Good service. The department I visited was the civil registry, and there are staff members who guide you through any procedure you wish to complete. The service is efficient. The parking is mostly unpaved and free, but it's difficult to find a space.

Terrible service. That guy was on his cell phone for four hours and only served three people. They should send him to sweep the parking lot instead. The only person I saw helping anyone was the long-haired girl to his right.
