Listen, I consider myself a smoothie connoisseur. I love smoothies, I live for smoothies, if I could just have smoothies appear in my hand whenever I want them, I would probably become a smoothie from how much I ingest smoothies. I used to get my smoothies from smoothie king just because it was the closest smoothie place, as well as smoothie factory. It was a very difficult decision because I highly dislike smoothie king. I think they are nowhere near as flavorful. This place has the best smoothies that I have tasted in such a long time. They always draw a little smiley faces as well on the cups! But in general, the employees are always so very sweet to me, even when I order a bunch of stuff for one smoothie lol. The facility is always very clean, smells clean and delicious, and going inside always feels like a breath of fresh air. I haven’t been to the other tropical smoothie Café locations, for a couple of reasons, but mostly because this is the closest one to me, and also just because I think these guys are amazing. I highly doubt I will ever get my smoothies anywhere else unless I’m out of the country, which I also guarantee will not happen anytime soon. Their ingredients are always very fresh, and you can taste it first sip! To say that I am pleased is an understatement, as my job really takes the life out of me and makes it difficult for me to feel happy, they coming here always makes me feel really happy and refreshed! Props to these guys, they’re doing an amazing job.

This is my favorite out of 5 locations near me, mainly because service is usually outstanding. However, this franchisee recently decided to start charging 25 cents to sub Splenda in place of turbinado sugar, which is a bit annoying because none of the other 4 are doing likewise. On the other hand, the other locations tend to charge a little more for the smoothies. I just hate chains with a lot of inconsistencies because I'm not talking about locations spread across the country; these are all within 1 county.

Simoni greeted me and made her recommendations and I’m sooooo glad I listened to her! Bahama Mama definitely a MUST. I had lunch so didn’t try the food menu but heard it’s really good. I love the way it even smells in here, citrusy and definitely great place to go to after dinner or even FOR DINNER. Will definitely be back!

I love coming here and the customer service is amazing! Morgan is an excellent worker and she always walks me through everything when i’m indecisive on what to order. The only problem I have is the heat! It’s so hot in there and it honestly makes me worry for the workers who are in there every day. I would enjoy it much more if it was cooler in there, but overall everything else is great.

This spot is being run by extremely cheap and incompetent folks. Every single summer comes and goes and they don’t fix the a/c. Poor workers suffer every single day. While the smoothies are good the distaste in how the franchise owner treats his employees & customers is just downright disgusting. The whole country knows texas summers are brutal. Yet they don’t want to fix the a/c … not going here until they fix the a/c… highest the temperature inside I’ve seen is 96 but today the temperature inside was 89 at 8:30pm when i was getting a smoothie. So sad for the poor high school ages employees… this is appalling…

While the smoothies are good the distaste in how the franchise owner treats his employees & customers is just downright disgusting. The whole country knows texas summers are brutal. Sarurday evening, my wife got food poisoning with the chicken quesadillas because the kids did not 1.) Cook the packaged chicken well, or 2.) to watch the expiration date of the chicken. My wife was sick for the last few days and recovering. You guys need to check the expiration date of your food please or cook it better!
