The best service anywhere, friendly and cozy...i like how the built in a cozy sitting area,, with a fire place etc. And its wonderful the put Wifi and and Tv too.

Great service and I love their new flavors of tea!

A convenient location, nice miscellaneous products available and right next to the magazine rack with books included so you can grab something to enjoy while sipping your Starbucks.

Great crew! Clean and drinks are made well. Being the only Starbucks in town, they can get busy at times, but you can tell they work hard at make the line move.

This Starbucks is inside Albertsons in Morro Bay and I love the service. I have gone on my way to work. They have a fast system and team with great customer service. I am in and out and on my way.

I do not live in the area i live in la its refreshing to see someone kind and use his manners and customer service. I wish i could give him a tip thro the app

Only 4 stars today. Only because they were out of my favorite brownie. Maybe 5 stars would be ok because I have a reason to come back tomorrow!

I just got a coffee drink to have on the way home. The service was very good and friendly and my drink was exactly like I ordered it.

I've been here 3 times. They're just ok, as most albertsons starbucks are. For some reason the baristas at the franchises are never as good?? Also, they don't accept payments by phone.

Today was not as great and experiences yesterday. They didn't actually have any coffee brewed. And the woman took off on break after taking my order without starting any coffee brewing.

Starbucks inside a grocery store isn't quite as nice as a designated coffee shop, usually. Fireplace & comfortable wood chairs in the seating area, with a view of my bike parked outside.

It's starbucks. Either you like it or you don't. There ain't no difference just got to learn the language is all other than that like I said it is what it is. Enjoy your coffee.

Starbucks doesn't really even need a review. Everyone not living under a rock has been to a Starbucks at one point in there lives.

They do not accept the app. That should be enough said. Otherwise it's quaint. Just a bit slow.

No drive thru and the quality of their specially hand crafted drinks are not as good as the Los Osos location. Thus, I drive to Los Osos over going to the Mb store more than not. Unless I'm shopping at Albertsons at the time.

Not a great Starbucks. service here is not great, and the choices are very small compared to a regular Starbucks. this is an in-store branch.

This place is only good for milkshakes. If ice blendeds are your thing, then go for it. Otherwise, the coffee is poor to almost passible.

Coffee tasted good, but other aspects of visit were not good. Queue runs along baked goods stock (see pics). Greeted at counter with nothing more than a state. Display case disheveled at best. Located in Albertsons Supermarket.

Sww a house fly and a fruit fly inside a glass cabin that had the items, informed the host. He cared less and said, "I don't serve food from there". Just didn't seem to understand what it takes for customer satisfaction!!

I could not add $ via my phone app at this location??? They suggested I buy a gift card and add that to my phone, yeah that's convenient. How about fixing a problem you know you have!!

Worst extra dry cappuccino ever. Dry means little to no milk, all foam... come on

The general manager Gary needs to be fired!! ASAP! there is nothing working in the Starbucks can't get a hot coco can't get a latte NOTHING!! because GARY DECIDED not to fix the machine when they told him OVER AND OVER it was breaking!!! ONLY STARBUCKS IN THIS Town!!! Not only that but there is only ONE PERSON OOONNNEEE every single morning it takes at least 15 min to get a coffee. Again thank you Gary .. your great!

The first time they tried to substitute a product they took off the grocery store shelf without telling me. It was putrid. Poorly managed store that charges more per drink than other Starbucks.

Apparently the two bimbos who were working on 4/29/18 at about 12:20pm DO NOT know how to listen. We specifically asked for NO whip cream on the white chocolate mocha. Asked for caramel on our vanilla been, not caramel. Both bimbos were rude. No smiles. No thank you, Definitely won’t be coming back and I will tell everyone how AWFUL these baristas were. Lucky I even gave them one star.

20 minutes wait to just order with three people working behind the counter and another 10 minutes wait to get all the items. Ridiculous. Train you staff to work efficiently. It’s probably quicker to drive to the other side of the bay. Just close down this location.
