A very pleasant evening in a lovely restaurant. We ate very well; the kitchen was open to us, and they were able to recommend excellent wines. The price was moderately high, but with the premium cuts of meat and excellent service, it was worth it.

An exceptional experience, 10/10 all round! After the prosecco entree and a small sushi sampler, we proceeded to order the meat sushi as an appetizer, and it was fantastic: 12 pieces, some of which even had truffle (which the waitress recommended we eat at the end because its strong flavor overpowers the rest). Next, we chose an Irish Shortbread T-Bone, which melted in our mouths. The quality of the meat was good value for money. The service was very prompt and helpful. They even gave us a small panettone at the end. 10/10

Given our high expectations, we found ourselves in a place that welcomed us excellently. Starting with the very intuitive, fast, and well-functioning reservation service. We sat down, enjoying the entrée with glasses of prosecco. Angelo, irreplaceable, guided us through the selection of appetizers and cuts of meat. Everything was excellent and carefully thought out, with no random pairings. Well, what can I say? Our expectations were fully met. We'll definitely be back!!

Beef saloon was a great way to end our trip in Italy. The food was spectacular and well thought out. We even received complimentary dishes including a sushi that was to die for! Our server Angelo was fantastic, he answered all of our questions and helped us select our steak from Switzerland. His English was perfect and completely eliminated the language barrier we had come accustomed to. We highly recommend Beef Saloon and will definitely be back if we are in Naples again!

A unique experience. A food concept curated down to the smallest detail. Each course is the result of meticulous research, and the courtesy and kindness of the staff accompany customers with exquisite delicacy (a special mention for Massimo, whose professionalism and empathy are his profession). If you want to enjoy excellent meat, cooked perfectly according to the cut, the particularity, and the customer's taste, this is the right place. An absolutely superb gastronomic experience! Excellent raw materials. A wide selection of meats. I can't help but mention what struck me most the first time I visited this place: their meat sushi, which is not easy to achieve because it requires a carefully crafted balance of flavors and ingredients. From appetizers to desserts, I can say there is great refinement and passion. All of this fully reflects chef Michele Imbriani, who expertly prepares dishes of impeccable taste and aesthetics. Attentive and professional service. I recommend this place, a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The place is furnished and cared for down to the smallest details. Perfect!

Beautiful location. Meticulous attention to detail, from the decor to the food. The latter is the highlight, offering a wide selection of quality meats. The staff is young and friendly. A place that selects its clientele themselves, also because quality comes at a price that deserves to be paid. You have to go at least once in your life (preferably during the week).

Excellent experience. The location is meticulously maintained, and the staff, both in the dining room and kitchen, are excellent. The quality of the meats is excellent: Fassona, entrecote, and Black Angus, all cooked to perfection. The wine list is also well-curated, and the desserts are exquisite. The price range is medium-high, which is amply justified by the quality offered. I highly recommend it if you're looking for quality.

In addition to offering quality meats, the pastries are also excellent. The reason I'm not giving it five stars is that it lacks accessibility: the bathrooms are not wheelchair-accessible.

A wonderful experience. The service was very helpful, professional, and attentive. Given the time of year, we were seated outside. The outdoor area is very pretty and well-furnished with very comfortable chairs. We were welcomed and escorted to our table, where we were served prosecco and some appetizers. We began with a platter of Iberian ham and a selection of breads, breadsticks, and crostini. To accompany the meal, they served various types of bread, breadsticks, and very good crostini. Considering the quality of the products, the availability and professionalism of the service, the excellent cuisine, and the medium-high price, we can say that the quality/price ratio is good. The only downside was that they seated us outside near the cash register, so it was difficult to communicate and understand each other because of the loud background music. I will definitely keep this in mind for future visits.

Friendly staff en good food, just not suited for altercations. Minimum of 300 gram intake per person if you want to eat meat, which for me as a women was way too much. Also no non-alcoholic alternatives for if your pregnant. Would expect this from a more luxurious restaurant.

Cena di San Valentino che avremmo dovuto ricordare con piacere, ma che purtroppo ricorderemo per tutt’altro. Tutto inizia dalla prenotazione dove ci vediamo richiesto un acconto di 20€ a persona da effettuare tramite bonifico su Postepay intestata a una persona fisica (e già questa modalità ci ha lasciati perplessi). Alla nostra semplice richiesta di chiarimento dell’IBAN che non ci coincideva con l’intestatario, è stato risposto con tono infastidito: “mica te l’ho scritto a penna”. Un inizio decisamente poco professionale. Arrivati alle 23:00 veniamo fatti aspettare fuori sotto la pioggia per poi essere accomodati in una pergotenda esterna, con il diluvio fuori, senza riscaldamento attivo. Faceva freddo, non era una percezione isolata. Alla nostra semplice richiesta di poterci spostare all’interno perché stavamo congelando, la responsabile risponde: “Mah strano, se ne sono andati dei tavoli e nessuno si è lamentato”. Nessuna reale attenzione al disagio del cliente. Il servizio è stato disorganizzato: tartare servita senza piatti, carpaccio lasciato per circa 20 minuti su un carrello in sala prima di essere rimandato indietro. Anche altri tavoli nella stessa area lamentavano il freddo. Solo un tavolo, dopo aver fatto il nome di qualcuno, è riuscito a spostarsi all’interno… Unica nota positiva la cameriera Anna, che con gentilezza ha cercato di rimediare e ci ha offerto un dolce. Al momento del conto (200€ in due), facciamo presente con educazione le problematiche riscontrate. Notiamo che ad altri clienti conosciuti vengono rivolte scuse e applicato uno sconto importante proprio davanti alla cassa con noi dietro. Inaspettatamente nei nostri confronti, invece, il tono resta scortese e non viene mostrata la stessa attenzione. San Valentino è una serata impegnativa, ma non può essere una giustificazione per scarsa organizzazione, disservizi e atteggiamenti poco professionali. 200€ li avremmo spesi volentieri per un’esperienza all’altezza. Non per cenare al freddo e sentirci trattati con sufficienza.
