Amazing food, fast and friendly service. It does get noisy when there’s lots of people, making it hard to converse. Always happy to eat here!

Banh Mi was oustanding. I ate the BBQ Pork Banh Mi with Fried egg. Nice fatty meat and soft to eat bread. Picked up one for a quick work lunch, then went back for seconds!

Love their banh mi’s. So delicious, not dry or overcooked, and a good portion. I got the bbq chicken and fried egg sandwich and wowww. Third time getting it and still so good! Get it with a Vietnamese iced coffee. Service was very friendly too!

This pho spot is a must-visit for anyone looking for a quick, flavorful, and satisfying meal. The service is outstanding, with attentive staff who are friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist. From the moment you’re seated, you feel well taken care of, and any questions about the menu are met with thoughtful recommendations and a warm attitude. One of the most impressive aspects of this spot is how quickly the food arrives. Despite the care that goes into each bowl, the wait time is remarkably short, making it a perfect option for a quick lunch or dinner. You’ll be enjoying a steaming, aromatic bowl of pho in no time. The pho itself is exceptional — rich, savory broth with a depth of flavor that tastes like it’s been simmering for hours. The noodles are perfectly tender, and the fresh toppings like Thai basil, bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeños let you customize each bite to your liking. The protein options, from tender beef slices to juicy chicken and flavorful meatballs, are all cooked to perfection. With its attentive service, fast food delivery, and incredibly flavorful pho, this spot is a standout. Whether you’re looking for a quick meal or a comforting bowl of soup, it delivers every time. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went here for lunch and enjoyed a bowl of pho. Also ordered a plate of summer roll and coworker ordered vermicelli bowl. The service was quick and easy to pay at the end. Would recommend if nearby!

Perfect pho at a perfect lil hole in the wall right in the heart of downtown Mountain View. I LOVED the Cha Gio (egg rolls with shrimp, pork, dressed fishcakea and some vegetables… I will dream about these. Yummm) My dining companion is a regular and always gets the vegetarian pho. I loved my #23 pho Thop Cam do Bien. The calamari was particularly well prepared. Excellent food for a great price.

Great local pho place to have around. The broth is particularly fatty and beefy here which suits my preference, though some may not like that. I typically like getting pho dac biet (combination), but I also like the dry noodles (I think it’s #27 or 28?). The bun bowls are great as well. Rice plates are good, but they typically leave me wanting.

The food here is amazing. Felt like being transported to Vietnamese culture! The restaurant service people are humble but when I visited due to many orders they got somewhat confused with so many orders. Do not consider it as a complaint but sharing experience with you all. A soft & calm place to dine out

I’ve always seen this lil pho place in downtown but never tried it. We’ll yesterday was my lucky day. It’s a hole in a wall place, but it’s surprisingly spacious inside. Fast service and delicious pho! Reasonable prices. Would love to visit again!

Thoroughly satisfied my pho cravings. Wednesday night was kinda busy but we still got seated right away. There was definitely a lot of things going on but our server managed to get our order in and pho out in like 10 minutes. The broth was pretty well balanced, with the right amount of savory and sweetness to it. For $12 dollars that's a steal and I'd definitely come back here again. Food: 8/10 Service: 5/10 Vibes: 4/10 Value: 8/10

Nice pho place to go. Also love the spring roll. That sauce is such great combination with the spring roll. If you have takeout, be careful, the soup is super hot. And the meat is rare, I usually put the meat in the soup to make them at least medium. Then pour the soup and meat on the noddle.

One of the Castro street’s landmarks. Food is consistently decent with reasonable price. Wait time is short. Service is just right. Our go-to pho places if craving for pho. We tried the sandwich this week. It’s also good with unbeatable price. Homemade cooking style of pho. Outside seatings are available.

We went for dinner on a Friday and there was no wait. We got the Veggie Spring rolls for appetizer - The peanut sauce and the hot suace were great accompaniments. We wanted to try the Vegetarian Banh Mi but unfortunately they had run out. We ended up ordering the Pho Chay - Which was served warm and the broth had a really nice umami flavor (a bit on the salty side though). We also got the Bun Chay - Which was alright - It was very similar to the Pho Chay minus the tasty broth. The surprise of the day was the Sugarcane Juice with Kumquat - It tasted great!!Quantity for price was questionable as it was just filled with ice but the drink tasted great FWIW. Very generous portions for the entrees and we had leftovers enough for another meal for two.

Nice place to share food when too hot to cook. Craving noodles but not broth so a bun was in order. It was a warm noodle, came with chicken and shrimp with bean sprouts, lettuce. Also ordered cha gio and cuon. I am surprised both the bun and cuon had chicken. Tasty. We should have requested peanuts and mint with our bun, perhaps next time we will remember. Service is nice, they provided additional water, perfect for a hot day.

When its a cold winter evening, all you need is a hot bowl of flavorful soup. The Pho here is one of the best I have had. There are not many good options for vegetarians here. But if you are really looking to enjoy a good veggie pho, this place is a must try. Location is great, in heart of lively Mountain View downtown.

Came here at 8pm for takeout on Saturday night. The restaurant was busy, and the food was finally ready to be picked up at 8:25pm. The Canh Ga Chien, fried chicken wings, were good. I had the grilled pork shop rice plate with egg and salad. It tasted pretty good with the fish sauce. I like the portion size.

Loved the banh mi more than the pho honestly. We had the pho ga which was okayish. The chicken was chewy but the sandwich was really good

No line to wait during the weekend which is great. The grilled chicken and fried egg with steamed rice taste just as expected but nothing outstanding. Overall a casual place to dine in or pick up to go.

Came here on recommendation from my husband as he ate here 7 years ago on a one-month business trip and he loved it everyday. It sounded wonderful, didn’t it? So, I had high expectations. Needless to say, nope, this place did not meet it. We ordered one Fillet Mignon Pho, one Bun Bo Hue and one fresh Spring rolls. For that price, I had to say they served such small portions of pho and noodles. We had to add the whole dish of bean sprouts to fill full. Pho broth was just okay. bun Bo Hue broth was good, but we definitely had better ones. The noodles in Bun Bo Hue were overcooked that it literally melted in my mouth. Guys, that’s now how noodle texture should be. The only good thing would be fresh Spring rolls. So, when I asked how my husband felt after coming back after 7 years, he replied as the food was not how he remembered. He looked so disappointed.

My friend and I visited this place for lunch on the weekend. It was quite empty, so we were seated right away. The server barely gave us 2 minutes to look at the menu before he started asking us what we'd like to order. Otherwise, the service was fine. My friend got their 1A pho, and I got the 1B pho. 1A pho was Tái Duôi Bo (Rice Noodle Soup, Rare Steak & Ox Tail) 1B pho was Phỏ Bo Filet Mignon (Rice Noodle Soup, Beef Filet Mignon) The broth in both the pho was not as flavorful as we wanted it to be. The rice noodles were all clumped together. The meat was tender but a bit dry. You can pick between two different bowl sizes - regular and large. The price difference between the 2 is only a dollar. Overall, the pho was okay. It was definitely filling. I also tried their Vietnamese coffee. If you don't like the bitterness of the coffee and want more condensed milk, then let them know ahead of time. Their Vietnamese coffee comes in sealed cups (similar to a boba milk tea), so adding condensed milke afterward is hard.
