I was very pleased with my visit to this location! There were plenty of places to sit and the restaurant was very clean. The staff were totally friendly and helpful and the manager I met was engaged in both customer service and the tasks he was doing. Great place and convenient location.

Great place to get food after the gym, literally, you can walk across from the gym and get some cheap grub here. Jack in the box has some decent burgers with a good amount of protein and fat, just skip the fries and soda haha, maybe even do a lettuce wrap but I like bread.

Excellent choice for your breakfast needs especially when you're hungry, and ya just cant wait cuz of time constraints. This staff was very friendly too. Awesome job, highly recommend.

It was a quick drive thru the food was fresh and hot. Try the onion rings they are plentiful. The staff was courteous. I tried the fish sandwich - it was great!

Somewhat misleading commercials as everyone's head was normal size. The regular burgers are ok, the specialty burgers better. The ultimate cheeseburger is friggin addictive. Great sides you can't get anywhere else.( I.e. poppers, bacon cheddar potato wedges, mozz sticks etc..) If you have the late night hobbies I have this will cure what ails ya. 😏

My family and I love Jack in the box. We eat there probably 3 times a week. It is so helpful that they accept EBT. Not to mention the food is awesome and staff very nice. Please come and visit this Jack in the Box.

Food for a Jack in the Box is always pretty solid. Never had my order messed up, food always hot and good, can't complain really. I would say it's better than the one on Winchester and Nicholas.

Ordering from the app is great. Food is ready when I get there. Easy peasy and they usually get my order perfect.

The Ultimate Cheese Burger at this Jack In The Box is amazing. The employees here are curtious and friendly. I have eaten here several times and it has always been good. They have a soda machine that is out of this world. I will eat here again.

I go through the drive thru several times a week and finally asked the guy who often works the drive thru register, what his name was. Im not usually impressed enough with employees to take their name and write a review but I think it’s important to give complements as much as give complaints because it’s well deserved and is a morale booster. “Kallen” is always friendly and just goes above what I’m used to at a fast food establishment. For every 1 person who thinks something positive or negative you can assume there’s hundreds more so I’m probably speaking for many more customers, but he’s a pleasure to interact with and represents Jacks well. In fact, all of the employees are friendly and 8 outta 10 times my food is hot and fresh. I love their chicken strips and mocha iced coffee, Starbucks has nothing on Jacks iced coffee! This is where I spend a lot of money cause I’m too lazy to cook lol and I had to write a review because I’ve been going for a few weeks and it’s consistently been a great experience 👍

I had the rib-eye burger and it was Ok, nothing to write home about. I like their hamburgers and their french fries and onion rings are tasty. Their employees are usually pretty friendly and courteous. I wish they could bring back the 99¢ Jumbo Jack.

Great service from drive through worker Heather. She made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the menu when I had a question. I told her she was the nicest drive through worker I had met. So many times I feel like you get very rude service when going through drive throughs and this was the complete opposite. She Deserves recognition from management because she takes her job seriously and will make me think of jack n the box as a restaurant with happy employees and good service.

Updated review: I've been giving this location some more tries in recent months and service has been greatly improved. The food is always good. I usually place my order via the app now and haven't had any issues. Thank you! I don't know why I keep going to this location. They continue messing up my orders; incorrect items, missing items. These employees are grossly incompetent. Reconsider your visit here the next time you're looking for a quick bite to eat. Avoid this location at all costs.

Nice and usually very clean. The drive thru can take a while sometimes even if nobody else is in line. Most of the staff is nice and friendly. Only ever had my order wrong once here. But they usually do a good job of keeping orders straight and try to be quick. Just depends on who is working. I absolutely adore the staff that was there on December 18, 2017. Chris was amazing!! Always super smiles and great attitude. Even took a picture to post to here.

The food is always fresh and made to order, you order it they make it. That's why you find yourself not getting your panties in a wad with as many guest there can be, unless of course your there at 1:00 to 3:00 am. OK moving on, normally 75% of my tines I've visited Jack I have gone through the drive through, probably cuz I'm to hungry and don't have the strength to stand and wait or it could be I'm lazy. Either way those employees are all over it man deserves I feel like u should start mooing cuz in feeling like I'm in a herd of cows. Nothing wrong with being quick even if you do have more than 10 to 12 item's, haha. Seriously though even if their quick they are still personal and friendly with you and you leave with a smile and everything you ordered. Now if I had a red phone is call Jack myself and let him know he can be proud of one team for sure the ones off of temecula parkway.

Usually get good food for a good price this time I had to have my ultimate cheese burger cause I'm about the protein and the flavor of the meat n cheese and just got ta have a good fresh brewed iced tea and they are always a safe bet for the ice tea (I'm really super picky about my tea) and I like this one better than the other ones because they are willing to do it your way when you ask with out any B's OR giving you a hard time about it so eat hearty my friends and have a great day. Always consistently good food and service at a great value. Just don't use drive-thru if it's raining, unless your into having water all over the interior of your car.

While JitB has always made the best curly fries imo, I have to say their regular fries have gotten so much better over the last few years. I've been pleasantly surprised each time I've ordered them. The Sourdough Jack is one of best burgers in fast food, and the ultimate cheeseburger will stick to your ribs. (Don't forget bacon!!) Their breakfast menu is varied and can please just about everyone.

Come on, it's Jack in the Box not Ruth-Chris. The food is good, the staff does their job and the restrooms are decent. What more can you ask for in a fast food restaurant.

I like this Jack In The Box a lot more than the other one by Chaparral High School. I've had quite a few orders made incorrectly at the one on Winchester. All in all the employees are pretty nice at both. The Jack in the Box on Murrieta Hot Springs Rd gets my vote for the best customer service overall 👍🏽😊

This lady was very rude to me. I asked to order in . She was maybe in a rush to tale her break but instantly dosregarded the order and me waiting to pay. This kind guy walked to the front desk and finished what she started. Not sure of his name but he is working the drive thru is solid and flowing. But ordering in will take longer than usual hense why i am able to write this all before i get my food . Very good tasting. Amicable ambiance everything was reliably on time . Its more of a drive thru location where service is prioritized on drive thru flow. Redbull in a jack n the box. Thats new .

4 stars across the board and is one of the best Fast Food restaurants I like. Burgers always hot and fresh. Great service and great parking and drive thru is always clean and responsive with your food orders and always correct with the right order and your custom likes and dislikes added or removed.

The picture will never match the product, as is the issue with almost any fast food joint. The strongest positive thought your tongue will have towards this food is; "Meh, this is food I guess."

It's a nice fast food drive through or eat in the service is friendly & quick .

Everytime i went there ive always had to wait in a long line and the didnt like the surroundings either but food was good.

It's Jack in the Box... the food is great depending on the team working that day. When it's the newer younger crew, they forget everything, even straws, forks, etc. But again... it's JACK N THE CRACK LOL! Always there when you need it!

Order through drive-thru and they forgot the sauces I requested and the tacos I ordered. Didn't realize when I got home, called and they said they didn't have an order like that at all... and said I had the wrong jack in the box.

Employee in the drive thru was very good.. I ordered four side orders of their maple suasage links and two tacos. They lady at the window asked if I got my tacos yet I said no so she put two in the bag with the box that had the suasage in it. As I was driving away I noticed that the box had only half the suasage I ordered in it. So I drove back thru the drive thru and told them I was shorted two orders of the suasage links . The guy in the drive thru told me to pull forward. When I get to the window the lady tells me that the side of link suasage is now just one link for $0.90 not three that I have been getting twice a week for a month now. Now I go to three different stores in the area and all have sold 3 links for $.90 . They lady tells me she was the store manager ( her name is Amber) and she tells me that the guy that took my order must have not been trained correctly..now as being the store manager it is her job to make sure everyone is correctly trained And not pass the blame to another employee.. as I stated before I have been getting this same order twice a week for a month in three different stores so I guess all the stores, managers, and employees are not trained or educated on the rules and regulations of the company.. very unpleasant and unprofessional...

Difficult for me to recommend. Waited at the counter for 5 min then left without my order being taken. I think they only care about drive-through. I might give them another chance. Might.

Employees behind the counter were slapping each other on the butts while I was trying to order my food. They stood around talking and laughing, it took me over 10 minutes to get my food, which was cold.

It seems like every weekend I go through the drive thru my order is correct on the screen but they get my order wrong when I get home and open the bag. The first time I let it go, the second time I got upset because I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and now the third time today I just don't have any words. Wrong again. I don't get it. Maybe I have bad luck or just maybe they just don't know what they're doing or just don't care.

This place never fails to be closed when I use drive thru late hours. There's a period of time they reset and technically do not close cuz they claim to be open 24 hours .problem being I have run Into this multiple times I mean 5 times several of which were over a year ago so I went back lol to be unsurprised. A sign placed in drive thru with time they return is all I really need. At least I can manage knowing this schedule not to waste my time or patience. Its also unclear when this reset is expected . So you see , traveling obviously and convenient unless you already passed another establishment you knew was open then drove into a open jack in the box only to be ghosted by employees, letting me wait expecting a response at the open drive thru and yet again frustrating communication and a dissatisfied customer is born.

Rarely have had a good experience at this Jack in the Box. Cold burger, lukewarm chicken sandwich, ordered a spicy chicken jack wrap got 2 mini tacos instead. $2 difference. Unfortunate

Could not get my order correctly, even when I waited for it to be made again... and when I got the food was not up to the standard for this chain... Hard Boba. Dry sandwiches. Prices have gone up again. Just don't even bother. So many better choices nearby. I will not be back.

This place staff needs to review the ingredients in a chicken fajita pita, they literally threw the one I ordered together and it was torn on the pita bread couldn’t even hold it and there was literally no fajita onions and only like 4 pieces of chicken and all lettuce barely any tomatoes either see the pic, I would not recommend this jack n box go to another one in the area

How does it make sense that during a pandemic the access to handwashing in the restroom is restricted to people before eating. So now if I have covid-19 on my hands instead of washing them to remove it we spread it onto everything before I put it in my mouth and swallow it. This seems like the worst idea since Greedo getting vaccinated first.

Claimed they were closed at 10:25 when their hours are open till 1. Cars were still in the drive through and people were in the dining room. When I asked them about their hours they refused to answer or serve me

I'm so mad at this place, I'll not go there again for 8 months. 30 minutes in the drive thru and I was presented with the wrong order and made to wait longer so my order could be fixed. I'd have driven away had it not been for the hungry kids. $19 spent and I wished I'd not stopped there. We now eat at Sonic.

I deliver for DoorDash and GrubHub. Had to wait a very long time to get the order almost 10 minutes. You order through drive thru during the pandemic then they ask everyone to pull around to the front door and walk the orders out. Very strange. They did not seal the food like most places for contactless delivery.

I waited for fifteen minutes with only five cars ahead of me. Very, very slow service in the drive-thru. I had only ordered a side salad, and a Dr. Pepper without ice. I had to ask for a fork and a napkin.

I got food poisoning from this Jack in the Box and was violently ill for 24 hours. This was about 6 years ago...the reason I'm posting this now is because my 8 year old son recently got food poisoning from the very same place! I haven't eaten at a Jack in the Box since and never will again...

I work across the street and have gone here for about a year for lunches most days. I will not be doing so from now on after too many bad experiences. The service is awful, the staff are very rude, and I’ve been served food in packaging that was filthy. I just went through the drive through and got a drink with BLOOD on the lid and the cashier was irritated and rude to me when I asked for a replacement, that’s the last straw. Please for your own safety do not eat here.

Poor listening skill, for the people taking or processing my order. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and no tomato.... Instead I got a regular chicken sandwich, with NO cheese, in which I paid extra for! This makes the 3rd time within a two week period that my order was not prepared the way that I asked! Also when you try to call on the phone to speak with a manager, they absolutely never, ever, never, ever answer the telephone! Refused to serve me saying they were only reserving their drive thru for door dashers, when their drive thru clearly stated they were open to all customers for another. I could tell from the workers tone that he didn't wanna serve me and deal with making a little more food before he was off for the night. Absolutely ridiculous.

Found a Long hair cooked into my burger patty. Was so nasty I didn’t see it coming after I threw my burger into the bag I figured wow I’ll just eat the fries! I grabbed a few and again another long hair almost looked like it was fried with the fry. Disgusting!!!!

Haven't been to this location and about a year. The last time was here. The chicken strip was hard and dry. This time, I got a breakfast croissant, and this time when I bit into it. I heard a crunch, and it was a shell. This tells a lot about the quality of food and service this location provides. I pulled the shell out to get a clear picture. (Didn't want to show everyone where I found it, but Jack, I do have the picture).

Ordered 8 tacos at the drive thru. Nobody else was in drive thru line. The order was ready when I got to the window for pickup. I said to my wife this is too fast. We got home in about 6 minutes. The tacos were ice cold, and there was very little lettuce grease everywhere. This is the second order in about 3 weeks that was wrong or cold. The other was, We went thru the drive thru ordered burgers, double Jack's one was missing the a burger patty.
