Excellent service, great cars for sale, pre-owned models from 2022 to 2024 with very low mileage and fuel-efficient. Highly recommended! Ask for Alejandro Rodriguez. Excellent service, he explains everything really well, including the cars' performance, power, safety, etc., and of course, financing options. Remember Alejandro Rodriguez... he knows his stuff and explains everything super well.

I went to get my car serviced, but the only thing I didn't like was the wait time. It took me an appointment to drop it off, and picking it up is the same: an hour each way.
Excellent, always the best cars, and Edgar Elizondo as my advisor helped me make the best decision.
They were very attentive and friendly. I took my car in for a checkup and repairs; it was a bit pricey, but they let you know beforehand if you're okay with the work. I liked the dealership.
They have good offers for car maintenance.

The prices are a bit high, almost like a new one. I didn't find as many options as I did at other Car Ones. The facilities are nice, and on the side of VW, you can compare prices if necessary.

Excellent sales service. Terrible service from the finance company. It took a month to get the vehicle, even though the loan and paperwork were processed immediately. I'm happy with the car but very disappointed with the finance company's treatment; I would recommend going through a bank instead.

PESIMO! Te dan el carro sin mantenimiento, después de pagarles no te contestan; te dan largas, para dar el mantenimiento te citan y te cancelan, porque no lo han autorizado!!! No lo recomiendo.
I just saw the Facebook post with screenshots as evidence, and I was honestly shocked! I was going to request a quote, but after reading everything their employee did to the woman and how they got away with it, I'd rather not buy from them! I absolutely do not recommend them. Thank goodness social media exposed this and saved us from a terrible experience. They clearly don't care about their customers, or about the people outside their store.
Compared to VW in Guadalajara, they leave a lot to be desired. I arrived five minutes late to my appointment, the agent took another five minutes to greet me, and he complained about being ten minutes late. When I pointed out that it was five minutes for him and five minutes for me, he just gave me a dirty face and rushed me through the process. Regarding technical issues, the inspection is more thorough in Guadalajara, the feedback is less extensive here, and they don't have taxi service for when you drop off your car.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. I paid and sent all the paperwork over a month ago, and due to their mistakes, they haven't delivered the vehicle. I've called and messaged them, but they don't respond, and they still say it will take a month to refund my money. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEIR SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!
Disgusting service, they don't even know what they're doing, they just keep putting things off, they say something was done wrong, and they make you go around in circles in vain even though you've already paid for everything.
Terrible service in every way. Don't go to this agency/repair shop, you'll regret it.
