The food is good and the service is good too, but they don't have the heating on and today all the customers were eating with their coats on. The staff who were there today could see it. In winter, if they don't turn on the heating, I don't think customers will want to come back. What a shame.

I've been ordering for quite some time, but every time something happens with the pizza, or there's an air pocket and they eat almost the whole pizza, or half... It's not half, I pay for a pizza, but anyway... It's getting worse every day.

Pedí para llevar un poco que me quedo. 2 euros me costó una caja pequeña . Por lo cual pedí una bolsa y me dicen que no hay me parece muy mal servicio ya que estoy pagando 2 euros para llevar lo que sobró.

We all paid for the "Come y Bebe" (Eat and Drink) meal. There were six of us (January 3rd). They served us three family-size drinks, then three medium drinks, and then only one more medium, refusing to continue despite us having consumed everything. Finally, I asked, "Will you serve us one medium drink for six people?" They said yes, in a very curt tone. We left to avoid conflict. The "unlimited" offer was applied with arbitrary restrictions, more based on the concept of "finishing before ordering another," thus breaking the "unlimited" concept.

Pido dos familiares y me llega una completamente cambiada. Llamas y te salta la central y te dicen que llames a la tienda. Un bucle fantástico. Me arrepiento hasta de la propina dada, encima he hecho el primo. Reclamado vía Twitter. No aconsejo esta tienda. Era un cumpleaños y no iba a estar de reclamaciones, con dos breves llamadas he visto el jaleo. Tienen el teléfono bloqueado. Si no queréis sorpresas, probad otra marca, anda que no hay....son unos irresponsables.

El empleado que nos atendió está mañana, mejor que se hubiera quedado en su casa. Hoy por San Valentín había pizzas medianas de regalo para los 10 primeros entregando algun regalo de un ex a cambio, pero unos minutos antes de abrir, ha salido el empleado de muy malas maneras a decirnos a todos los clientes que estábamos esperando, que si no nos habíamos currado el objeto que traíamos, no nos daría la pizza. Eso de andar cambiando a última las bases de una promoción por parte de un empleado y de manera unilateral está muy feo. Tengo claro que no volveré a ese establecimiento.

I've been ordering from Domino's Pizza for years, but I'll never order from them again. The last time I ordered from Domino's Pizza Móstoles 2, the service was absolutely terrible. The pizza arrived more than 40 minutes late. When I called to ask about the status of my order, they were incredibly rude and offered no explanation, solution, or apology for the delay. I will never order from Domino's Pizza again because of the lack of respect, professionalism, and courtesy of their employees.

Very bad, gentlemen, very bad. We ordered a Parmesan Carbonara with a crispy crust (to try that crust), and more than half of it went in the bin. If the pizza is 40 cm in diameter (this is just an example), more than half of it was completely empty, just a greasy crust with no toppings whatsoever. So if you're doing this because you're in a hurry... please pay attention to how the pizzas turn out, because it's a disaster. I've completely lost my desire to order anything else.

We ordered a meal and drinks combo, and it took over 20 minutes for the first pizzas and 15 minutes for the second. Then the person at the counter left, and I had to wait another 10 minutes to order another pizza. This practice of taking so long is really bad, and it's obvious they're doing it because they've been trained to make a profit, but it's far too blatant.

We ordered three pizzas for delivery, and they made a mistake with one, sending a Margherita instead. We called, and after a six-minute wait, someone finally transferred us to another person. We explained everything again, and the Margherita was still untouched. They told us they'd bring the missing pizza, but it never arrived. They really need to pay more attention to these things. After this, I doubt I'll ever order from here again; there are plenty of other pizzerias out there.
