Superbe restau, le meilleur de l’hôtel. Service accueillant et chaleureux, personnel à l’écoute. Le serveur Oussama qui s’est occupé de nous est très agréable et professionnel. Nous reviendront.

Prima kaart en ook de menu's die besteld en uitgeserveerd worden. De porties zijn overweldigend en de kwaliteit is uitstekend. Ook een prima wijnkaart! Het personeel doet er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken. Conclusie: ben je in de buurt en je hebt grote trek in een prima maaltijd in een prima sfeer, gewoon doen!

Das Essen war total lecker. Kellner war sehr freundlich und ist auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen. Wir kommen gerne hier hin.

Alles super. Preis-Leistung war sehr gut. Service war sehr freundlich und flexibel. Essen kam zügig. Die teilweise schlechten Bewertungen konnten nicht nachempfunden werden. Update 18.10.2019: Auch beim zweiten Besuch wieder alles Tip Top. Diesmal haben wir andere Gerichte gewählt. Aber auch diesmal hat alles gepasst.

Spiste her 2 gange, og begge var anbefalingsværdige. Lammet var mørt og portionerne fine. Børnene fik serveret først, hvilket altid er top som familie. Alle var super fornøjde med maden. Andre gang blev det bbq ribs, ligeså mørt og godt. Kunne have spist der oftere. Kælnern/tjener Housama( om stavet rigtigt ved jeg ikke) var høflig og vel likt hos af os. Ventetiden var ikke nævneværdigt hellere. Indenfor 20 minutter var maden serveret. Desserten var også velanrettet og sjov for børnene. Både med skum, karamel, og kikssugerør til isen. Så dette er vores tilbagemelding på stedet. Vi kunne li det meget godt.

I do not understand all the critic reviews of this place. First the service was excellent, then the food was just lovely and when the bill came - it was a pleasant surprise. 👍🏻 😊 The waiter was always very professional, - just the way he poured the wine showed a great interest in his profession. The one and only negative feedback I can give is: get rid of the mosquitos! After the sun went down the mosquitos attacked us heavenly, and we all left with a lot of bites.

Toate mancarurile sunt gustoase. Recomand vita cu sos de piper, somonul, coastele si/sau salata cu avocado🥑. E exact se trebuie atat ca ambient, servire, cat si ca gust. Preturile ca peste tot pe Mallorca, cu circa 10-15% mai scumpe decat pe continent. O

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews… visited twice & going again tomorrow. Burger was excellent & juicy, went for the full works, Cheese, bacon etc… kids loved their meals & the staff were so friendly & kind. Food was quick & lovely setting. Ignore the bad review, people are quick to leave negative reviews but never positive ones… some people will find fault with anything when they themselves are not being fair & rude too no doubt!

Best burger I have tasted in Spain. Everything is homemade. Just amazing burger. My wife, also loved the chicken breast. Next time we will have the ribeye. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

fui esta semana de vacaciones en el hotel de alcudia pins, he ido a cenar en el the garden bbq y la comida muy buena el servicio de los camareros muy bien también, son muy agradables y muy pacientes. Yo aconsejo de ir a cenar ahí que esta muy bueno.

We ate here last week whilst on holiday. We had a brilliant evening. I ordered steak, which I like rare, and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned and about 3 inches think. Probably one is the nicest steaks I've had. Partner had the tuna steak, and our daughter had the children's tomato pasta all very, very good. Definitely recommend this place. It states on the flier in the room that you get a discount if you are staying all-inclusive, but we were, and we didn't, so I dont know if that information is out of date.

I'm another customer surprised by the previous poor reviews (that almost put us off but I'm glad they didn't). Just had a really lovely meal at The Garden BBQ - lovely wine, delicious prawns and octopus starter followed by a perfectly cooked tuna steak. The portions are huge so I wish I'd eaten less from the starter menu. Great service too and lovely environment.

Wir waren Abends als Familie (mit zwei Kindern) dort Essen und fanden es sehr schön. Unsere Sangria war lecker und hatte ordentlich Wummps. Die Kinder haben die Kids Menüs gegessen und fanden es super lecker (Burger Menü und Pasta Menü). Die Kellner waren sehr nett und höflich. Als Dessert gab's Vanille Eis, das ist natürlich nicht selbst gemacht, war aber trotzdem von guter Qualität. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung!

Lekker eten, leuke plek. Slechte reviews niet terecht; het slechte eten was van een kok die hier niet meer werkt. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en werkt hard, complimenten aan Oussama en zijn collega’s.

We ordered grilled salmon and seabass it’s really fresh and tasty. The waiters are really nice . We did enjoy it. And I don’t understand why the restaurant has low rate…

Franchement le service était impeccable, ils étaient à nos petits soins et l’ambiance était très agréable et sympa. Les plats étaient plutôt pas mal. C’est un bon petit resto à faire en détente.

Enjoyed a lovely family dinner here in July 2024. Starters of grilled octopus and prawns were beautifully cooked. The main course of secreto iberico was the juiciest pork steak I've ever eaten. Beautifully seasoned. Staff are lovely and very helpful.

Good food, friendly staff but slow, 20 mins wait for drinks, 45 for food. Prices fairly high if not eating as part of a TUI all inclusive package (we weren’t) but reasonable given high quality of the barbecue offerings. Restaurant itself very pleasant with seating in a semi outdoor area covered with various wooden canopies. Would recommend but only if you’re not in a hurry or with really hungry or impatient kids!

Obsługa bardzo dobra, drinki również. Niestety kuchnia tragiczna!! Małe porcje, jedzenie na niskim poziomie. Hamburgery dla dzieci to dosłownie bułka z marketu obok + tani marketowy kotlet🤦

Positive: the waiter was polite, friendly and quick to respond. Negative: lousy meat, dry veggies, very overpriced, and we got eaten by mosquitoes lightning fast. If you stay at the Alcudia Pins with AI, you get a slight discount, 10%. It's still a really bad deal. Take the free food you get elsewhere instead.

Tardan mucho en servir la comida, y no creo que una ensalada se necesite tanto tiempo para hacerla.

Еду подали всю холодной . Овощи гриль на моё удивление были холодные тоже. Может быть это какая то испанская подача . Но в моем понимание блюда приготовленные на гриле в ресторане , это то что приготовили только что для меня и принесли мне на стол . Всё было в заготовках и холодным. Запечённый картофель который подавали к мясу и рыбе был варенным, холодным и завернутым в фольгу. В общем я ожидала другой кухни , очень хотелось поесть действительно вкусной еды приготовленной на гриле . Мы приехали на 10 дней и планировали ужинать там каждый день, но мы туда больше не пойдём. Такое уютное место и вежливые официанты, а кухня нам пришлась не по душе к сожалению .

Thought I'd treat myself to a T bone given it was my wedding anniversary but unfortunately it didn't even taste like beef, it was over cooked & looked like mystery meat. Ordered baked potato but got fries. No evidence of a bbq at all, thoroughly disappointing.

Overpriced food. We ordered a couple of different courses, the grilled meat was dry and the potatoes felt like they where heated up on order. The pepper sauce tasted like toilet cleaner. The kidsmenys wasn't better.

En stjerne gis for at servitøren var hyggelig. Anbefaler ikke å bestille Barbeque-burger, for den jeg fikk var ikke varm og helt smakløs med en liten tomatskive og lite ost i tillegg til flere tykke, seige og bare halvstekte baconskiver. En annen i reisefølget bestilte grillet blekksprut som var dårlig grillet og seig. At myggen var plagsom kan ingen lastes for, men totalinntrykket gjør at vi dessverre ikke er fristet til å komme tilbake hit.

Jättetrevligt och mysigt interiörmässigt, så vi såg fram mot en härlig middag. Vi fick beställa ganska snart men sen fick vi vänta länge på maten. Efter nästan 1.5 timme när vi såg ett sällskap som kom säkert 45 min efter att vi hade beställt få sin mat så ifrågasatte vi vart vår mat var. Den kom då in omgående med kallt kött som inte smakade något. Vi påtalade för servitören att detta inte var okej men han beklagade bara och vi fick betala fullt pris. Äter aldrig mer där igen!!

Has to be one of the worst (if not the worst) restaurant experience in Alcudia. Hamburger meat is like eating a shoe sole. Overpriced. We waited 40 minutes for 4 hamburgers although the restaurant was almost empty. Avoid this place.

Personal ist unfreundlich und ignorant. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Lange Wartezeiten.

Ich hatte teures Rinderfilet, das Fleisch war säuerlich, die Sauce barnaise war auch nicht frisch. Das gesamte Essen war nicht gut.

Kass service. Tom restaurang men fick ändå vänta 15 min för att få bord. Gick efter ytterligare 20 min när vi fortfarande i te fått några menyer trots att vi försökt påkalla uppmärksamhet. Maten vet jag tyvärr inget om.

Rekommenderas ej. Fel mat och fel vin och serverades. Det som vi fick va bränt och resten liknade konservmat. Fick vänta skitlänge på att ens få menyer, beställa, få maten och få notan. Slutade med att frugan ställde till med en stor scen. De drog av på notan i alla fall och personalen va ändå trevliga.

Ventet i omtrent 10 før vi fikk meny også tok det sikkert 20-30 minutter før vi fikk bestille maten og drikken. Det tok enda lengre tid før drikken kom. Vi har enda ikke fått maten og vi venter sikkert enda når du leser dette.

Føj føj føj, vi ventede i 1,5 time og der efter kom vores mad, eller dvs noget af det, børne menuer kom ikk og vores kød var rå.. efter 15 min kom vores kød igen, denne gang skåret i skiver så varmen kunne komme ind i kødet.. også var kødet gennemstegt og sovsen var kold og smagte dårligt. Vi endte med at gå fra maden og nægtede at betale! Kommer aldrig igen!

Really poor food and high prices. Beef steak and sea bass were overgrilled, burnes and totally tasteless. Two families on vacation with no recommendation.

Terrible food to say the least. Ordered grilled salmon and chicken skewer both were raw. Just avoid it if you can.

Expensive food and bad meat. I would not recommend. Go down the street and order a pizza at Girdino!

Leider war das Essen enttäuschend, trocken und ohne frischen Geschmack mit einem komischen Beigeschmack . Zudem hatten wir ein großes Problem mit Mücken, die das gesamte Essen über störten. Trotz Hinweisen an das Personal wurde nichts unternommen. Insgesamt keine angenehme Erfahrung.

Hyggelig personale. Men det er eneste postive. Bestilte biff, dette var noe dårlige slingser med sener og fett. Bestilte burger, denne var nesten rå i midten. Bestilte grilla kyllinga, denne så ut den var henta fra jordhole og kjørt igjennom noe flammer, denne var rosa i midten. Ikke gå her

On arrival there wasnt a meet or greet to show us to a table, so we found a table, then after waiting at table, I went and spoke to the waiter who rudely told us to move tables as poor light. We patiently waited 20 mins too order our food, We waited a further 55mins before finally our food arrived. We had two small children which we struggled to keep occupied during wait, no communication from waiting staff. When order arrived, we stated our frustration to the waiter who merely replied 'I Know!'. No apologies. He just slammed down our food. Just a real shame of the wait time and obvious lack of staff. This restaurant is a real let down to an overall nice hotel.

I ordered the bbq burger whit fries and the bread was dry and only a piece of lettuce between the buns. The waitress didn't have a clue what she did. No salt and pepper on the tabel until we asked and then only ketchup and mayo to have on our burger. Don't eat here if u like burgers.

LA EXPERIENCIA MÁS DESAGRADABLE DE MI VIDA. Fui al Garden BBQ a cenar porque estaba cerca del hotel al que me alojaba. El servicio excelente, la comida excelente y buenísima, pero LOS MOSQUITOS QUE HABÍA. Empezaron a venir mosquitos y mosquitos, eso era una masacre. Nos empezaron a acribillar tanto que comí corriendo para irme de allí porque ni el antimosquitos que nos dieron funcionaba. Al llegar al hotel conté 26 PICADURAS del tiempo que estuve en el restaurante. No lo recomiendo.

Absolute trash place. The staff was not friendly, food was dry and boring. The prices are not good either. The food took 45 min from when we ordered till we got it on the table. And they had only 5 other guests. The restaurant looks nice. But everything about it is just 1/5... I would highly recommend going past this restaurant.
