The drinks are good but the mini bagels plain are yucky. They taste like heated plastic. The regular bagels plain are good though

People are nicer as compared to other Dunkin that’s why this place is getting two stars. Food on the other hand absolutely not good. We ordered good amount of food thinking o it’s dunkin it’s standardized food but boy we were wrong. The orders were wrong all the way drink were less in quantity. Yes you heard me right the drinks was barely filling half of the cup. The management really needs to work on food standard.

Was a good place to get a tasty treat. On my most recent visit I ask the man if I could order anything on the displayed menu? He says yes. Well, I make an order from that menu, then he tells me that I can’t order that. Had to deduct 3 stars from my previous review.

Normally I get a specific latte. I tried the Cold Brew Cookie Butter. It was nasty. I went back through the drive thru and ordered my usual. I asked if they could throw away the Cold Brew, I was told there are plenty of trash cans at the gas station that they don't take drinks back. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted them to throw it away. Gee thanks, much appreciated! I also got the almond croissant...it didn't taste good at all.

4 PEOPLE STANDING AROUND NO OTHER CUSTOMERS But me & Simple instructions still ignored. I asked for a medium CARAMEL iced coffee with cream and LIQUID SUGAR I got a shitty coffee with nasty sugar grounds and NO CARAMEL.

The staff here is nice but the lattes taste like drinking a Yankee candle. Just synthetic and somehow overly bitter while also being way too sweet at the same time. No amount of flavor/sweetness adjustments I’ve tried have helped, dunkin just uses bad product.

After waiting 13 minutes for hot coffee, we received bately warm coffee and really cold doughnuts. Employees didmt really care about customers unless you were there race

A terrible, horrible service. The person who took my order didn’t even let me speak to explain how I wanted my coffee. She just said, “That’s how it is on the menu.” When I received the coffee, it tasted bad and didn’t have anything I ordered. They don’t even deserve one star.

Pretty dismal experience honestly wasnt going to post but after much thinking I figured I would. Came in around noon on the 19th, employee was distraught because the GENERAL manager said this holiday is for "fried chicken and watermelon". Who says that when you have African American Employees? Is it a one time occurrence? Maybe Corporate should look into it.

I never leave reviews but this is one that must be said! I've never been to an establishment more disrespectful and unprofessional ever! Today I walked in on June 19th to go get some coffee and sit down and over heard a devastating conversation coming from employees while I proceeded to walk past the counter. Now the remark was said through the drive through to a customer which is even more concerning but the remarks were specifically about what is there to celebrate on June 19th "watermelon and chicken?!" And then other employees proceeded to laugh! I've been to this establishment before after work around 7 and they're so sweet, not sure who was working on this day but I don't think I'll be visiting again! The workers working that morning shift I hope get a good lesson on professionalism and culture and learn from mistakes because racist remarks in the work place shouldn't be tolerated or joked about! Please learn and do better and educate yourself in the future!

What’s going on with Dunkin? Latte quality and quantity and sandwich quality is so bad don’t even want to go there and employees attitude are so bad that it’s my fault that I came here and paying my hard earned money to buy coffee and sandwiches. Well hope Dunkin corporation take care of this.

I was the only customer inside when I ordered an everything bagel. It took them 15 minutes to make. I even had to ask the young girl when they thought it may be done. She went to look but never came back. When another employee brought it to me it was burnt. It was so hard, I couldn't even bite into it. I called and the manager wasn't in. I then asked for corporates number. They were too busy talking over by the drive thru window area then they were working.
