Incredible staff here, especially Ilyana(sp?) who is just the best. They make you feel appreciated as a customer and do a great job!

Awesome Starbucks! The baristas are so friendly and welcoming! It's like Cheers....they know my name and my drink. This place and especially the wonderful employees make such a positive difference in my day.

The baristas are always awesome! Go in there enough and they will start remembering you and start naking your drink when you walk in the door! The baristas also make really good drinks! I've been to some pretty bad starbucks, but this one is hands down one of the best!

We were very happy with their service today. I was hungry and had their double smoked bacon cheddar cheese egg sandwich which was what the doctor ordered. Plus our drinks and we left happy campers! They did a great job making our drinks and taking care of us. Our great granddaughter ordered her own drink. How wonderful is this! Starbucks is always great place to drive through for your orders. I shouldn't ordered the chai latte venti w little ice here. They gave me lots of milk to full the drink and it tastes like milk. At other Starbucks this isn't a problem with the drink tasting like it should. The other drinks were good. We go to Starbucks throughout the world; and especially, in places we don't like their food. Try Starbucks and enjoy their food and drinks!

Im not a regular starbucks customer, but I've been here a bunch of times over the past few yrs. The people here are always nice and always cool to talk to. My drink and food is always good. The one by my house is not great and I'll drive an extra 10 min to go to this one. Leaving a review today because I just wanted to say thank you to the girl working today who covered my drink "just to do something nice for someone nice". I'm sorry my brain was off and I didn't get your name! But you made my whole day 💚💚💚 thank you

One of the best Starbucks locations in the area! Super friendly baristas and speedy service! Those that complain about certain items not being available clearly don’t understand that supply shortages happen and this is in no way the employees’ fault so they should not be to blame! Also “the nerve to ask for a tip” is something that the company has implemented so you cannot be mad at the baristas! If you don’t want to tip, you simply don’t have to — no need to complain about it and talk about how these hardworking customer service employees don’t deserve a tip! I appreciate how hard these employees work, especially every morning, and having to deal with rude entitled customers should not have to be a regular occurrence!

They have an awesome drive thru. Fast , accurate order taking and friendly window people. I highly recommend this Starbucks. Unlike other Starbucks this crew gets you served and on your way. We normally get the Caramel Frap and I don't drink coffee but this drink is delicious.

I usually swing by in the late afternoon, on my way home from a one-day contracting gig, when I'm exhausted and I've got a long drive ahead of me. And there's just something about their joie-de-vivre that makes my day :) thank you!

I accidentally ordered my mobile order to the wrong location but the staff was kind enough to make my order for me here and not make me pay twice. I really appreciate the kindness and customer service.

Love coming in here all the baristas treat us like family. They are so friendly they know us by name and remember our drink order.

Annoys me to admit it but the coffee was actually very good. Didn't have enough courage for a comedy name on this occasion. Next time.

Friendly and prompt service, relaxing place to hangout with my friends and my new favorite drink, Toffee Almond Hot Chocolate! I order it without whip and no candies (already get enough sugar). Yumm. Yay for this new vegan choice!

Do not like Napa's trial program for their recyclable cups. They are plastic and when you order a hot Chi key my Chi key was lukewarm.

The workers, Leah, Bizzy & Ellie, are great. The atmosphere in here was great from the workers BUT it was WAYYYYY too humid, couldn’t even dit inside at all. I’m not sure what the temperature was set at but way too hot for my liking, even my children were saying it’s too hot in there. Keep up the good work ladies, hopefully the temperature gets turned for them as well.

It's clean and not too fancy. The staff was polite but it took forever for them to get my order right. They may have just been having an off day.

Literally the worst internet i have ever encountered in a coffee shop of any kind in any city. I have been on the road for a month and have found that starbucks as a whole offers some of the slowest internet service around, and not because they are busy because the speed was the same at 6am alone in the place. But this one was just non existent, i am shocked that this published. Slow internet is probably meant to usher any workers from the building along with the regularly unbearable Cold temperatures. Its amazing how NOT subtle big businesses like starbucks can be and get away with it.

Everytime I go in there I want a hot coffee just like in the bottle that they sale at the gas station but they can't do it. Everytime they how many sugars I think to myself I don't know 50 with some cream

I was the Starbucks in America canyon and asked for a venti peach green tea, and I got a green tea and the drink tasted like the water was stale and I couldn't drink it I tried several sips but had the same reaction, something was off, so I threw the drink away. My grandson also was not happy with his drink either, it just wasn't up to the usual standard excellence of most Starbucks. I was disappointed.

Loved my vanilla latte. Just this place was filthy dirty and looked like a disaster movie. Spilled product in multiple places on the floor and tables. I just won't return here soon.

Most of the time it's great but always too much ice! I asked for light ice as seen in the photo and after removing the massive amount of ice they gave me and drinking nothing, this is how much product was left. Who wants to pay 5 dollars for that 😟.

They supposed to close at 8 on sunday but door is lock at 6:30.the other Day I order online and wait 30 minutes in the store,they lose my order.👎👎👎

They rarely have blonde roast when I order and on three separate occasions the coffee I was given was warm, not hot. Staff is nice though.

Does anyone ever clean outside? Looks like a trash dump. The outside seating area would be nice if it wasn't so nasty. Thumbs down.

Closes at 8 pm and not 8:30 like the sign on the doors and what Google maps says. Hopefully this will change. 👍

This place sucks!!!! Waiting 35 minutes in the drive-thru for 1 drink because a worker who look like a teenager decided to talk a storm up with her friends while other cars waited patiencely. Then waited again as I got to the window for some stupid reason while my drink sat on the counter. This happened on mutiple occasions. I should have just walked in. This place used to be a decent and efficient franchise. Need to be improved!!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU. its not worth it.

Avoid at all cause, maybe drive thru. Cashier rushed and rude. Barista slow as hell. Kept taking orders at drive thru, people walking in because wrong order. Waited for my drink at what felt forever. I threw my danish away and left the drinks.

2/7/26 This place is hopeless. We the customers enjoyed the warmth in the store when it's cold outside for the last many weeks. But...we are back to the brutal use of the air conditioner. 63*? Really? It's chilly outside, it's worse inside. The excuse Corporate is controlling the setting doesn't fly. Someone is lying here. So you don't want customers dining in? Close the place then. Many of us have had it. PROS: Staff is pretty good. Coffee great. Food selection nice CONS: Really slow wifi they need a new router. Flying bugs, tables not cleaned, music awful, too loud, they still have probs keeping it welcoming with heat.

Worst chai latte I’ve ever had! It tasted watered down and had a horrible aftertaste. Unfortunately I didn’t taste it until several miles down the road and I wasn’t going back to let them know how bad it was.
