Olive Garden Monterrey Reviews
I loved the service at this location. The staff was very friendly and quick to serve me, always with a smile. The desserts arrived in good time and with the Dairy Queen-like quality. The place felt clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely return and recommend it for a sweet treat with friendly service. 🍦
Dairy Queen is a classic American ice cream shop that never fails to satisfy. Their Blizzards are a must-try, with a delicious blend of soft serve ice cream and mix-ins like Oreos, cookie dough, or M&M's. Also, Dairy Queen's ice cream cakes are perfect for celebrations!
I love it !
You can never go wrong with a DQ big ice cream after a nice meal.

Small Business places but people who works there are fast!
They have already raised the prices but if you are craving a delicious ice cream and an unusual flavor it is a good option, right now they have the novelty of a smoores flavor like roasted marshmallows in a cookie, but it has nothing to do with marshmallows 🙃 it has pieces of chocolate and ground maria type cookies, I ordered it with cheesecake on the side which is my favorite ingredient, but without a doubt I will stick with the combination of banana with cheesecake or cheesecake with brownie 🤤 my girlfriend ordered a strawberry pie and I thought it was going to be the same white vanilla ice cream with strawberries and cheesecake, but I don't know if the strawberries were ground with the ice cream or if the ice cream was strawberry but the strawberry ice cream tasted very good 😋 in short the new smoores flavor is not worth the expense 😬
Good place to enjoy an ice cream dessert, their specialty is the blizzars with many flavors and combinations, including several special flavors each month. They also sell chocolate ice cream popsicles, malted frost frappes, and even snow cakes. Reasonable price, average ticket 100 for 2 people. There are constant promotions and a chair to eat there, although I do not recommend it since there is little space. They have a terminal to pay by card and the staff is pleasant.
I went to Dairy Queen with high expectations, and honestly, the experience was mixed. The best thing, without a doubt, is the service: the staff is very friendly, fast, and helpful, which is always appreciated. As for the ice cream, it's okay, but nothing out of the ordinary. The flavor is pleasant, though not special enough to justify the price, which I found a bit high for what they offer. They're not bad, but they're not amazing either. In short, it's a place with very good service, ideal if you're looking for friendly service, but if you go expecting spectacular ice cream for the price, you might leave with higher expectations than what you actually find.
Classic ice american cream shop. Better going to some local ice cream shop, better and cheaper, like michoacana or Helado Sultana
The truth is that it is one of my favorite ice creams, but they are a little pricey. It's when you want to treat yourself, except that at this Nuevo Sur branch I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. The guys who serve them don't follow the instructions well, and in the large blizzards they don't usually prepare it correctly, and half of the blizzard ends up "plain" without the flavor you chose. But it depends on the guy who serves you, although this has happened to me more than 10 times. I'LL ADD A TICKET to verify that I go often and a photo of my blizzard; about 1/3 down it's completely white.
The staff are friendly, however, the service is very slow. The ice cream machine can't keep up with more than ten orders, and the ice cream is served almost melted. They should consider improving this aspect.
Terrible service; the attitude of the guy delivering the orders is awful. If you don't want to have a bad time, don't even stop there.
I ordered a mixed berry milkshake, they made a mistake and gave me a strawberry one. Esteban was handing it to me, but I told him I ordered mixed berries, not strawberry. He turned to the other guy and said it was mixed berries... and the other guy made a face like, "Oh yeah, it's mixed berries..." That's the worst! They try to pull a fast one on you... yes, they're mixed berries, but they taste different... admit your mistakes and take responsibility... the customer pays for what they want to eat! Terrible service!
