Tried the half chicken plate on tues. I've eaten many versions of pollo al carbon but this was easily one of the best if not the best. I'll have to try it a few more times to say for sure. Looking forward to that. For $15 it's a great value: 1/2 chicken, rice, black beans (very flavorful) and salsa, grilled onions & peppers. Excellent hand made tortillas too. The chicken was perfectly cooked & seasoned. Try it.
