Great food and great customer service!

Used the drive thru this visit. Quick and easy as I was the only customer. I did forget to check for napkins and there were none. I had to use the Kleenex that I had in the car. Got the 5 piece chicken tenders meal which is my favorite and the easiest to eat when driving.

Best KFC in Murrieta they got some pretty Kool people working there. But they got some of the best chicken in town. You should definitely stop by for a bite

Placed my first pick-up order and realized when checking the bag that I did not have the chicken tenders I thought I ordered. Turns out I clicked the wrong item and ordered a double chicken bucket instead. The staff quickly got my add-on chicken tenders order ready and even gave me a couple extra! Both the pickup line and drive-thru was busy and all of the staff were courteous and helpful the entire time even while wearing masks which must be extremely hot and uncomfortable working in the kitchen. Thank you to the whole team!

We ordered a 20 piece hot wings and 8 piece chicken. We had to wait 10 minutes for the wings no problem for us but they messed up and only put 12 so we had to wait another 10 minutes so they could make more but they made up for it by giving us extra wings and a cake. Well we weren't mad. Yummm very polite and quick to explain their mistake. Never be an unnecessary unhappy customer if they do everything they can to make things right with you. We of course will be coming here again.

I went here because my significant other is vegan and can eat the new Beyond Chicken Nuggets. They are pretty good! The regular chicken is pretty good as well. I also like their mashed potatoes. We ate in a nearby parking lot in the car while listening to music. I'm not sure why people expect gourmet food from a fast food restaurant. For what it is, it's pretty great! The staff are nice as well. This particular location is in Murrieta and therefore it's well kept and in a decent area.

Food was fresh nice and hot. Fries were actually crunchy on the outside not all soggy. Biscuit was wrapped and placed on the side and wasn't squished like the other locations do. Put my sauces in the bag and included honey and butter for the biscuit I didn't have to remind them to add it. This was a great experience happy we stopped at this location. My son was so pleased with his meal.

I go outta my way to get food here. Always great 👍.

KFC is crazy expensive but now they have the Tuesday buy one get one free bucket on a 8 piece which is a fantastic deal. We take advantage of that every week so it's made my KFC dining experience great

The staff is always nice and friendly and the food is MOSTLY good. Sometimes isn't so fresh, but what do you expect for fast food? Also place is very small, but usually clean, so it's all good. They could use a makeover (probably all KFC's).

Clean restaurant! Service is incredibly fast, and has always been courteous. My only issue may just be from timing, but they have been out of original style chicken a couple times and I've had to go with extra crispy to avoid a wait.

It's been a long time since I had KFC and I can never remember why I stopped eating there however as an adult eating the chicken here was really good the crispy I don't like so much because it's too much crunch and you miss a lot of the flavor however the original chicken is really good and it's never too greasy I like dark meat though however as their white meat seem to be dry on occasions otherwise this is a great place to eat the drive-thru can be crowded sometimes but that's through peak hours but it moves really quickly.

The chicken meals hot, fresh, and tasty. The pricing is moderate. There's a lot of staff turnover here & service is spotty. The interior is small and the seating is cramped and uncomfortable. People prefer the busy drive-thru to order.

They have good staff here. It only seems though that each time I order here something is missing or is incorrect in my order. I check it before I leave but somehow when I get home something will still be wrong and it's frustrating sometimes. They are very helpful in replacing your order though but ofcourse not fun when you're home already and you didnt get what you want and you have to come another day to get what you missed. Anyway, food is always great and hot!

The service was great through the drive-thru and the cashier was very polite and pleasant. They gave me quite a few different sauces to use with the chicken tenders combo I got. The food was prepared very well and tasted good. I can't believe how many items they have on the menu now

The quality is always consistent. I keep coming back for the extra crispy chicken. The outside is crunchy and the chicken is tender and juicy. One of my favorite meals to take for a picnic. Was a little surprised to see that the price is now $26 for 12 pieces of chicken only. Well I guess the cost had to rise with the minimum wage.

Really like this KFC. Employees are very nice and polite. They always have pot pies. Chicken has always been good Also Drive thru is very quick Today, I'm a little frustrated with my visit. I ordered a simple meal and when I got home the biscuits were missing. I live too far to return. Tried to call, but the phone was busy. For 3 straight hrs. Then gave up. The lesson is always to check your bags no matter how simple an order is.

I would love to give this KFC location 5 stars, but the consistency of quality and service is so volatile... makes me think management has a revolving door on staff including their own sets of standard whether they are following the original recipes or willy-nilly working the products that ends up shrunk, over-cooked (darker color), too salty, gravy is no longer the original taste, vegie sides are too bland - among others. So the stars are really bouncing in and out - mostly out - the average I could give for best effort is 3 stars. I sure would love to make KFC my regular choice of lunch/dinner since it has been afyer all, my favorite growing up.

Well I should have checked our bag before leaving the drive through. I was missing 4 potatoe wedges and in my kids meal he received green beans. Lol the look in his face.

Lately always understaffed and it takes forever to get your food, but the taste and quality of the chicken has improved and tastes really. Now for the sides, not so good.

I don't eat fast food often but since i was away from home I partook on this American tradition lol. Maybe it's been forever since I've been to KFC but was surprised they now offer spicy chicken! It's the little things for me really. Food was fine... the reason I am giving them only 3 stars is because as a fast food chain, I'd expect a well established supply management. They ran out of forks and/or spoons (maybe they carry sporks)... which is really mind blowing. There was no heads up about this either. An hour from home, how exactly was I to enjoy my food? I returned because the forks were missing and the guy at the counter shuffled around looking for some, a solid 20 minutes had passed since I'd gone through the drive threw and he wasn't immediately aware? That's odd, so poor supply management AND communication. Eek. I'm sure things like this happen however this is a major red flag for me. Maybe it's my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt talking however lol. Just bummed me and my kids had to come home to cold food to eat.

My family & I always love eating at KFC. Thi KFC from my experience has longer waits in car lines. I try to be positive & think maybe its cause its a better KFC. at least thats whT i tell my self. Customer s ervice drive thru could use help. But overall its still good food!

The cashier was friendly, but seemed confused about what I ordered and could not give a Senior Discount because she forgot it and could not go back. The chicken is as usual delicious, but to get a large enough portion you spend big bucks since sides are not included, plus the drink. My meal for me was $16.14. Also, the tables and floors are sticky and the place smells musty.

I don't know why people at this restaurant act like they hate their job they never take your order right And if they do by chance get it right they leave things out I went through there tonight I ordered a four-piece tender combo in classic original recipe I did not get that I also did not get any sauce I got two napkins I don't know how somebody expects you to eat fried chicken with two napkins and I wasn't going to go back to retrieve my sauce it's very frustrating when literally you just have to look at the screen and put the stuff in the bag but yeah we're somehow missing things or it's incorrect they read it back to you correctly but then don't put that in the bag there has to be a better solution

While this is a long time favorite, we were disappointed this particular visit. We had an ad recently received through the mail about a package deal. When we tried to order the staff told us they didn't honor it anymore. Then...why did we just get it in the mail? Anyways ended up paying about $10 more to get what the mailer promised. Didn't want to make a big deal to the staff that has nothing to do with what is mailed out, but just be warned have any ads sent with you at point of sale or you'll end up like we did. The food was still good but damn.

Ordered was huge! Everything was on point but the sauces. We’ve never ordered from KFC. We’re a total sauce family. I paid extra, plus the one of the meals we ordered, was supposed to come with 7. Didn’t get any of the 3+ dollar sauces I paid for. It’s literally the principal of paying for items we didn’t receive for me.

Last order at drive-thru... leg and thigh boxes ended up having leg and breast. White meat is so dry, did not like it, but did not have the time to take it back.

The chicken here is much better than the spot in Temecula bit not as great as the KFC in fashion district LA. Anyways. We ordered the 20 dollar fill up and bbq wings. We were told we have to put the bbq on by ourselves? 🤣 when did this become a thing? Where do they do that at? Very strange experience. The wings are over fried and that just made it worse. Over friend hard to bite into food and I have to cover it in sauce even though you advertise bbq wings? Makes zero sense. The 20 dollar fill up was like warm and had that wet texture as of I warmed it up. 5 bbq packets to cover my wings, cold chicken and zero napkins, bitter, honey. Just a mess. Popeyes is not too far of a distance. Spend your money on some hot food and avoid waiting 18 minutes in the parking lot for them to bring you your order. Just ridiculous.

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes it is good and other times it is aweful .today it was ok. The got my order wrong in the drive thru and when I got home I noticed it so I called. They said over the pgone they would put an extra one in for the mistake and the inconvince of having to drive back, they did not however do what they said so customer service today was 0. Had to eat cold food because I had to go back .

I think they get their chickens from Ethiopia now. all the pieces are very small and just as greasy as ever. I used to love the coleslaw but even that has lost its signature flavor that made it the absolute best, now just bland . The mashed potatoes are claydough. Sometime you get good food and sometimes bad especially around closing time. This mashed potatoes was very running and watery. The chicken was very stale looking. Requested a refund. Plus, this location mark prices differently than the promotion special. Website says $5 but their menu meals stated $5.95. The guy tried charging me extra for dark meat. 🤔🤔Always check your receipt before leaving.

It could have been 5 stars if we get everything in the $30.00 fill up. Unfortunately we did not get the chicken tenders in our bag. It was very frustrating to find out what you look forward to eating was not even there. Otherwise the chicken was really delicious.

This store needs some managerial skills! I ordered two 4 piece meals. They were out of breasts so they said, "you're going to get 4 pieces of dark meat because we're out of breasts". I said, "Are you going to give me an extra piece to make up for it?" He said no. So I proceed to the window and asked the "manager". I asked he what the price difference is between the breast and legs. She refused to answer the question and went on to make it very clear to me that I was not going to get and extra piece of chicken in lieu of getting actually what I ordered. I could not believe it!! No way is a leg in place of a breast and even trade. She adamantly refused to balance out the order with an extra piece of chicken. She said I could just order the 3 piece meal if I want to get exactly what I pay for. Unbelievable!!! Unheard of atrocity of customer service. I left with no food, but all of my money.

I had not been to KFC for a while. Obviously they have changed. The chicken was well cooked, but the skin was limp and greasy. The sides for being called large, were very small and didn't even fill the containers. Very expensive for what you received. I probably won't go back.

I love here in the City and I’m going to start going to the one out side of the city -this place is awful!! never can they get an order right !! No wonder raining canes is coming into town and now we see why Chick-fil-A does so much business-awful we will contact Corp! I had the 5 piece chicken tenders combo and the breading was tasteless. I'm just guessing that the tenders don't have the same original recipe as the regular chicken pieces? Or is all the chicken tasteless now? I don't go to KFC as often as I used to so not sure what changes they have made but not terribly interested in trying it again. I still dig the coleslaw, tastes as good as I remember. Seems to be a growing trend with fast food places these days but getting some dipping sauce or a napkin or straw or butter or honey at KFC is like pulling teeth! None of it comes with your meal and they seem annoyed when you ask for it as if they were giving out golden nuggets or something. As prices go up the quality of food and customer service dwindles. The food was horrid. The chicken barely had any meat. It tasted like it had been boiled and then breaded and half fried. The mashed potatoes came with the gravy already on them. So instead of mashed potatoes with gravy it was gravy potato soup. The only edible part was the biscuits. I've never been so disappointed

It’s smell spoiled, I called the store to let the manager or supervisor about the corn he said their corn never been spoiled because it was frozen, and they just defrost it hours ago. I guessed some people really don’t know what spoiled food smells like. KFC please train your people please don’t want my kids and my family to have food poisoning.

I ordered on the app, I arrived 2 minutes before it was ready, I was told it would be an additional 10 minutes, then 43 minutes later..... and stil got an attitude with rolling her eyes at me when l asked the status of my order. Chicken was undercooked and missing 3 wings and most condiments. Never again.

We have a pretty good experience with any other KFC but this one. Today when you went to KFC today the lady that was making our food seemed generally mad and when we told her that our food was messed up she got even more mad and spit in our food

They didn't honor the special Price on commercial TV , bread is dry, hard . They don't have the jalapenos anymore, I won't be going back KFC sucks regret eating all that fried food was not worth it!

Worse KFC experience ever.....customers were furious to the point of losing their appetite behind the poor, unorganized service from this location. The food was cold, partially cooked. The drive thru only orders were waiting 30 - 40 minutes just to get the wrong order. I watched at least 15 customers leave their parked cars to come in for their orders, all angry frustrated and wanting a refund. Definately on the never again list.

This locations never answers phones to complain that they missed an entire meal and gave me nothing of what I ordered. Worst location ever, also the one item you did get right had zero gravy. It’s A bowl covered in gravy, how could you screw that up? As other people have said these employees are either unbelievably lazy or they hire only idiots. This is shocking how bad this location is and every single time I’ve come this happens.

One star is to much! This is the place to go if you want your order wrong. Gave them another chance and the same thing happened. Wanting to support restaurant business' and it seems employees hate their jobs and pay no attention to customers. Why support a business that throws whatever in your order. No utensils for sides that need it.

Beyond upset if you pay for a meal and spend almost $30.00 dollars yr food should be fresh. Our Chicken was dried and cold. It seemed liked they had the Chicken for a more than a few hrs. Unacceptable and KFC Corporate really needs to be on it and make sure their franchise makes sure their Chicken is fresh. My Son wanted Raising Canes because their Chicken is always fresh and because I didn't want to drive to Temecula we ended up with dry stall Chicken and this will be the last time for our family. Wish I would have driven to Raising Canes.

Went thru drive thru on December 23 bought $30 meal deal.. Only received 1/2 of my order, chicken and not the bucket of tenders. I called because I was already home when I realized it. I was given a name and a reference #. Went back last night and was told I can't get my chicken tenders because too much time past. I should of gone 2 months from December. I was not told this on the phone. Person at KFC said I did tell you. I would have noted it that with all the other information she gave me. They gave me 10% off my current order, which I would of gotten anyways due to being military family. Plus they messed up on my order last night too. Requested no biscuits, they said would give cookie instead. I got 2 biscuits and watered down plain ice tea when I requested raspberry iced tea and no cookie. We went late last night, 9 pm and they were not busy at all at the time. Very disappointed.

Almost an hour to wait in the drive thru to get the order wrong? We haven't been to this location in awhile, but we definitely won't be back. There's half a dozen chicken places around town that are better and faster than this place

The nastiest chicken I've ever try to eat! I tried the Nashville hot chicken, the chicken was super dry, drenched in old burnt oil and not hot at all. You could taste that the cooking oil was super dirty, will never step in that place again. Gross! $6+ for three pieces of disgusting food..... go to wings n things for better chicken and cheaper prices

Poor customer service. Cashier Ariana extremely sarcastic and rude. Had a sarcastic laugh and attitude the whole time. Then she turned around and talked about us in spanish and I asked her to speak to the manger in Spanish. when I told manager Laura that I spoke Spanish and understood everything she apologized. This teen or young adult should not be working as a cashier if she can't be mature and respectful. Cashiers should be friendly and welcoming. Will not return

This place had no flavor in there food. Mashed potato where running. And the chicken was dried. This was my dads favorite place to eat and hes doesnt have one close to his house. We wont be going back anytime soon It was a let down.

Why do they have a drive through? Every single time we got there is a 10-15 mins wait and that is after we have already waited in the wrap-around line to even place an order. Chick-fil-A will be our place from now on when the taste for wings come up!!

Food made me really sick. One of the sauce packets they gave me was punctured and leaked all over the inside of the bag. It didn't get on the food since it was in the box so I thought it was ok but 20 minutes after eating, I got really sick. Not sure how the sauce was punctured but I'm pretty sure I got it like that. There was really nothing that could have punctured it from sitting on my car seat. But that would mean they gave it to me like that. I can't imagine the person who packed it would do that on purpose but I also can't imagine how that person would've missed the punctured packet. It was a large gash in the top about a quarter inch wide. Regardless of it was on purpose or not, there's obviously not close enough manager supervision that would allow this to happen in the first place. Blaming the kid that did it would be pointless. I think it's the management's problem which makes it the owners problem. Really unacceptable. I've seen restaurants get shut down completely for less.

I was overcharged. I got the wraps 2 for 5 ans a small side of mash potatoes and was charged $14 and change. Had no spoon/fork for the mash . Didn't get a receipt. I'd ask for a receipt and check the total for future

DIABLO 4 CAREFUL if you are going for the Diablo 4 promotion and order either chicken sandwiches make sure they wrap it in the correct paper with the QR code. I bought two separate orders, paid separately, same orders different drinks. I checked in one bag and saw the correct wrapper so I didn't check the other only to be disappointed when I got home with only one QR code the other sandwich was wrapped in the wrong paper? They either don't care about their own promotion or intentionally try to jip my buddy and I of our rightfully owed promotion reward. Had to suffer through a less than mediocre spicy sandwich that I am forced to for the promotion for no reason. Inconsiderate be careful and get what you drove all the way over and paid for.

Customer service is rude. I was given the wrong chicken missing sides had to come back was told I have to wait an additional 25 minutes when I had already gone home came back waited 15 to 20 minutes to get my food before this and was treated like I did something wrong. Not my fault your job sucks! Treat people right and do the job right the first time. This place is always forgetting something. It’s not that hard.

So went through the drive thru and first off the bowl I ordered was mostly gravy stale corn and cheese- where the potatoes were I’m still wondering. My husband ordered “street corn” which is jus normal corn, Mac n cheese was dry and gross. I guess you have to request things like sauces, forks ect, even though you order tenders, and mashed potatoes, I’m still looking for the mashed potatoes lol, all n all I should’ve went to Popeyes cuz they got mashed potatoes- KFC jus isn’t what it used to be.. 😞

I ordered from here through GrubHub and there was a piece of chicken in the bottom of my bucket that was already bitten. This is unsanitary and I will be reporting this photo to Food Safety & Sanitation.

I can’t believe that people making 20$ an hour can be so unprofessional and rude and have zero customer service at all, I tried a couple times in the short amount of time we had to try and be polite but it was met with just rudeness and hostility. This is a shout out to the guy working today 12/24/24 working the drive thru window around 5:30pm. If you hate your job so much then go do something else or go collect your unemployment benefits. I used the app to order the 8 piece chicken deal and gave them 25 minutes to get it done. Right when I get there with a few minutes left until the due time, they call me that they have NOTHING I ordered available. I ask them to cancel the order so it'll refund me and they said they can't and I have to call a stupid hotline. HOW CAN YOU NOT CANCEL AN ORDER WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING I ORDERED AVAILABLE!?

So I've given THIS location a shot multiple times now and every single time has been a horrible experience. We've gone during different times and different days and while the cashier's are very nice and friendly that's where the good feelings end. Every single time I have been, they're ALWAYS out of extra crispy chicken, and they always mess up my order or forget something. There is a serious lack of communication too because they don't tell you until it's too late that they are out of everything except original recipe. Also, the cookie you get with meals or boxes have always been stale and frankly not edible. Definitely won't go back again and making sure to tell everybody I know to avoid this location from now on!!!

Checked in for a mobile order. Guy said he would start making it right away. Sat there for 20 minutes watching him pace in the kitchen not actually doing anything and then came back to tell me they were out of breasts and it was going to be ANOTHER 15 minutes. Never coming here again

Ordered two tender combos and a mash potatoe and gravy. 1. No gravy 2. No sauces that was with our order 3. No utensils with our order Lack of attention to detail for the order and common sense to add cutlery to an order with sides that require utensils. Failure to answer the phone when attempting to get the order corrected. We will be ordering else where from now on.

We payed extra for chicken breast and of course tons of legs NO chicken breast. Of the 6 we paid for we got 2. Tried to call and get this fixed and the phone says busy. Paying extra for nothing.

These fast food restaurants are just overboard on the price you got to start going out and buying your own food and cooking it at home if you want to save 10000 of dollars a year you can go buy a chicken for 6 bucks in the store but you got to pay KFC $50 for the same chicken with some mashed potatoes which is cheap and macaroni and cheese which is cheap never again will I go to a fast food restaurant just the other day I went to Taco Bell it was $48 for $7 that's outrageously ridiculous it's all because of Newsome and his give them $20 an hour which screws every person if you go back East you get better prices on everything even gas why is California such a screwed-up place you got to pay 10 times the amount I thought it was united we stand divided we fall on your separating the East with the west and causing big problems why should they get to pay less for everything and we got to pay gold prices something's going on

Just ordered some food from here after not having kfc in YEARS. Sad to say that it was trash. The chicken was too dry and the fries were stale. Only got one sauce out of the three sauces I ordered. I regret wasting my money here.

Ordered original recipe chicken and wound up with food poisoning within 12 hours. Don't order from here. Not sure what the workers are doing but something isn't right. These people are making $20 an hour and can't even guarantee the food will even be cooked safely.

I call back in to try to bring my food back down to get it replaced and they told me to go through my app. There’s nothing they can do about it so for me to just chalk it up as a loss pretty much terrible customer service.

Walked in, ordered 2 large buckets of thighs. 14 in a bucket. Was told couldn't do that, had to have 7 thighs, 7 drumsticks. I had purchased 14 piece thigh buckets in the past. As I had a neighborhood party waiting I agreed to the two mixed buckets. After driving 5 minutes to my dinner location I opened up the buckets to find both thighs and drumsticks to be not crisp at all and actually mushy, soggy. My group and I were very disappointed in the product which in the past had been excellent. The large buckets and coleslaw, which also didn't seem to be quite up to par cost almost $80 and it was not well spent on the inferior product I received. I am 90 years old, 100% disabled retired Marine and I have eaten at KFC for a good part of my life. Today without a doubt was my worst experience. I am sorry to have to have written this. Tomorrow I will go to the location where I purchased the product and relay this information to those present personally.

Just acted like they were bothered i came in. I ordered a 16 piece tender meal, a large fry, and 4 bottles of water. When they brought my food they only brought me 1 bottle, and said they could give me cups of ice water. I said I ordered 4 bottles, they said oh well. I also ordered multiple sauces, they gave me KFC sauce and that's it. No gravy, no bbq, no honey mustard, nothing. Just 10 KFC sauces. They didn't give me what I ordered, the food was meh, and the service was bad. Won't be back, and I recommend you don't go back either. Food is OK. But not great.

When I tried to order the 8 piece chicken meal, manager said it had to be 1/2 crispy and 1/2 regular. No where was that posted anywhere in the restaurant.

I did a DoorDash order the driver was very prompt I'm 2.3 miles from the restaurant. so I know it's not the drivers fault but the food was cold and chewy the chicken and fries in the funk bucket were so old very little fries and the mashed potato balls would have been good if fresh biscuits were hard on Ed she's only thing not a disappointment was the Dr. pepper

If I could give less stars I would. What an awful location. It was dirty inside, there was a smell coming from the bathroom that was just awful and smelled like there was no ventilation and they needed to call a plumber. The restaurant itself was dirty. The tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a year, the floors looked like they hadn't seen a mop in months. I don't even want to imagine what the kitchen looked like. The food was beyond terrible. We order a 14pc extra crispy and the chicken tasted like it was made a week ago and just sat in oil. We'll never be back here again.
