Cloud Cafe Mountain View Reviews
Felt hungry just when we arrived at the Computer History Museum, so we chose to dine here at Cloud Bistro. The atmosphere is quite comfy with daylight coming in. The Motherboard Melt flatbread pizza is really good with the caramelised onion. Though the chocolate croissant is not hot enough. Overall experience was satisfying.
We visited Cloud Bistro inside the Computer History Museum. After finishing the tour, we decided to have lunch here. The menu prices are pretty good for a museum café, and honestly quite impressive.
The best butternut squash soup I ever had. Good coffee too. Better than Starbucks! Thanks Google!

Fast service, calm atmosphere, plenty of seating at lunch time!
The pesto chicken sandwich was so much better than I expected
good sandwiches and coffee latte! At surprisingly reasonable prices!
Good food, pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff. This is located inside the corner of the Computer Museum on the first floor. Surrounded on 2 sides by glass, when we went there the self driving car was parked to one side. We ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and got a hand made sandwich and a small, delicious, salad that we shared before touring the museum. If the day is nice, you can also sit outside and enjoy the food and the weather. Definitely recommend this restaurant as a good place to get a snack or meal while at the museum.
Recently had my Sons in Retirement group attend a docent lead tour of the Computer Museum. Since the tour was close to lunch time I had arranged to have my members eat at the Cloud Bistro located within the museum. I had them look at the Cloud Bistro menu online and choose a preordered entree choice. I was in contact with the Cloud Bistro manager , Susan, who was nice enough to have her staff prepare the meals on time, and in to go boxes. Susan's staff was very attentive and did not panic having 20 seniors eating at the same time along with numerous other museum guests eating there as well. Good service and more than adequate food at the right price for everyone. I highly recommend eating at the Cloud Bistro if you are going to the museum. R.Wong
They make great coffee. Fast service. You can enjoy it inside or outside.
Coffee was really good and the PB&J was amazing! Wis we could have tried more but we weren't in the area very long.
I had a tuna sandwich; was content with the taste & price.
The food was surprisingly good and cheap! Highly recommend!
Me (Vincent’s gf) and my boyfriend ate here. I love this place. We had the tuna and roasted byte sandwich, they were both really good. Recommend this place 1010101010%

Price of the food is good for being in a museum. But the quality, not that good. I got the chiken sandwich and it did not taste fresh

It’s a café located in the open space of the computer museum building, so the atmosphere is pretty neutral—nothing special. The staff were very kind and helpful. We had cucumber lemonade, which was great. The cappuccino was just okay. No latte art or anything—just coffee with milk. It did the job, but it didn’t leave much of an impression.

My experience was ok. I ordered a cappuccino and a grilled cheese sandwich. The cappuccino arrived in max. 3 minutes, so that was great! The cappuccino tasted nutty and slightly bitter, it became much more enjoyale when I added an extra sugar. My grilled cheese came within 6 minutes, with fruit on the side. As I bit into the first sandwich, I was met with an odd texture - kind of papery. I retracted from the sandwich, and I see the paper is still left on the cheese! I inspect the other sandwich, and it also has paper! Then the lady who brought the food brought another cappuccino... Which we hadn't ordered. She hadn't seen the sandwich. Overall the experience was kind of chaos, but the grilled cheese sandwich (which had Swiss and whole wheat bread) was good enough.
Museum coffee shop vibes. Good coffee (better than Starbucks), okay food (Starbucks probs better)

OK atmosphere and location. Terrible coffee - overextracted/bitter and burnt milk. Plus they use four-barrel, which I find to have an unpleasant tang.
This was my first time at this café, and unfortunately the experience was frustrating. There was an employee working who was extremely slow and seemed unmotivated. Even though I was clearly waiting in line to be helped, he was taking his time doing other tasks and moving at a very slow pace instead of assisting customers. It didn’t seem like he was overwhelmed — it just felt like there was no sense of urgency or awareness of the people waiting. I hope management can address this, because good service and efficiency really make a difference in the overall experience.
