It is a very organized company. I went to unload and the unloading was fast. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The facilities in general were all very good.

The state of the Enel toilets is deplorable, they allow operators to use them while they are inside the plant waiting for a couple of rolls to be unloaded, for which they make you wait more than three or four hours. The receiving manager is as despotic as they come and makes fun of you, but it's a really disgusting company. My opinion.

If you are a tractor-trailer operator and you are unloading material, it takes too long; the average unloading time is approximately 12 hours.

If you are a steel supplier, be prepared for the forklift driver to stay chatting and/or go on Facebook for more than 5 hours. After you come to unload, the total delivery time is 11 hours.

Solo descargan de noche el material de Ternium y mientras tanto los choferes esperan afuera todo el día bajo los rayos del sol un trato inumanitario ya que con estos calores puede dar un golpe de calor insolación o desidratacion sean más considerados y pasenlos....
