MY BUN WAS SO STALE. dang you burger king. you are thebest fastfood and your people flub it everytime. so sorry, but MANAGER, girl at the mic needs to pep it up a bit. drive thru and order from her sometime. and my bun on my whopper was like crumbling stale- younknow about a mile away and i was PO'D in a big way.MANAGER- YOU ARE ACROSSVTHE STREET FROM INN OUT AND ON A FREEWAY EXIT. My girlfriend order the fish sandwich plane fresh out of the fryer to go. Very simple order to go was going to eat in the car. When we open the fish sandwich, it wasn't even hot definitely not out of the fryer. My girlfriend went back in to get it right. When she went back in to get a fresh one out of the fryer.They argued with her and told her that was fresh. She told them just touch the sandwich.They refused to touch the sandwich.It was cold not hot. She asked for their names and they refused to give her her names.Then finally someone did. Arenesto refused to get her a fresh one out of the fryer and refuse to touch the fish sandwich that we were served. This could have been a simple fix but instead we got a refund. They should have just remained her sandwich, and that would be the end of it. Absolutely terrible customer service. Hire better quality people. Placed a pick up order since I was on a time restraint and drive through was closed and had cones blocking it. Ran inside with my son for the kids meal and realized when we got to the car the new kids meal toy advertised of the TMNT was not in the bag and it was some type of baby hamburger toy. I went back in and asked and they said they do not have any. These are new kids meal toys advertised and that is the only reason we purchased. Food was cold and quality was not good. Overall disappointing

This is absolutely terrible. My mother ordered a 3 burgers, place didnt even give her the third one. I called the burger king place to complain about this, they dont even pick up their phone because the phone is NOT in service!!! Now my mom doesnt have any dinner to eat tonight because of their bad service. I filed a complaint online i cant even speak to anyone because none of their phones working or are either busy. This place NEEDS TO BE CHECKED. This is terrible service they dont even deserve 1 star, they deserve 0 stars. Im heavily dissapointed in you burger king.

Most disrespectful person I have ever met in any Burger King, I wanted to talk to a manager to report her, she wouldn’t give me her name. She needs to take ESL classes, her English sucks. Fired her. Burger King contact me I have a whole video that shows what kind of employee you have working at your restaurant

Place an online order for pick up at 6pm almost $70 and no one was answering for the drive thru. Waited 40 minutes. Multiple other car waiting and leaving, doors locked so I couldn’t go in. Tried to contact support to get a refund but have to wait 24-48 hours for a response. If they store is closed they need to issue a refund right away Now I have no money to get my family dinner for tonight Completely ridiculous

They always get your Oder wrong. They never give enough sauce and the right amount of chicken nuggets or the customized toppings. Bad atmosphere.

They are TERRIBLE. You made mistakes on your meal( ordered whoppers and wraps) which gave us wraps and chicken nuggets. No apology and took the nuggets back which probably give to other guests after their server to ppl. Wraps showed on menu screen $2.99 but when you order will be $3.49. So we got the whoppers which there wasn’t any sauces in the burger and the manager tried to tell me whoppers just patty meat and bread and lettuce in the burger. She needs to look up how to make whoppers to able to work there. Can’t figure your basic product. And when we address the issue she had TERRIBLE Attitude and didn’t try to make any adjustment and asked” whats your issue “. Duh!!! I asked get refund and manager walked away said “OMG”. That’s why Burger King’s business is freaking slow like this.

I came here as I placed a mobile order December 1st 3:30 and spent over 30$ just for the worker to say “We’re not serving any fried food”. Place mobile orders at your own risk. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any Burger King

Bruh their soda machine dont work for the dine in area. They only allow one refill per cup. Burgers were good, chicken nuggets are rubbery and taste burnt....
