Peet’s Coffee is my favourite! I always seek it out and order the white chocolate mocha when I visit California because it doesn’t exist in Canada unfortunately. Hopefully someday!

This store is at a very convenient location from my standpoint. Staff is friendly and offer several coffee options. They do strictly enforce mask wearing mandate (while inside) which is great. The black coffee on ice was nice. They do have outside seating also which offers great view.

Not a huge fan of the coffee, it's overly bitter and tastes horrible. This location is nice and spacious though with lots of seats, electrical outlets and a bustling atmosphere. Not a bad place to sit and work for an hour or so!

Conveniently located if you are in downtown MV. Plenty of seating both inside and out. Inside smells musty at best, and tabletops are not cleaned. Do know there is a steady stream of non-service dogs allowed indoors at this location. (Due to hygiene most stores don't allow animals inside food establishments.) Coffee varies greatly as does the temperature of their water for tea. Have had decent cappucinos at 3 pm, to very bitter, burning hot cappucinos, at 10 am. If employees cleaned the floors and tables from time to time, this could be a nice community hang-out.

The Peet’s store management! I’m writing the review right here in the store. The tall young man was very rude and not ready to work. We felt very bad. I confirmed his name, but won’t leave it here. MV store manager should verify who he is and fix it. I won’t come back. Feel very uncomfortable.

Today it was the last time rhat I got there, or anywhere else in this coffee chain, what they call, but is not at all, a cappuccino. For more than $5? It doesn’t worth 50 cent… 😉

I was very late and ordered a medium coffee. But after waiting for about 20 minutes, I still hadn't received my order. Unfortunately, I had to leave disappointed. Well, in general, the interior design is done with taste, and they have good prices

I’m a daily Uber and Lyft driver and usually start my mornings early—with a cup of Peet’s. I genuinely love Peet’s Coffee, but I have to be honest: this location is one of my least favorites. While I appreciate the convenience of being able to order online (especially to avoid unnecessary interaction), the service at this store continues to fall short. The staff often seem more focused on socializing with each other than attending to customers. For example, I had to wait just to get honey because they were talking amongst themselves and ignoring those waiting. That’s simply unacceptable. I also pay attention to small details, and I’ve noticed that other Peet’s stores handle things more thoughtfully. At this location, the honey is kept behind the counter and not stored well—it’s often crystallized, which reflects poor maintenance. Unfortunately, even when I try to avoid issues by ordering ahead, the lack of customer service still comes through. I remain loyal to Peet’s overall, but this particular location continues to be a frustrating experience.

Don’t order the low fat scone with peach and berries. I ordered on the app and picked it up on Castro street MV. It’s 98 percent dough and I got one small piece of peach and no actual berries but painted on purple juice instead of fruit. I’m not getting that again until they update the ingredients I forgot my phone but picture six dough pieces on a Peet’s bag that I returned to the employees so they know for the future.
