Everything was very good. Fast service, whether you're inside or outside. The girls were very helpful, always kind, and, importantly, always smiling (which isn't always easy in any work environment). Very comfortable seating inside, with lovely armchairs. Background music and very tasteful decor. Congratulations. Time for a macchiato and off I go... 😀😎☕
Excellent quality/price ratio...very kind and friendly barmaids, but they are all Inter fans.
Excellent service, the girls are always smiling and friendly. I love the iced coffee and the selection of pastries. I also found the opportunity to play chess games with some very strong opponents, including the beautiful owner. I would only replace the fake flowers outside.
Cum lounge is great !
The best place in town.
Ye the staff pleased me very well
Excellent coffee and friendly service! Just a word of advice: the Italian language requires punctuation after abbreviations... if you had opted for C.U.M., you would have avoided shocked looks and hearty laughter from me and my American husband, and from many other Italians who speak English, as evidenced by other reviews on this page ;) Friendliness.
Excellent service. The space inside is a bit small if you're dining inside. There's a comfortable outdoor deck with tables, but...only usable when it's hot. I recommend it, though.
I limited myself to a drink and a pastry in the afternoon. I found the place welcoming and the staff very quick in serving me.
A bright, central location with outdoor seating, good service, and new, modern decor. An aperitif is carefully served with delicious appetizers. Fresh pastries for a delicious, relaxing breakfast. Busy in the mornings, but Friday market day brings even more traffic. Worth a try.
Fantastic experience, all natural, hand-made by the people behind the counter, all organic and sustainable. Federica runs the business, her work is sublime, highly skilled. Coronavirus prevention is fantastic: they even make their own disinfectants. Four stars for the table service, which in my opinion was a bit cold, almost forced.
Good
An ideal hangout for young people who, between chats, want to enjoy an aperitif or a coffee. The interior is very charming and the staff is very friendly. The problem with this place is the outside, where—especially in the evening—groups of tuff heads gather and make a mess, ruining your evening (this, apparently, isn't the place's fault, but it ends up ruining your evening anyway).
This is meant to be more of a report than a proper review. People aren't stupid: they notice! Brioches reheated the next day, or burned, are no good. You'll lose your reputation and disrespect the customer. It happened to me and others on the same morning. Learn from it.
Good food but the mold on the walls is unsightly. It's not healthy in a bar where food is served. There are treatments at Leroy Merlin, they don't cost much, there are no excuses! The armchairs-chairs are destroyed, there are some at Ikea, it doesn't cost much to change! Finally, if I have to wait for the manager to finish talking to her friends to ask for a coffee, I wait 10 minutes but then we went out.
Good morning, my experience was rather mediocre, as the food was good, but the service left much to be desired in terms of timing and the employee's relationship with the customer. I waited 20 minutes to order, so I ordered three identical starters, three identical main courses, and three small bottles of water. For desserts and coffees, the waitress told me to order after lunch. Everything arrived, and before starting, the waitress asked me to pay the bill, which was absurd. But since I have no problems and consider myself a decent person, I agreed to pay immediately and asked to add three tiramisus and three coffees to the bill. The waitress processed the bill, and I paid €122.00, again before starting lunch. After lunch, we were literally abandoned by all the employees, and we were still waiting for the tiramisus and coffees. At this point, I stop a guy and ask for an explanation, and he directs me to my colleague. Suddenly, a new colleague appears, and I ask her for an explanation, saying that 28 minutes had passed since the end of lunch, and no dessert or coffee. The girl says that all this delay is absurd and goes back to the bar. I also stop the girl who took the first order and the payment, and she replies that "they're thinking about delivering the lunches to the other customers and that I still have to wait." But you wanted the payment first, huh?! I decide to go into the bar and turn to the cashier, who asks me what happened. After explaining everything (including the very professional response from the girl who took the order and the bill), she confirms that the order for the coffees and tiramisu never arrived at the bar. At this point, I ask for a refund for the desserts and coffees, and after receiving my money back, I leave. If you go, never pay until the end of lunch. Once you've paid, it's forgotten, change venues, you eat lunch without even a disposable paper placemat under your plate, the wait times are immense, and if they remember after the payment required in advance, they'll bring you the rest of the lunch.
42 euros for two spritz and 4 proseccos that were tavernello, they brought a piadina with tomato and cheese, passing it off as pizza...... Do not go absolutely
Worst experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant, although I don't know why it has a star. In the afternoon, they asked if we could postpone our reservation by half an hour, and I refused. The table service was good, but the food was worse than poor.
I've never encountered such terrible service in Mortara. The servers are ignorant, and they don't make you feel comfortable at the bar. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend them! It's a shame to be treated this way by the management.
