Sitio grande, buena decoración, buen biente y bien servicio.
He ido varias veces pero sólo a tomar algo.
The truth is that the food does not disappoint at all, I ate at the restaurant and at home, everything was super delicious and abundant, a sure success, as for the service there are things that could be improved but well... the restaurant is very pretty and the atmosphere is quite pleasant, I would definitely come back.
I'm very selective and I appreciate when the service is polite and efficient. The food it's amazing! If you want to try something good come here but you have to wait for a bit until the food arrives at your table.
Super super super yummy grilled octopus with potatoes in a spicy excellent sauce. 5***** but i would give 10 stars if possible
Great staff and Tapitas
Expectacular
The bar is great and everything, literally no complaints, but get a gin and tonic. Even if you're a beer person, or you only drink whiskey (like me), maybe you prefer wine, get a G&T then do what you want. I bet you'll order another one at least. Obviously the staff are great (sometimes a bit busy) and the decor is really quite cool, but you know why you're here. Oh and they put out great tapas quite frequently!
Trendy, well priced, friendly and interesting
Great food
Fuimos 2 personas.
We've been and ordered several times since we moved to FerrolTerra, and their chicken with cheese is absolutely amazing. If you like cheese, they really load it up with cheese 😋 The croquettes are also delicious. And the service was good the last time we went. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous, so it's perfect.
Open place for everbody
Ok
We went for dinner and the food was delicious. We ordered three portions of oxtail, bravas, and calamari. The food was very tasty, but that's about it. When the first portions (bravas, calamari, and raxo) were brought out, everything seemed to be going well. Until we told him 15 minutes later that two more portions were missing, and he apologized, saying they were coming out now. 40 minutes later, still not here, he asked again and told us he thought they had already arrived. Well, we waited another 15 minutes for them. In the end, we waited over an hour for the two portions. We thought it might have been a one-time mistake, but to our surprise, we asked for a Coca-Cola, and he brought it to us in a bottle without a glass. I asked for a glass with ice. He apologized because he forgot, and I had to wait another 15 minutes after asking him several times if he could bring the glass. Honestly, I think it's chaos. It can't be 15 minutes for a glass of ice that should have arrived the moment the Coke is delivered, but it's also an hour-long wait for the whole meal to come out. I could understand it if there were 200 people in the place, but the capacity wasn't even half that. The staff we spoke to were very polite, but the service is terrible. The prices have gone up quite a bit, and for the food on offer, it's a bit expensive. We didn't order the octopus because the price compared to other places in the area, but it's certainly surprising that a portion of octopus is more expensive here than in Madrid. In the end, each place sets its prices and serves people on its own terms. We chose not to return to the establishment, not so much because of the price increases, but because of the terrible service we received.
Terrible service. We were served by a short, dark-haired waiter who was very unsympathetic. We waited half an hour for a drink we'd asked for several times. He even ignored us, walking around the other side of the bar to avoid our table. He didn't apologize or anything, as if we owed him something. We had to clear the table ourselves because we couldn't move with so much dirty stuff, and they even thought it was wrong. They didn't wipe it down even though the table was full of water from a wine cooler and dirty. The only good thing was the pizzas. Zero for the service. If I give it a 2, it's for the food.
A mixed bag. The food was quite good and plentiful. The waiters were generally fine, except for one of them. Even though we had reserved a table for 8:30 pm and had let them know in advance that we would be about 10 minutes late, to which they replied that it was no problem, when we arrived, we were served by a waiter—if you can even call him that, since I believe that when you work with the public, you have to have a different attitude—and we told him we had a reservation for 8:30 pm. He rudely replied that no, we had a reservation for 9:30 pm. I then told him to call ahead to let them know we were arriving a little late, and this man gave me the same answer in the same manner. So I let it go, and he immediately said it was fine, we could sit down at the table. When we arrived at the table, to our surprise, we found a sign saying it was reserved for 8:30 pm. Surreal, and I don't plan on returning to this place.
I have a disability that prevents me from sitting in cramped spaces, as it severely affects my spine. We reserved a table for five, and they gave us one with all the stools built into the table. My companions sat two on each side, and I, being over 6'6" and having a health issue, decided to take a chair from another empty table, as there were many empty tables. A man—you can't really call him an employee—rudely approached me from behind the bar, saying in his smooth voice that the chairs weren't for taking (they must be there for decoration, I suppose), and that if I wanted to sit at the head of the table, I'd have to sit on a stool, which I couldn't sit on either, as I need back support. I was very surprised because we had eaten there in September and they gave me a chair without any problem. Besides, when I replied, since I didn't understand why, the man, in that same smooth, velvety voice, told me not to be so rude, especially since he was the one who caused the whole mess. An empty chair for a person with physical limitations. Anyway, we got up and left, and as we were leaving, he was still sarcastic and rude. I'm sure the place and its owner are going to do incredibly well with such excellent staff serving their customers. I've recommended them to many people, but I've already spread the word about what happened to me so they can continue to thrive in a place where customer service is sorely lacking. By the way, we went to the place next door and got everything we wanted, needed, and required without any problems, and with excellent courtesy and professionalism towards their customers. If you can, don't hesitate to avoid it; your mental health will thank you for it.
I am extremely sorry to have to leave a negative review, but I feel cheated by the quantity and quality of the dish I was served. A few pieces of very, very over-salted octopus, served on cold potatoes and drizzled with olive oil. If only this dish was hot, but alas. If someone likes salted chewing gum with olive oil and potatoes, and especially cold, and it looks like that's how it's served in this restaurant, I recommend it. However, if you don't like exquisite dishes there, which, it is worth remembering, I paid 23 € for, I recommend avoiding this place. I have eaten fried or grilled seafood many times, but what I received in your restaurant was simply disgusting... You should pay your customers to eat at your place. No greetings... 🤢
