particular location is the best one that I’ve tried. The portions and the food prep is the best. I especially love the thicker slices of cucumbers that this restaurant holds. I ordered a pick up on 10/24/25 at around 2PM - management team, give the two guys that were working a raise!

It’s good but pricey. Lunch for my husband and I and only one of us got a drink and no add ons for their medium Poke Bowl was $48 plus tip.

Every bite was spot-on: the fish tasted like it had just clocked out of the ocean union hall, the toppings were balanced, and the whole thing was surprisingly filling. The place manages to pull off the rare feat of being both healthy and indulgent at the same time. You’ll leave wondering if you should feel virtuous for eating so many veggies, or slightly guilty for basically inhaling it in under ten minutes. Either way, it’s worth it. If Monterey had a mayor of poke, this place would already be sworn in.

Fresh fish, large portions, lots of toppings available for your choosing. Interior is clean, bright, and open. It feels more like a place for a takeout, so I did just that : grabbed poke and headed to the beach. 😉 Service was good. Actually ordered food to be picked up on the app, when I arrived at the requested time the food hasn't been made yet so when I checked in, the young lady who helped me started making my order right away.

The food is good. The only point for improvement is that the crispy chicken was slightly undercooked. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Food was fantastic! The poke’ was wonderful! They guy serving was super helpful and patient. I would give it a 5 but the sushi chef was gone and not available to make rolls so I can’t say on that end. The atmosphere was more of a take out, not so much cozy in to chill and eat. It was functional.

We're regulars. Elijah makes me not want to come back with the way he treated my wife and made my wife bowl on 2 different visits now. Bad additude, and didn't get my bowl correct. Put so much sauce he did it on purpose to make it soupy. He seemed annoyed to deal with me, a paying customer. I believe Elijah would thrive in a work environment where he doesn't need to interact with customers. Everyone else at poke house has been great. But next time we look in the window if Elijah is there we will grab food and a different place in the mall.

We got the same amount of ingredients on the site (just different ones) and this is what the bowls were like.my husbands was practically overflowing and mine was barely half full. I found myself wondering what could possibly be in this bowl to make it worth over $15.

I’ve been to several other poke house locations and thought the quality was great.. this one is unrecognizable. The fish and the toppings are both not fresh or anything similar to other locations. All of the fish was mushy and lacking flavor, the fruit is definitely thawed from frozen so it’s a mushy texture as well. Overpriced for such poor quality- I didn’t even want to eat this. Wouldn’t have thought the quality could vary so much depending on the location. Sacramento and San Francisco have a poke house and both are very good. Go there instead.

He got food onto the bar which resulted in the actual bowl being dirty and impossible to hold. I am really upset and other guests in the room at the same time reflected similar disappointment.
