I ordered through Uber eats for pick up one night and they messed up my order pretty bad, HOWEVER.. I called to see what they can do to fix it and the manager named Shamoya worked with me to adjust it on my next order and she was so patient, kind, very helpful and went above and beyond making sure when I came in that everything was correct and it was also the best wing stop I’ve had for a long time! The fries were not cold or soggy, but perfect and it was all delicious! I hate dealing with messed up orders, usually the stores don’t want to deal with it unless you bring the food back and complain even when you drive all the way home. They did phenomenal making things right with me! Shamoya should be teaching how customer service should be ran in wingstops, she made my heart smile knowing there’s amazing employees like that still, rare to see tbh! I’ll definitely be coming back to this wing stop!
Seeeeeeeeee….. I don’t care bout what y'all talking bout in these reviews, but shout out my dawg Shamoya, she really the backbone of the store. She gets down she don’t play, management yall better lock in and give her the respect and flowers she deserves. Y'all customers better give her and the whole crew respect too cause yall don’t understand how it is working back there, and how hot it can get, give them graces YOU’LL GET YOUR FOOD BIG BACKS. Yall do all this complaining in these reviews just to come back and order some more chicken in the next 5 days.
We ordered the 40pc count (Hawaiian, Louisiana rub, Habanero and lemon pepper) wings were done perfectly, well seasoned. Not dry at all!! Fries were crispy but not hard. Plenty of dipping sauce and the celery and carrots taste fresh. Order date- 11/22/2025
I was heavily weighing a one star review today due to an experience that I had but after going back up there and talking to Shamoiya (I’m guessing on the spelling), I changed my mind and gave it five stars based on my experience with her alone. She already knows what my grievance is at this point and has told me she would work on retraining staff in those areas and I appreciate her for listening and making the situation right.
We were greeted by the host Hailey and she welcomed us with a lovely smile and awesome attitude. She helped us narrow down our sauce options and gave us really good recommendations. I would love to come back to this location knowing that we’ll be welcomed by such an amazing employee. Thank you Hailey for the amazing experience!

This review is for the manager Jocelyn! (Sorry I most likely misspelled your name) We placed an order threw Uber eats & received the wrong order. My kids were bummed because we don’t eat out often and the food we got delivered was ALL too hot for them to eat. I called wing stop and Jocelyn did not hesitate to make things right. She explained that she had see the order and that if we could come and get it she would make sure everything was made fresh . Thank you Jocelyn from an overwhelmed mama that was just trying to feed 3 HUNGY kids. Your awesome!!!

Ordered for pickup and it was about 15 minutes late, fine. I have patience. But a worker knocked over a trashcan, picked up the trash that fell, put it back in the trashcan and went to prepare my bag without washing her hands.

Slow, expensive, and not that good. And the menu is terrible. Why am I required to buy a drink? I don’t drink soda and the tea fountain drinks are always gross. You can taste the watered down sweet tea syrup concoction. No one is brewing tea back there. I get it. The purpose of making a beverage mandatory is a part of the profits but I really don’t like being forced to buy these sugar bomb beverages. And the flies, so many flies. Yikes.

Not sure why it takes 30-40 minutes to fry chicken wings but maybe there is a reason. However; it should not take this long for 8 or 6 pieces to cook along with the fries. Location needs cleaning, floors, counters and specially the payment machine which looks like has never been clean and looks gross. Outside deck is trash and has stain, maybe some pressure washing could help. Definitely location needs some work.

i ordered online a chicken sandwich and for my luck the meat was raw so disappointed it was so hard first bit but i gave it the benefit of the doubt and check it and it’s raw and tried calling and no one answer i understand your guys are busy but don’t put raw food out

Food is good but the service is absolutely terrible. I’ve been to this location about six times now. I order the same thing every time. 10 piece combo, classic, mild with fries. My average wait time for them to get my order to me is 30-40 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Even when I phone my order in I still wait 20-30 mins. I phoned an order in once at 11:45am, showed up at 12:10p and didn’t receive my food till 12:30p. Most recent time in was today. I walked in place was empty, placed my order and it literally took them about 40 mins. Many people walked in about 10 mins after me placed an order and got their food like 10-15 mins before me. I don’t understand this. The other location on Clinton Keith by the 15 is just as bad.
If I could give no stars I would with no hesitation. I went there on 10/12 and customer service was horrible. The girl on the phone kept saying what she couldn’t do. I walked in asked for my order and came right back in because I was missing two ranch. When I told the lady she told me it’s at the bottom of the bag. I already looked and she didn’t want to. All she kept saying is that it is at the bottom of the bag. It took everything in me to not cuss her out. When she looked she got an attitude when getting me what I ordered. I don’t know how or why they still have her but horrific customer service. They need to revamp or give some customer service training to their employees. Never in my life will I go back there. I don’t care if it’s the last wingstop on this side, I would rather drive to LA than be at the Murrieta wingstop.
They literally served my son 6 chicken nuggets the size of McDonald's happy meal for over $15. Most of them were barely bigger than a $.50 piece.
I placed an order at Wingstop the day before the Super Bowl, only to be informed that it would take an additional two hours for my order to be ready due to high demand. I requested a refund and waited patiently, expecting a resolution. After two weeks, I followed up only to be told that the system was experiencing issues and that I should wait a month for further contact. A month later, I still had not received any updates, so I visited the store in person. Unfortunately, I received no assistance and was told to wait for the manager, who still did not resolve the issue. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, with no clear communication or timely resolution. I regret to say that this is the worst experience I have had with customer service, and I am still without a refund.

Just ordered here , waited 30 minutes for my God damn order for them to screw it up . A lot of customers have been complaining , unprofessional service. No wonder why you guys have 2.7 stars. Yall don’t listen .. oh & they don’t wear gloves while preparing food & making food!! Call that food poisoning, cross contamination. Why work at a fast food chain if you can’t comply with the rules and regulations ?! How the hell did you have a good handler card ?!! Needs to be taken away before others get sick . Better yet close down .. new management please !! If your customers get sick , thatd a big fat lawsuit . Close down your wingstop store !! If you guys can’t do your job right and for every customer to be complaining every freaken minute you’re doing something wrong !Also , why tell a customer you don’t have the key to the bathroom ?! That’s ridiculous and no sign saying out of order ?this establishment shouldn’t be open for business if you cannot control and enforce the law of food chain safety.

Horrible workers absolutely rude talking badly about customers in the kitchen as if we all can’t hear them. I would rather drive an extra 30 mins than ever visit this location again. They are always rude, take forever, and mess up your order.
