Evet had great customer service she took care of us thank you!!!

We order takeout about once a week or so. They have great deals compared to other pizza places around the area for a family of 5. Our food is usually hot and ready as the app says, in around 20 minutes, which is perfect for our location. They were slammed with Saturday night business last night, but the crew efficiently sent every order out, accurate and fresh. The team works great together and it’s our standard pizza place. Good quality pizza, great prices. And their traditional wings are always cooked and sauced properly. Great crew! Update 09.11.24: Aaron was working at our usual spot and was super helpful in finding us the best deal that suited our family of 5. Super friendly, followed directions well, and our pizzas were fantastic.

There was this gentleman at the front counter. I believe his name was Aiden. He was very amazing and has very good customer service. He showed me my food and it looked very pleasing. The food is wonderful and I will be ordering from this store again!

I had a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Angie. When I arrived to pick up my online order, she thoughtfully cleaned the pizza slicer before cutting my pizza. After noticing my name, she assumed I might not eat pork; and she was right. I truly appreciated her kindness, attention to detail, and respect for my preferences. Small gestures like this make a big difference, show how much she cares about others and highlight her commitment to great customer service. Multiple attempts to call to update information about an order for later delivery were never taken by the Pizza Hut handling the order. The order was delivered on time and was good, but the customer service needs improvement.

When I call to order ahead, customer service is subpar. However, the employees working at the store are always nice, welcoming and helpful. Pizza is good; typical Pizza Hut pizza.

We gave this location another chance after our first encounter which did not go well at all. But something has changed recently because service was quick and mostly good. The pizza and wings were great. Feels like new management.

I placed a second order for two sides of ranch to be delivered with my pizza. I called, and spoke to Lacy who assured me she would put the ranch with the pizza so it would come with the pizza. The driver showed up without the ranch. I called Lacy, and she put me on hold for a few mins, then told me that she would credit my Pizza Hut account for the $1.74, and that I had to use that credit within thirty days. I’m not too thrilled on ordering from this location again, or even Pizza Hut for that matter. We seem to have an issue every time we order, but this is the first time I’ve taken the time to type something up.

Please do not call the number, it doesn’t connect to the store. They have outsourced to India and somehow those people are less comprehensive than Pizza Hut workers. Why can’t the store workers just answer a phone? Seems like some corporate interjection trying to maximize profit but over complicating something that should be simple

The pizza seemed like it had been sitting out. I arrived a few minutes after the site said completion time. And theb2-3 min drive home should have been the amount of time for the pizza to be completely stiff. The taste was fine, nothing wrong there, but the pizza just looked and felt like it can been sitting on the counter for about and hour then put into a heating oven.

I could have gotten a better frozen pizza from Walmart then this place! It pisses me off how these food chains in this area can serve garbage to it local customers that pays their salary. Have a little pride in your work and service to your profession, please!!!!

My kids and I were expecting a great pizza loaded with cheese and toppings. The pizza claimed to be hot and crispy instead it was soggy and poorly handled by the driver. The driver short with me and rude. When I told him to keep the change for a tip, “He said thanks a lot!” in a condescending tone. I have him a $12 tip! I thought that was generous! Especially since it took him almost an hour to get to my place, after the website claimed they would deliver in half the time. I gave it 2 stars because the wings were good. I will not be ordering from there again.

Useless. Misleading information. You think you're ordering a $13 dollar pizza but end up getting charged $23. First associate that helped me over the phone had no idea what he was doing and second person(I imagine was the manager) had no sense of consideration and simply wanted to state how much they were gonna charge. Worst Pizza Hut by far. Good luck to whoever orders from here especially if it's an order over the phone

Was told 20 minutes. When I arrived, they added an additional 35 minutes because they cant count passed 1 topping before screwing my order 3 times. You guessed it. I ordered one topping on 2 pizzas. They forgot to make the pasta, so I waited for that for a total of 1 hour 10 minutes including my 5 minute round trip. When I got home, the only thing warm was the box.

This location irritates me because it never participates in any of the available Pizza hut deals. Tried ordering the $8 T-Mobile Tuesday deal today and of course they were not participating. I popped into the store and they suggested I look online for a deal. Found a $10 meat lovers but when I try to add it then this location did not have it available. Fool me once shame on me... Fool me twice I will stop patronizing this establishment and leave a review.

Delivery driver decided to clean out his car in front of my driveway to include his used rubber gloves. Called manager gave her address she could tell which of her drivers made the delivery. How about saying I’ll have someone out to clean it up!!!! Will never even think of buying another pizza or product from pizza hut in Murrieta Calf and if this is the type of customer service they in the entire US

This place is the worst!!! They are rude when they make mistakes and management does nothing. I waited almost 3 hrs for my food/ then faught with the delivery driver that I paid online but he still demanded payment for like 40 min before the Oops it's taken care of. Then when talked to management about experience. Rude!! $20 credit take it or leave it... I'll never use it at this location. 0 out of 10... DONT USE THIS LOCATION YOU WOLD DO BETTER TO TRAVEL TO ANOTHER!!!

I ordered delivery and was advised food was coming through DoorDash with a very obvious female profile who came to my delivery was an elderly male. I called the location to advise them. Angie answered the call and became upset at me for reporting it. She began over talking me and hung up in my face. I called back and asked for the supervisor, she claimed she was. Her exact words was “ I can’t control who Doordash sends to pickup orders” I said she could control who they give our orders to assuring they are who they say they are. I’m new to this area and this location is within walking distance, I usually order at least twice a month. This left a very nasty first impression.

I just had my pizza delivered and 2 of the 3 pizzas I ordered didn’t have a topping I wanted.I called the establishment and I was basically told that they ran out,there’s nothing they can do and the manager isn’t there until Friday.So instead of reaching out to the customer and asking if they want a different option or to cancel the order they send it anyway without even adjusting my bill.Terrible customer service!!I spent $73 plus gave a $13 tip!if it weren’t for my sick children I would’ve brought it all back!Do better Pizza Hut!!!Order at your own risk!!!

I ordered our pizza for delivery. The ETA was 35-45 mins. Took over 3 hours to receive our pizza. I tried calling the store and they wouldnt answer our call. Tried to call Pizza Hut help center and they would just put is to the store and they wouldnt answer. I will never get Pizza Hut again. The pizza isnt very good in the first place.

Both pizzas tasted disgusting not like a typical Pizza Hut would taste. Bread sticks dry and stale. Pizzas both had little to no cheese (didn't even taste like cheese). All of my kids asked me what is wrong with this pizza and agreed it was unsatisfactory. Manager offered me a store credit for 10 bucks less then what I paid or for a remake which I denied at this location. Had to call another location in an attempt to get store credit there.

Spent 40.00 on old Cold Pizza Wings and Bread sticks ! Contacted the management team and received nothing but combative responses when I requested fresh food with the full order and receipt on hand !!!!I also did an online mobile order with specific instructions and it was still made inaccurately ...when I tried reaching out politely to get my order made accurately I was told I couldn't have my order remade even though I hadn't even touched my food and I had the receipt....I made it ciear about my allergies and was told there was nothing I could do ! Contacting corporate we can not tolerate being treated this way ! This goes for the night shift just because you're closing doesn't mean customers want old cold food ! Do better please

I called 2 order 2 medium pizzas , I asked for the special. I wanted an order of bread sticks and Pasta and wings . I received my order . I have the pizza and the wings no pasta no bread sticks for 32.00. I call about my order it's Eric the manager. The way she explained to me and her tone.I just said send the driver back for the pizzs. By the way this is the second time I have had a problem with this location . My driver was wonderful I always get the same driver. Remember Eric always try to understand the customer, because they did choose pizza hut and not the others in town.

If I could give this Pizza Hut no stars, I would. First of all, the pizza just sucks! It's greasy and they put a lot of sugar in the dough. It also has a strange odor. Then, the store prices change every 5 minutes and they will not honor the changes made online vs. what employees tell you on the phone. They have absolutely horrible customer service. One of the manager's SERGIO is by far the rudest most disrespectful person I have ever encountered. He messed up my order and overcharged me. Then told me to just get over or don't ever order pizza from there again. Do yourself a favor, choose Papa John's or Dominos....for your own good. It is not worth your money or time.

Pizza was ordered online. Ready time given was 715. Pizza wasn't ready until 755. I paid for a pizza that included chicken as a topping. Upon inspection, noticed it was not on there and was told that the tomato that was on there was in fact chicken. Was asked if I wanted the chicken I paid for. Waiting additional time only to be forgotten that I was for a corrected pizza. Over cooked,dry chicken was thrown on top of s cold pizza and given to me. No apologies, credit was given or even offered.

Absolutely awful. I ordered 5 pizzas as 5:21 pm. At 6:50 I finally got tired of waiting. So I called the store. And they informed me that they had cancelled the order because it was over 80 dollars. The clerk claimed she tried to call me and even quoted the phone number back to me. It was the correct number. I never received a call. Even if the call didn't go through why wouldn't you leave a voice mail or call me back. I will never order from this Pizza hut again. I called the dominos down the street made an identical order and it was on my table in under 30 minutes. Pizza hut lost a long time customer today and dominoes earned one.

I live in Murrieta, and this location is the closest to me, everytime I decide to order from here I regret it. Customer service is the worst, the service as well. Worst I watch them while waiting for my pizza and not even once I saw them wash hands, wear gloves, grabbing money and wiping hands on the dirty apron. Never again I will order from this place.

I would give a 0 if it was shown. The food was horrible and the pasta tasted like it had plastic in it. The driver, for whom I gave a 20% tip, left the boxes on the floor without any bags. They should have bagged the food. The boxes were askew and he also left an empty pizza box. Why, I don't know. Horrid food!

I come in, computer says my order is ready. Stand in line behind other customers because one person is taking a phone order and no one was taking care of carryout. Finally I'm guessing a manager walks up and starts ringing everyone up and I get the person finally done with the phone order. Give them my name and they grab my food. Ask for cheese packets, give me 4 for two pizzas. I ask for me and they have the gall to say we usually only give three per pizza. SAY WHAT!!??? I was a manager in the past at this restaurant and would never snap back at a customer that way. So now I have like 5 packets and a bit angry. Guess I'll find another one to go to and see if they are adding these new pizza hut laws.

This branch sucks. My pizza was cold as ice, and when I called to complain I was placed on to speak with a manger for more than 20 minutes at which time I got tired of listening to commercials about how great their service was and I hung up. I guess they do this intentionally so you get tired of being on hold. The pizza did not even taste good. I am going back to little Cesar's where the pizza is ⅓ the price and very good.

Drove back with food, and my kids in the rain, to then be asked if I wanted the refund now. Or to wait till he did it after his shift so he could process it. Or when he was ready later that night. Still Got no receipt for refund. Now I wait till $80 goes back on card. Manager lacked customer service 100%. If the food was made correctly, all the food was delivered, and quality control was checked before cooking this review would not be here.

I always seem to have issues when I use this location. Last time they delivered the wrong items and when I called back said they were already closed and I had to wait till the next day . This time they got my order wrong and I had to drive all the way back to the store just to sit for 10+ min cause the Cinnabon she said she was gonna give me for my trouble wasn't even put in. If possible use another location or just go to Domino's. It's nasty but they get your order right every time.

Where do i start....the pizza was burnt, sloppily made, they forgot to add chicken sausage to 1 pizza so they decided to give me a side of sauge?.. because thats the same thing right 😅 ill drive abit further if i really want pizza hut again.
