Terrible service, misleading advertising. They show you an individual package of pizza, chips, and cannellini, and they only give you a mini pizza and 5 pieces of mini cannellini and chips? And they don't decide to pay $189 for that. It's not really what you paid. They're deceiving you with what they offer, with what they give you. Truly terrible.

I've been there several times recently, and they've improved a lot! Both their service and quality are excellent (although sometimes we, the customers, stress them out because I understand we're limited in terms of bus departures. Just don't be too harsh on them). Anyway, go and rate them yourselves.

First of all, their customer service is terrible. You've barely ordered anything before they rush you and give you a really bad look. The pizza leaves a lot to be desired, to be honest. I don't recommend this pizza.

No respetan las promociones publicadas, confunden a los usuarios con sus promociones al agregar etiquetas de precios que no respetan en promociones, el área de comida está sucia. El personal es atento.

The treatment I received from the staff (which I had) was horrible; they responded as if they had something against you. I also ordered a special offer that included pizza, fries, and bacon, but the bacon wasn't included.

The dining room closes too early; you can only order takeout after 7:00, even though they close at 10:00. The individual pizzas have very little variety. The service is very slow. They take a long time to deliver the fries. The only redeeming feature is the friendliness of the young people who serve them. I only half-recommend it if you're really hungry or have a serious craving.

LA CALIDAD VA EN DECLIVE.....dan pizzas de sabe cuántas horas de elaboracion....Me tocó una dura y con orillas verdosas. Reclamaba 2 personas diferentes y dicen k las acababan de hacer. Senos regrese a uno de ellos y le pedí que se la comiera....y ya saben que hizo..la desecho.!!!!👎👎👎👎👎 ANTES....te esperabas 20min. Y te la entregaban calienta...!!!!! Muy mala atención, son groseros y tardan más de 40 minutos en entregar una pizza. El lugar está sucio y descuidado. El personal está mal capacitado.

You say hello, but they don't say hello back. VERY DIRTY, the tables are full of trash, and they ask you to throw away the trash other people left on the table and clean it up with their dirty rags. I know that as service users, we should pick up our trash, but at least they should keep the tables clean.

September 6, 2021 The staff takes a very long time to serve customers. It's very dirty. They don't have the advertised promotions. They don't give receipts, and even though I asked for an invoice and gave them all my information, I never received one. It's best to change the staff, otherwise no one will continue shopping at that branch.

The facilities are really dirty. I asked for two extra napkins to clean a table, but they refused. They told me that if I wanted, they could lend me a cloth (dirtier than the table) to clean wherever I wanted to sit. Terrible service.
