This is a basic little Caesar’s. So it’s 5 stars for what it is. The pizza used to be bad at this specific location but it’s been way better recently. I always order ahead and do the contactless pick up through the app.

10/31/2024 order pizzas about an hour before I wanted to pick them up. Like a dummy I knew better than to wait. Especially on a holiday. Not sure if it was the owner or manger, But he was very polite and professional! Every few minutes him and his team up front kept checking on the status of everyone’s order! Although it was hectic and chaotic it was very controlled! Overall only ended waiting an extra 20-30 mins after it was said it would have been done. Great job! Keep up the great work! Just wanted to personally thank you and your team! Happy Halloween

I have always had a good experience at this location. The food is good, especially for the price, although pizza is very subjective so, I can only recommend you try the pizza and see what you think in terms of quality and flavor.

I love the Crazy Puffs! But I am a little upset that when I come into the store, I do not get a "Hello, we will be right with you" or a "HI, welcome to Little Cesars, we will be right with you" I think the crew could do a lot better on welcoming their customers. But the crazy Puffs are delicious

I was a carry out and received the wrong pizza, unfortunately, when I tried calling the store continuously at 7:45 pm, 15 min before closing, until closing, no one answered the phone. I paid for an Hula Hawaiian $10.50 and received a pepperoni 😒. I didn’t try driving back up to the store because they closed at 8 pm and I didn’t want to be more disappointed. I called back on the next day and the manager Taylor requested I bring in the card copy receipt because anyone can take a picture of the receipt. After the front servers were trying very hard to accommodate me. The manager net came out to apologize or assist. Manuel and Nicole had very good customer service. I went from one star to three stars because Nicole and Manuel were very positive and hard working. Thank you Nicole for my refund.

5 dollar hot and ready. You can't beat that. Yes it's not the highest of quality pizza but come on you can feed 2 to 3 people on 5 bucks, or have some leftovers. Here is a tip they always put the fresh pizzas on the bottom rack and then move them up as they sell the ones on the top rack. When you order your hot and ready ask for one from the bottom rack and you will most likely get one that just came out of the oven.

Ok so the Pretzel Crust Pizza is actually really good even though their red sauce always gives me heart burn, A+ For the taste of the Pretzel Crust. Then when I brought it home and was putting the left overs in the fridge I noticed burnt black Crust underneath NOT A FAN!!!!

Little Caesars Pizza is decent overall. The pizza isn’t amazing, but it’s not bad either, it’s pretty average and does the job when you need something quick and affordable. My main issue is with the “Hot and Ready” pizzas. They’re rarely actually ready. Almost every time I go in, I’m told it’ll be a 15–20 minute wait, which kind of defeats the purpose of calling it hot and ready. Also, if you order Crazy Bread, make sure you ask for the marinara sauce, it’s not automatically included. Not a bad spot, just a few things that could be improved to make the experience smoother.

Pizza is usually not the problem here, but I wanted to order the quattro. Wasn't online, so went into the store. Said it was discontinued. So ordered my usual pizzas and was charged more. When I pulled it up online and showed the cashier the prices, she said oh, prices went up and online is cheaper. Instead of price matching their own site or just this one time, I got nothing. Not happy about that, learned my lesson. Papa's it is next time.

Hot and Ready Pizza? Ha! Biggest lie I've ever heard. Not only is it pricier than other little caesars, but everytime I go there and order a classic pizza the wait is TWENTY MINUTES. The quality is amazing thus my extra star but the service is dreadful. Friend of mine have had much worse experiences.

Worst experience with Little Ceasers Pizza in my life. A 20 min order took a hour there were only 2 people working, the waiting area was hot and uncomfortable. The employees were frustrated because the owner was not proving enough help. The worst thing was my valuable time that was wasted.

Highly suggest not to eat here! They hand out burnt pizzas. I called to ask for a refund or return and the manager picked up the phone confrontational with a huge attitude and saying right away that I’m not getting a refund until HIS PIZZA IS RETURNED BACK TO HIM. And continued to say you can return MY PIZZA which I was never saying I wasn’t. He right off the bat seemed ready to fight me over this pizza. This pizza was not edible because how burnt it was but manager was very demeaning and acted like I was trying to steal pizza from them. Never again will spend money at that location with the manager they have. It’s 10$ for a pizza there was no reason for him to be confrontational when I was just trying to figure out if a return was possible. I told him I would leave a review and he said do what you need to do. He needs fired or retraining on customer service.

Today I went to pick up pizza at 8:26pm and they turned off their lights and the employee maybe manger came out from the back and started counting the register while more than a handful of people also getting off their car to pick or order pizza. Location is losing customers your better off going to Costco $10 huge pizzas

Sat in the lobby for half an hour while my food got cold because the employees are too stupid to read my name off a ticket. Asked numerous times if my food was done, each time I was told it was coming out soon even though it was done before I got there. Didn't bother saying sorry, just dropped the food and walked away.

Ive tried to come in to get lunch after 11am several times, the posted time for hot-n-ready food being available. They never have anything hot-n-ready, and I dont have 20mins to wait. Don't waste your lunch break going here.

I can't understand why making 1 pizza would take 35 minutes plus. Its crazy to think that the food is supposed to be "Hot and ready" but nothing is ready. Would definitely not be returning to this location. Save your time and money and go down the street.

This store always runs out of making new crust specialty pizzas. When they are out, all they have is classic pepperoni and cheese pizzas. These classic pizzas are thicker in dough, they came out thin crust! So I got a thin crust (which they didnt have) on a reguar pizza! This is around 7:30 pm in the evenings! WOW! Lazy staff here go to another store as this one doesnt care about product. So not good!

The service is terrible here. I called because online ordering was down and the girl working took my order and told me 20-30 minutes and when I arrived they didnt have pizza ready and they had no idea pf my order. The poor guy working in front seemed completely embarrassed as i asked him if anyone was working because it appeared their was no one working on the pizza line at all. I told the boy its not his fault however it makes it really hard when you call an order in because i have a new baby in car, which can be challenging to have her wait as well. He gave me a complimentary liter of soda. It wiuld be great if management can intervene on their employees working here so that everyone can have a better experience. Looks like everyone else has had the same experience here. =(

Food was not ready at designated pick up time. Was asked to wait 10 min. After 10 min was told food still not ready aske to wait another 7-10 min because they forgot to cook the wings. Asked for hot and ready cheese pizza for compensation and shift lead, Devon, said that were supposed to be grown and if we're tripping about how long they take why would we want to wait for them to make another pizza. We asked for manager and were told manager, Taylor Gardener, was not answering her phone but that she said to take our contact info. We then asked for refund and for receipt showing we didnt receive food. Were told no on receipt. Had to have him write on paper that we didnt get food. Terrible.

Had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for a cheese pizza. The cashier told us 15 to 20 minutes it was double the time! People who ordered after me received their's before me (including cheese piazza's). I spoke to the manager and all she was interested in was giving excuses. She was so excited in giving me multiple excuses she started giving me some that didn't even pertain to me. This place is a joke!

I have never been to this little Caesars I got a pepperoni hot and ready and ugh it was severely overcooked and old seemed like when you have reheated a pizza more than once. And the entire center was missing dough like it had absolutely no dough it was a pizza donut basically with burnt cheese hiding the fact that there was a doughless center. The brownies are good though I think I will only go back for those but they come prepackaged from a warehouse so that's probably why.

The 3 star average is gratuitous. This restaurant literally sold my pizza to someone else before I arrived today because I was 8 minutes late, then refused to refund me. The gentleman wearing a turban was incredibly rude, and I can't believe anyone still comes here. -10/10.

Came in for Halloween last night at 6pm. There were NO pizzas made. (They could have made a killing with pizza waiting at dusk.) The cashier came out and told 7 of us waiting in line that it would be over an hour for hot and ready. We all walked out. Clearly the owner has no clue what is going on in this store. Second time this has happened on a holiday. Never going back!

Called and some kid picked up the phone and just set it on the counter without asking me to put me on hold. I sat there for 2 minutes saying hello…. Hello. Finally hung up the phone and who’s ever is working there decided not to hang the phone back up, so now it just been a busy signal for the past 45 minutes and still on going. Worst service Ive had without even being able to get a hold of someone. Kids these days. If I could do 0 stars I would put -1

His service here is AWFUL!! They messed up our pizza order, & when we called to complain we were told to come in so they could replace our order..We drive back here on 1 of the Hottest days here in Murrieta & the manager started telling us in a Angry voice "Where's the other Pizza?" I told him I wasn't told to bring it in,I figured like every other place, We can't bring food back cus of Covid" Then he hD us wait almost 30 mins for a new pizza.. The Manager there "Paul" is extremely rude & doesn't care about his customers.. Buyer Beware!! If u want a good pizza & good customer service THIS IS NOT THE PLACE U WANNA GO!! I also notified the Health department

This place is the worst Little Caesar’s Pizza I’ve been to any where. Little Caesars is suppose to have ready made pizza, crazy bread or wings. This place doesn’t have anything ready. I’ve gone different times and nothing is ready to purchase. I’ve had to wait over 20 minutes to get crazy bread. They need to get more staffing or they need to be quicker on making the food.

I go here a LOT. I always come by after picking the kids up from school when I haven't had time to make them any food at home. Every single time, I'm disappointed. It's close to my house that's the ONLY reason. After today, I'm just not going back anymore. I'd rather wait and/or pay more for a different pizza. Today, pizza was completely burnt. Kids couldn't eat it. This place has ruined my trust in little caesars as a whole. Stay away. Just go to jersey pizza and wait for it. It's more, but I guess you get what you pay for.

This is the third time I've gone to this little Caesar's and had to wait over an hour. This was one of the worst experiences I've had. I ordered two pizzas and the staff allowed them to expire while I was waiting in the lobby. Then they couldn't figure out what orde I was talking about because they had 4 people with my same name on their client list. Make sure you get your pizza before you order because you can always just leave if they mess up like this. I was stuck and didnt think the cashier could handle the refund. In the end they didn't even offer some bread sticks for screwing up so bad.

The app is suppose to notify me when it’s ready, cause that’s the whole point. The girl with colored hair didn’t even check my order properly to make sure I had all of my items. Been coming here for so long. First time experiencing this. Employees didn’t seem to care. Some of them were just messing around in the back while one person was taking care of the orders. Whoever owns this location needs to take a little more pride in the service they are providing. 👎🏼

I ordered a pizza online today. They called and had the wrong address and returned the pizza back to the store. I called customer service and he told me that they would refund me (which I didn't expect) and remake it and deliver within 20 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes and they never came. I called back and was told that there was no order for another pizza. My son is out of school today and kept asking me for his pizza. I'm very disappointed with their lack of service and lying to me. We ended up ordering from Dominos Pizza.
