Noah's Bar & Bistro Morgan Hill Reviews
Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Food is awesome and the staff is so polite and wonderful. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves to eat out and wants to enjoy a restaurant ambiance.
Absolutely famous gathering for 60 or so people a week ago. The food was great. Servers were attentive when needed. Just a lovely afternoon outdoors.
I made reservations for our family to begin our July 4th celebration. The reservation was for all 15 of us for the night of July 3. This was the same night of the 4th of July street dance held in Morgan Hill. The whole downtown area of Morgan Hill was crowded. Noah's was crowded. When we arrived, our table was ready and set up. I had two more family members who decided to join us at the last minute. No problem at Noah's. We were waited on as if we were the only folks there. We had perfect service and delicious food! Everyone raved over their food. Thanks to Noah's Bar & Bistro for helping to make this 4th a spectacular memory for my family!
One of my favorites places in downtown Morgan Hill. Friendly and happy environment. Terrific service and servers. Food is delicious. The owner, Sadik, is a super happy guy.
The food is excellent! I never had anything at Noah's that I didn't absolutely love! The staff are friendly and very attentive! Sadic and Billy are the best! They know the business and it shows!
My wife and I love this place!!! Sadik and his family are super hospitable and kind people. My wife loves the Steak Sandwich and my go to is the Cajun Trio. YUM! I’m happy to see that Covid brought them back even stronger!!
VERY attentive staff. Made ordering, even waiting, very easy as they are a popular place in town. Food was delicious too. Prices pretty good, too! Good selection of beer and wine. But the service is exceptional!
I went on a double date here. The food all around was great. We had the burger, some sea food, and steak. Everything turned out great. Our waiter as nice and was able to provide us with answers to any of our questions.
Nice casual atmosphere for food & drink. Sat @ the bar & received great customer service. Chicken skewers were very good & their overall pricing is quite reasonable. I'll be back...
Great food, exceptional staff. Will definitely be back!!
Om nom nom. So good. I find that ordering something with steak included, like the sandwich or adding it to a salad, is the way to go. The steak sandwich is mouth watering good. We definitely love Noah's for their amazing food and the service is decent.
I love this place!! When I’m in the mood for a good steak, fine glass of wine, and delicious lava cake…..I go to Noah’s Bar and Bistro. Billy and Sadik will make certain that you have the time of your life.
Stopped on a Google map recommendation...We chose well. Place is comfortable, food is tasty, and the servers are attentive and friendly. Even packaged my extra sauce for left over in a separate container - very thoughtful!
This place is delightful. Great ambience, great service and great food. Agreed that it's a bit of a distance away from all the other similar but way more expensive places in the South bay. Still it's worth the drive.
Pozole is off the hook here. Service is excellent everytime we go, super friendly and everything I've ordered has been very good. The key lime martini is really good too.
I love Noahs Bar & Bistro! We hosted a large party for Genesis Security and were greatly impressed with the menu selection, food quality, and service. A big shout out to Sadik and Billy who really know how to show us a good time. We thoroughly love the rib eye steak and cheese fondue (but no brocoli). My only complaint is that this place is not open on Monday's. 5 Stars!
Really good food. With quarantine happening we got our food to go. We had stuffed prawns, spinach and artichoke pasta, and Noah’s burger. I’d recommend all of them. The pasta was a large serving so be prepared.
We didn't rate food because we didn't eat there. Just stopped by for what I thought was going to be a mimosa, and turned out to be a double pour of champagne with a splash of orange juice on top. 🤣🤣🤣
I went here with a large group for a special luncheon this week. The entire staff was extremely friendly and kind. Sometimes getting a group is annoying for the wait staff, but they visited and joked with us. We felt very welcome. Everyone enjoyed their food and it was served quickly. The appetizers were delicious and so was my meal. I'm definitely going to be coming back to check out the regular menu!
Excellent menu and service. Be sure to try the clam and mussels appetizer if it fits your palate. First time in the area, but this will become a routine stop on return travels.
Went there today with the kids. The staff was great and tended to our need. The food was fantastic! I had the Mahi Mahi dish, wife had the salmon with mango chutney, son got the seafood linguine and daughter the regular burger, they all loved it. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, bar has good drinks as well. Friendly staff, excellent food and drinks... and to top it off it wasn't expensive at all. Definitely recommend this restaurant and I be a regular for now on (worth the 20 min drive) First impression was great and will make me return... Joe
Great food and family friendly.
We celebrated our daughter's birthday and our son-in-laws birthday here! They are only 4 days apart. This was their #1 choice for bar, food and ambiance. We loved it and will be back. All our food choices were excellent, even the children's menu. The service was excellent also.
Fantastic Service from Wyatt and team. Great seafood dinner. Everyone liked the meals wonderful eating experience , outdoors but private. Need to work the Bruschetta recipe..Try Rosy's..
Great drinks, food and service. Try the fondue dip, best we've ever had!
Omg.. the seafood pasta was delicious perfectly cooked great taste. The pesto salmon was huge the pesto tasted freshly made. One thing is no bread was offered. ..the pasta was so good glad there was no bread. The service was spectacular as well.
All of the food is delicious and beautiful. The service is good and I recommend eating there. Their Salmon Pesto Cream Pasta especially to me was a explosion of heaven, and I have teared up because it was just so good. Noah's is the place to go for a good eat and great time. :)
Consistently great food with reasonable prices. Always a good wine selection with great pours coming from the bar. No concern needed when ordering a steak as it will always come out how it's ordered (I prefer mine medium rare). Pastas are always cooked perfectly al dente. Great selection of mostly house-made dessert. Most importantly they treat their staff and guests like family members. I once witnessed the owner (Sadik) toss out a drunk customer that was yelling homophobic slurs to the straight bartender. Also a great date spot with nice alfresco seating available.
Wow. Best service of our whole trip! So grateful to have stumbled upon this place. The food was amazing, delicious and plentiful. The attention and service were top notch. And for all at a great price. Would make this a regular if it weren't 14 hours from home.
I’ve been to Noah’s many times over the years and I’ve always been very happy with the service, food and drinks. When I’m in Morgan Hill, Noah’s is where I go when I want a delicious steak. Their appetizers and cocktails make this my favorite local place to go for happy hour.
Sadik and his crew are friendly and provide excellent service. The steak sandwich was amazing. Tomato basil soup was delicious. Love the family atmosphere and an excellent restaurant for graduations, birthdays, etc.
One our top new favorite restaurants. Sadik Cindy and their beautiful mom were so hospitable and welcoming . Also nick was awesome and his service was great. My husband and I took our Moms and it was a beautiful and delicious experience. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a great restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. Thanks for everything
The staff is really accommodating. Billy was awesome in accommodating our large group of 14 with short notice. The menu is eclectic with options for every taste preferences. The food was delicious. Cindy our main server and her supporting crew were very attentive and fun. We had a great experience and encouraged any to gave a meal here.
We came from out of town and felt so delighted to find this wonderful restaurant! Every bite of our appetizer, salad and entree were absolutely amazing! Couldn't have been more delicious! Billy provided excellent, friendly service! The wine and martini were delicious also! We will visit again when we are up this way! Do yourself a favor...eat here!!!!
This is one of the most welcoming restaurants I have ever gone to.
A special dinner with a dear friend was shared at Noah's this week. A friend was in town, she asked me where I wanted to go, we choose Noah's. It's been many months if not a year since we ate at Noah's, they did not disappoint. My girlfriend enjoyed the Mahi Mahi with mash potatoes and vegetables while I selected the Salmon Pesto Pasta with artichokes and sun dried tomatoes. The meals were piping hot and very tasty. The server was very attentive and prompt with our drinks, meals and scrumptious Lava Cake. Thank you Noah's for the dependable and reliable meals and service!
Susan our server was amazing. This is a family owned an operated restaurant. The food was delicious, service was the best I've had in yrs. My mother was waitress 35yrs so I have much respect for them and how hard it is to find good service. My family and I will go here again an recommend it to everyone we can. Can't say enough nice things about this place. We loved it.
So delicious! We had the 4 cheese fondue, OMG! melt in your mouth! The perfectly cooked veggies and bread that go with it is out of this world! Salmon sandwich had the perfect piece of salmon to veggie and bun ratio, I picked the Chipotle sauce, beyond AMAZING! My husband had the steak sandwich, he said the steak was so tender and delicious! The steak could be cut with a spoon! Definitely recommend eating here!!
Calamari was delicious, Noah's hamburger was flavorful and larger than expected. The seafood linguini had plenty of seafood and a wonderful sauce to accompany. I had hoped for linguini and clams but was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this dish. The wait staff was warm and attentive without being overbearing. Thank you for a lovely evening.
We got a few dishes/drinks. Their local beer/wine options are limited but they have lots of non local options. Food wise. The pasta dishes with seafood were very rich and flavorful. The portion are very generous and the fish tasted fresh. Especially the rich creamy pesto pasta with salmon was superb. The California chicken sandwich was pretty good, nothing crazy special though. But the soup of the day (chicken corn chowder) was tasty and perfect for a cold night. Their service was ok. They were pretty busy so it’s understandable. Only real complaint: their heaters are not at all enough and not placed appropriately. We were pretty cold the whole time. Perhaps best if they got some portable smaller heaters like the restaurant next door. Other than that it’s a great spot with decent prices and a wide range of flavors/options! Also great kid meal options.
Best dinning experience we've had on our vacation. Special of the day was beef stroganoff, wife said it was excellent. I ordered the seafood linguini, salmon, shrimp, clams, and green mussels. It was the best I've ever had. Our server was super friendly and very knowledgeable on all dishes on the menu.
First off this is a very cozy restaurant that has always left the best impressions!! The hospitality and host/service is top notch. The dishes are excellent and delicious. The drinks are just as great. I will always recommend this place to everyone. What we had: The Sadik Sangria: beautiful tasting Sangria Susu Tequila infused cocktail: if you love mint this is for you! Cindy's chocolate Matin: This is just adult chocolate milk. It was so good!!! For the appetizer: Stuffed Prawns For dinner: Steak sandwich and the Sausage Penne pasta You will not be disappointed.
Had the stuffed prawns as an appetizer and it was a delicious start to a wonderful meal! We also tried the Pozole soup which tasted authentic and delicious. For the main courses, we had the seafood linguine and the cajun trio pasta. The seafood linguine was delicious and the cajun trio pasta was spicy and very delicious as well. Service was terrific. I believe the owner was the manager assisting the staff and he was very attentive. For drinks, we tried the sangria and the house merlot. Both were very good. The restaurant itself is a tad small but comfortable and with a good vibe. Overall, a very nice experience. Will be returning!
Delicious food. My wife had the salmon with creamy pesto sauce pasta and I had the chicken parmigiana. Both were Soo good. Service is impeccable and the staff very nice.
Great Seafood Linguine and Mahi Mahi Salad. Service was amazing with all of the staff greeting us and thanking us for coming in.
Came here for Valentine's day and had a great meal. The food, service and ambiance were excellent. Had the steak and lobster, both fantastic and cooked to perfection. The potatoes and veggies were also tasty. Had sangria that was strong but smooth and flavorful. Highly recommend this place.
Noah's Bistro did not disappoint! My salmon Sandwich was delicious, and the choice of three different mayos was a nice customization option. I chose the pesto mayo, and I would get it again. Atmosphere, presentation, and service were all solid. The plates brought out for appetizers were noticably dirty, but this was pretty inconsequential.
Great experience today for a lunch date with my hubby. Food was outstanding. Service was great. Will definitely be back.

Good food. Nice menu. Shrimp artichoke fusilli lacked any depth of flavor --lacked seasoning which would have made the dish perfect!
Great food fun atmosphere... But a little too noisy at times. It would be great if the dining room area could be made a little quieter.... Absolutely love their flat iron steak.
Food: 2/5 Had the beet salad, beets were frozen, watery and bland. You can do better, at least get pickled canned beets. Other food looked good. Meh tap list, decent wine list. Service: 5/5 Price: 4/5
Food was really good. Service was alright. Not a bad place at all. Only bad thing was when the server spilled the cup of water on me and my phone. Pretty much left my pants wet all through brunch. And as for my phone, thankfully its water resistant.
Stopped here for a few drinks and they were tasty and strong. The staff was nice and the bartender even made a drink for us we found online so they take care of their customers. I'll be back again to try the food.
I enjoyed my experience there. I went there to meet up with friends to have dinner and drinks. The bartender was very personable and I also met a fellow customer that was very friendly. Looking forward to returning again.
Sunday night dinner. A few patrons for sinner but most sitting at bar. Timely meal served. All good flavors.
First time at Noah's. Our server was excellent. I had the Chinese chicken salad & it was excellent. The grilled chicken was slices of breast that was very tender & delicious. My husband had Noah's burger. It looked good with strips of crispy bacon on top & he said it was good. Our friend had the grilled cheese. She said it was soft & tasty. The disappointment for both of them was the fries. You get lots but they are thin, tasteless & dry. The ranch dressing we ordered for the fries was thin & also had no real ranch flavor.
The service was great! The entrees and bread pudding were great! BUT the fruit cobbler was disgusting. It was honestly worse than something you would get at a fast food place. The strawberries were not fresh and were chewy (that’s a first - if I didn’t see strawberry seeds in it I would have thought it was strawberry flavored gummies!) AND it tasted like it came out of the freezer. Noah’s - please take this dessert off of the menu or offer a fresh fruit version, it’s terrible! Also, one of the dishes came with fries and they were cold. There were two times that the servers brought drinks to our table that we didn’t order. Not a huge deal, but a little odd that they would so easily mix up the tables. Overall, I’m still glad we went and would likely go back in the future.
My first time there for lunch. We were 6 people. The service was friendly and fast. The burger I had was tasty. Everyone else in the group eas happy with their food too. I have been there for Happy Hour. The food was good then too. They replaced the old seating. That was a welcome surprise. The old seating was kind of sticky.
The service was great and the food was delicious - and reasonably priced. We like the ambiance in the bar. I'm showing my age when I comment that it is very noisy in the restaurant - the five of us had trouble holding a conversation - but that seems to be the trend in restaurants nowadays. All in all we had a wonderful dinner and I will definitely go back again.
Food was good. Got the flat iron steak. Cooked perfectly. Sides were a bit strange. My wife liked her burger. Only complaint really is that the cocktails weren’t very good.
Overall, the food was good with a lot of variety on the menu. The atmosphere felt a bit off because of the number of people and many of them were very loud. It seems like people, in general, are losing their courteousness for others while in a public space. The tables are very crowded into the space in the dining area. It also seemed dark in the dining area and it was a bit difficult to read the menu. The service was very good! We were greeted when we arrived, and the table service was friendly and swift. I would recommend this restaurant, but might sit outside on the outdoor patio space next time.
Food selection has a variety of salads, sandwiches, pasta and steaks as well as fish plates. The mahi-mahi and top sirloin are my favorites. There is also a great selection of appetizers. Then there is a full bar with lots of choices. We recently had a 20 person family lunch. The service was perfect. We did have a few food issues but the staff took care of us. Our family has gluten allergies, dairy issues and vegan preferences. The staff gave us a private back room area which was great for us. We will return
First time here and came with a group. I was able to make a reservation via the website. We went on a Tuesday at 6:30 and we had the place to ourselves. Waitress was very kind and attentive. Everyone got drinks and we shared appetizers. Everyone ordered different entrees including salads, pastas, and burgers. They were all pretty tasty. I wanted the Beets & Goat Cheese Arugula Salad but they unfortunately were out of goat cheese so I got the Southwest instead. It was our friends birthday and they offered her a free dessert and we bought another. Good service and will come back to try something different.
Great food and drinks! Really nice attentive staff too. The entrees are not huge like other places, I still had room for dessert. I got the salmon burger and bread pudding dessert. The lava cake is yummy too
Place was really nice, our sever Jennifer, was upbeat and kind. She was very attentive to what my party needed. Food was good and of course the drinks were spot on too. Didn't get the photo of the food lol
Noah's was great! I had the "Noah's special pasta" which was good. I think it could've been a bit better if the sauce was a bit more spicy, since it utilized poblano chile, but ultimately that is my taste. It was still great and filling. The servers were great and very kind as well.

Excellent service, group of 6 and most meals were very good.
Loved this place! The atmosphere and service were top notch! Susu, Ethan and Nick are the BEST! Super friendly, helpful and made us feel right at home. I would have loved to give 5 stars, but my dinner wasn't good. I ordered the shrimp, artichoke pasta, which was supposed to be a cream sauce, not creamy at all, actually kind of greasy...I couldn't eat it. I can't say enough about the wonderful staff out front...maybe the cooks can take a chapter from their play book.

We had dinner at Noah's for first time with friends. The waitstaff was very attentive. However, the following are my observations regarding the full experience. AMBIENCE: the bar has at least one tv. Also there's a "lounge" in the same room. That makes it a sport bar/lounge (???). We sat at the back room, which was bright, very bright which suggests it's also a family style restaurant. WINE LIST: pretty good selection, including local wines. Reasonable prices. The server came to the table holding glasses like they're full and asked who's trying it first. When the ok was given he filled glass of taster first. FOOD:Started with a salad to start. The salad came first and was big enough to share between four of us. Then ordered Chicken Parmesan, Artichoke Pasta, New York steak and Rib-eye steak for diner. Minutes later they notified us no Rib-eye was available. No problem, we ordered something else. The Artichoke pasta was ok, as well as the chicken Parmesan which suggested us it was chicken cutlet, but was half chicken with bones and melted cheese on top. Also was "almost ok". The New York steak was ordered medium rare and was cooked to perfection. The salad ordered first was perfect for the steak, so we're enjoying it like that, but a waitress came and asked us if we want a container for the salad... which we were still eating... then, 5 minutes later comes again and asked us if we wanted another glass of wine, not noticing we had a bottle at our table... OVERALL: A restaurant with multiple identities, Sports bar/ lounge/family style restaurant, with a nice wine menu, a dinner menu that could be improved (both in BOH and in the menu itself, an attentive staff that could make the experience even better if trained for it. I'm pretty sure I'm missing something in my notes. I really wanted to give our waiter a few tips from my long experience in the industry but don't wanted to make him feel I was putting him in the spot. I wish you the best and I might visit you when back to the west coast.
Food was good, service was bad!! There was 3 of us they brought 2 waters and we had to ask for the other one. One of our party order a salad and a side of fries., we had to ask for them three times we finally got as we were finishing our dinner!!!!
Just ok! Nothing special about it besides their (owners) kids that were helping there! So cute! The food we chosen I thought would be healthy/tasty, but it wasn't! The half chicken was greasy/tasteless and the veggies were with too much butter and no seasoning. The salmon that my husband got was again just ok a very small piece not much seasoning!
The food was fine, not amazing, not terrible, but the service was such a mixed bag. Water showed up pretty instantly, but that was about it. Our waiter was friendly and informative enough, but it took forever to come to our table to take our order, the food took quite some time to show up, and despite all of the slowness, 2 or 3 staff all showed up at almost the same time when they did show up, which also created some confusion. And they didn’t get our order quite right. I’d call the place about 1/3 full while we were there right at mid-day on a Saturday so it didn’t seem like they were overly busy. Maybe short staffed?
Good for sandwiches and appetizers. Dinner fish dishes were disappointing
Nicer interior than other bars, good service. The food was on the simple side, bland taste, red wine way too warm. Big portions though if you go to still your hunger.
The drink service was very slow. Got our drinks after our just after our entree and we even ordered an appetizer. The cajon chicken pasta was excellent though as well as the Sea food pasta. The special pasta was super bland. We ordered an old fashioned that was terrible (it came pink, so that should say it all). And the thier dirty martini was mostly brine. Even played it safe with vodka club soda and it was mostly vodka. They really need a good bartender to elevate their bar. Their wiskey selection is super basic. Overall their food service and hospitality was very good.
Service was great food was good, pricy for Italian food I did enjoy my visit just wish I'd have the option to tip accordingly. Was a slow night and we were a party of 6

How is this restaurant 4 and 1/2 stars? The food is bland. We ordered ceviche, a burger, Asian salad, fondue, seafood linguine, and a NY steak. The best thing was the seafood llinguine and it was just meh. We didn't eat more than half of any dish and didn't take anything to go. The only redeem thing was the service. The service was excellent. We wouldn't recommend this restaurant and won't try it again.
Good servers & atmosphere. The physical layout is not good because too much distance between the various seating areas and the kitchen, so takes longer for servers to move about . Food is mid at best. Example the side of sauteed veg is just large dice bell pepper w a couple of slices of zuccini no seasoning. The low effort florentine is deep fried boneless chicken covered in bland white sauce w added spinach, no seasoning. Yawn. Are diners in Morgan Hill really so easily impressed ? At least expect some seasoning in the food like garlic & herbs.
The service here is always wonderful. Very attentive and warm. Drinks were good. But food was not especially for the price point. Steak was well overcooked, sides were cold, calamari was just weird. Atmosphere was worse. Dining out is expensive, this wasn’t worth the money.

The staff perfectly responded to our low energy group. The food was unremarkable. We ordered the rib eye medium well, which came well done. The potatoes and cooked veg was interesting and yummy. The mahi mahi salad was run of the mill. The fish was way over cooked and dry.
Service was good. Don't order the salmon sandwich. Small piece - about 2 oz, was overcooked and bun was stale. Coleslaw had good flavor but slaw looked old. Beware
Disclaimer: we arrived an hour and 15 minutes before closing. In addition to all seven of our entrees being subpar (ranging from salads to burgers to pastas), it took an abnormally long amount of time to receive our main courses. Additionally, we were initially denied a refill on our alcoholic beverages when the entrees were brought out because, unbeknownst to us, the bartender had already done final call even though we'd been waiting for our waitress to return so we could order a second round. The saving grace was getting our drinks refilled and and a dessert comped, hence the two instead of one star.
Wrong orders delivered. Missed items and okay food.
Tried to order sliders when I got there. When the servers came to take the order from everyone a bit later, I mentioned my sliders again. Everything was brought except my sliders. I asked about them and was assured they were coming. In the end, it took an hour and a half for my sliders which featured cold fries. This was impressively bad. The best part has to have been the servers though. They might have been some of the rudest people I've had the opportunity to speak with. It was abundantly clear that patrons were nothing more than a nuisance. Certainly left impressed... but not by the quality of the food or service.
Salmon was ok; kind of small, but ok. Grilled cheese sandwiches (ciabatta) with fries; were horrible Fries were cold and soggy and, the sandwich never saw a grill. Look like a microwaved cheese sandwich.
Not someplace I'd go back to. Ordered a steak, medium rare. Got something just shy of leather and not even tasty. I wasn't in a hurry which was probably a good thing. Took almost 25 minutes just to pay.

Owner is rude! 45 mins to find orders never placed, raw chicken, ripped furniture, week drinks. Consistently disappointing at any price even happy hour. Will never return. Other restaurants appreciate customers.
Have never left a 1 star review for a restaurant before, but this was truly one of the worst overall experiences we've ever had. Service was poor, food was both inedible and tremendously overcooked, it took over an hour to get a single appetizer, and the bathrooms were disgusting.
Smells like a bar. Food was very poor. Nice bartender/server. Won’t be back.
6 of the tiniest prawns for $15.95! Ordered dinner and waited about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, we were told that their machine glitched and our order never went through. Repeated my order and waited another 30 minutes. Another table came in after us, placed their order, ate their food, paid their bill, all before we got our dinner….
Who on earth is rating this above a star? The only reasonable part of this experience was our server. He was polite and attentive. The rest of this experience was a horror show. The Chicken Bits appetizer was literal saw dust fried probably a week ago and then reheated. California is having a water issue and I am now forced to drink every last drop of what’s left to try and salvage some moisture into my body. The beet salad.. I could see the marks from the can on the beets. In a farming community using canned veggies at a restaurant probably should get you excommunicated. Lastly the salmon pasta was at least warm. That’s about all it had going for it. When you use an entire olive tree worth of oil but some how manage to not actually have any flavor that’s truly something. Morgan Hill doesn’t have many good options but damn near every other option including Taco Bell might be a better choice.
I was very disappointed. This my second time coming into this restaurant. This is my very first experience ever, where I had plastic inside my mashed potatoes. It took such a long time to get the servers attention, and when I did. I did in fact let them know the situation, all they told me was they would take it to their manager. The manager came to say he was very sorry, that it happens due to the workers grabbing stuff from the shelf and he apologizes for it. I was very disgusted and scared not even knowing if I ate some of the plastic. They did not offer to take it off the tab, and instead put the same steak with new mashed potatoes onto another plate. This is a health hazard situation, and cannot believe they didn’t take it serious enough.
