Got breakfast jack and two tacos. For fast food it was pretty good. Both were hot and fresh. The service was very friendly and prompt.

This is my go to place after I've stayed out late and I'm finally on my way home. At 3am it's the best place to get a quick bite to eat. I always get a Jumbo Jack with cheese and 3 egg rolls.

The Jack in the Box I go to is on Homestead Road in Sunnyvale near Lawrence Expressway. Love their tacos! But I always choose this Jack in the Box because of the beautiful roses that are planted along the drive-thru. I don't know who takes care of them but they are doing a bang-up job! 🌹👍🌹

I both order delivery from this location and visit somewhat regularly. The quality of the food is always superb. Crispy onion rings, carefully stacked burgers and shakes at the perfect consistency. In a world where the quality of restaurant food is declining generally, I appreciate that this Jack location is keeping it quality. When I visit the restaurant I am happy to see the staff chatting and being friendly to one another as they quickly and efficiently work as a team to get orders out.

The breakfast hashbrowns tasted too greasy. It seems like the grease is old or the tempertures were too high, more than 340 degrees ruins fat fryer grease.

As fast food outlets go, this location is very good. Roomier inside than many Jack's locations I have visited. Clean and bright. Food pretty standard, but my favorite thing is that, like all Jack's, you can get breakfast or anything else on the menu at any time of day.

Food was nice and hot. I prefer to wait a bit as they make it, not like McDonald's, where everything is already cooked and left in pre-warming trays. Service was still fast and friendly

The building is a little dark and tired but the people were great, really patient with the interesting older chap in front of me in the queue. Toilets were in pretty good shape, too. Food was ready reasonably quickly and pretty good actually.

The drive through here is fast and efficient and the food is hot and delicious. Lately I have only been ordering the beverages here due to the fat and calories in almost everything on the menu. It is on the yearly fast food splurge list.

We had to wait kind of a long time at the drive-thru to be served even though we were the only car there. Food was good, and the service was polite.

Drive through pickup is super fast and easy. Food is surprisingly good for what other people have told me about Jack in the Box 😅 I went in with no expectations and was pleasantly surprised. I'm especially a fan of the crispy chicken wrap, and the tacos are typical Taco Bell-esque crispy tacos. Mini sauced tacos essentially turned into a messy/soggy nacho pile but taste was still pretty good. The popcorn chicken was also super juicy, though the bottom of the container was swimming in oil by the end and I had to blot it off. I had gotten the Nashville hot chicken version, which wouldn't be particularly spicy for anyone who likes spicy food

Ironically, It's the first restaurant I went to when I first visit Silicon Valley. However, the food is not that bad and I loved their long hours of operations comparers with other major food chains.

This restaurant has a really bad smell, ok so food was old and cold, i order some tacos and curly fries and they were cold.

Foods alright but how do you get sodas from me ordering a orange juice?...and you doubled my order so i also got 2 sodas no wonder it seemed expensive ...Seems like half they time they don't listen. Morning crew need some coffee or something, crew in the afternoon usually always great tho.

The curly fries were not fresh but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The drive thru is open early in the morning which is convenient because they are right down the street from the 237 and El Camino

A great location for this Jack in the Box. The only problem is that the drive thru layout and the physical building layout are so small that it makes you uneasy driving through or leaving your car parked. This place definitely needs to be renovated. That being said being opened 24/7 is just something your always grateful for.

Jack in the box is kind of like Denny's the food is always the same all the time reliably just okay have a great evening abstract fans Halloween's almost here hope you're ready search through your children's candy if anything's open throw it or looks tampered with take care of the young ones.

There is no Tap at the drive through so you have to order inside. I was there for 20 min waiting for my order and arrived well before 4 to 5 cars, they left way before me. However, Food is always fresh. Companies will often want the cashier to prioritize the drive through, it sucks for the walk in patron.

Girl at window was rude. Asked for ketchup and she gave us taco sauce. We notified her and she said I ALREADY GAVE YOU SOME!!! handed her the taco sauce and she said oh. And handed me 2 packets of ketchup. 😑 if you don't like your job, quit

Ordered a premium chicken sandwich and got a soft taco with the chicken patty inside the tortilla. I asked for the correct order and they gave me a cheap chicken sandwich that cost far less than the one I ordered. I understand messing up and having to correct the issue but to do it again after having to come all the way back is more than frustrating. Staff need to slow down and do things right the first time instead of rushing to compete with each other to see who is faster.

Not bad. I had the spicy chicken sandwich which was pretty mild. It took me 10mins on a Saturday evening when I was like one of three people who ordered. Seating space was super limited inside though. Fitting in >10 people would be a challenge. The people inside seem nice. In and out which is nearby seems to be better.

The window Clerk did not say a single word to me the entire transaction and then gave me the wrong order. The order confirmation screen at the drive thru was broken too so the only way I found out was after the clerk shoved the bag in my face and then closed the window on me. I don’t expect out-of-this-world service going to a fast food joint, but at least the location on shoreline gives you the food that you ordered the first time and without terrible guest service.

Saw the picture of a tasty southwest cheddar cheese burger with my favorite..grilled onions. And said..that's the burger for me tonight. But disappointed when I got home and they had put regular onions instead of the grilled as it should had. Not thrilled about regular onions right now since there has been a recall on onions due to salmonella. I tried calling them right away tonight 8/10/20 @11pm so they could tell their cook that the recipe is with grilled onions. But no luck..no answer after a couple of tries.

At night time the coworkers do not care about the customer and never gets my order right they always miss item like last time they forgot to add onion rings and so we had to pay for it so even though they messed up the order yet they should’ve put a free free and then after when they gave us the onion rings they forgot to give the rest of our order and then we said he’ll give us like the whole order

Older hispanic man at night has very bad customer service had bad experiences with him multiple times he likes to close 15-20 minutes early and always messes up the orders also doesnt like when you make big orders keeps asking if thats all or if you tell him ahead of time that its a big order he says he cant take the order.

Last night, we were desperate for a bite to eat. It was 1:45 almost on the dot. Seeing that it closes at two, we pulled into the drivethru. There was a man taking out garbage outside. He said something to us that I couldn't hear; my husband said: "I think he said they're closed?" We waited briefly at the speaker and pulled up to the window. It's true. They closed over 15 minutes early. Unreliable; if I can't trust them to be open, I will never go here. I, and two other disappointed cars of customers, made an extra 8-minute drive to Mountain View's location and I would suggest anyone else do the same.

Changing my review to 1 star. Ordered through the app and tried to pick up. had to wait 30 mins for someone to acknowledge me. Then yelled at me, "Were Closed" over an over. This was at 12:30am, and they close at 3am. No way to get refund from the app, and just no food. Feel very ripped off...

Me and my wifes food was pretty cold and her chicken was hard and overcooked looking so im assuming it sat for a long while. I would complain and get the food corrected but somehow i ended up with a reciept from a nacho meal purchased with a ebt card and not the reciept for my transaction. The night shift is for sure slacking in contrast to the morning/lunch crew. Its a simple fix just provide service the way it is ment to be or even if you were serving yourself. I doubt you would enjoy a cold/ hard dinner.

*Looks like my last review was flagged by the management, so I am posting again. Price charged is higher than those listed. When I brought it up to the manager, he shrugged it off. This practice is against California law. But this fact doesn't seem to bother them.

This is our home JiB so to speak cos of proximity, but they routinely get at least one of our items on drive thru orders wrong. We've just come to accept it as part of the price for convenience. But still oh so annoying.

Well I came in through the drive thru this morning and the Guy taking my order through the drive thru was being extremely rude and kept talking with his headset with coworkers and didn’t give me what I asked for. Overall my experience was awful and the food was very bad definitely never coming back and not recommending to anyone.

I got there at 1:35am on Thursday 06/29 and they closed at 2am and they said they were closed. And every time I asked why they kept cutting me off. The eggrolls are always burned at this location! Apparently they do not have a timer in which the eggrolls need to come out of the fryer I don’t know how many times I have come to this Jack-in-the-Box and walked out with burned Christmas egg rolls that are you can’t even eat! I dnt recommend this place because food did not taste fresh. My egg rolls were burnt and potato wedges smelled disgusting. And those 2 are my top favorite items. Once a location makes it bad I don't revisit it.

Never once have I gone to this location where they don’t mess up my order. Today, I went on my lunch break to try their mozzarella sticks, which they’re still out of (for over a week now; no one has bothered to put up a sign at the drive through or anything). So I ordered a cluck sandwich combo (plain sandwich with onion rings and a coke). The first person didn’t understand what I meant or how to customize it or something so someone else took my order. I emphasized the order twice. He confirmed. It took 10 minutes at the window for the man at the window to give me my food. It was the wrong sandwich. Something grilled. Being that they NEVER get my order correct, I checked. Told him it was wrong that I asked for a cluck sandwich, plain. He asked if I wanted it spicy; I said no. He asked me to wait in a spot; he’d bring it out. He then brought the same grilled chicken sandwich out. I checked before he walked away. I emphasize a cluck sandwich, plain. He’s annoyed at this point which I get. It’s lunchtime. It’s busy. It took me 45 minutes by now to get through the line and wait for the wrong sandwich. The frustration is mutual. A different employee brings me the sandwich. I check it before he walks away. Again. It’s a cluck sandwich, plain. I thank him. And I get back to work to eat in the parking lot only to find out it’s spicy. I just wasted my entire lunch break for onion rings and a coke.

I was unable to use EBT here today, Christmas Day. I was at this location just two or three days ago and had no problem paying with EBT. Is this how Jack says, "Merry Christmas" to the poor? Reading some other reviews, it seems the employees do whatever they want. Maybe they feel slighted working Christmas day, while others get "free" food, but then they are discriminating against those who, by law, receive this benefit. They shouldn't be able to hurt people this way.

The food there is okay, but the service is horrible. The cashier appears to not understand English well. We want to use a coupon to order a burger, and buy another burger, that's it. The cashier keeps saying that our coupon doesn't include 2 burgers, even if I keep telling her, we want to buy another burger not using the coupon, the additional burger is NOT relevant to the coupon at all. Nothing works, we gave up and only use the coupon for 1 burger, okay. Then, when our burger is ready and we come back to the cashier, she even found our coupon which is already torn by the cashier when we're ordering, and told us this is the evidence that our coupon is only for a single burger. WHY????? I don't think we're respected at all, and it's ridiculous that we just cannot order another burger without the coupon.
