Ronnie Narón Reviews
Buena atención y tapas variadas y abundantes todos los dias a elegir con cada consumicion. Surtido de bocadillos y hamburguesas a muy buen precio y muy buenas Tienen estrella galicia.
This is my second time here, and one of the waitresses already knows which coffee I order! Always a smile, always greets you when you walk in, always says good morning. Four or five free tapas with your coffee. I really like it. There aren't many places like this left. Those who leave negative reviews don't know what they're talking about. Rodi deserves a 10.
10/10
Some of the best coffee I've had in a while. It came with a pincho de tortilla, which was also super yummy.
Very, very good.
The best!!!
The best example of a downgrade. A place that was running superbly and was always packed is now empty and with service that could be improved. The tapas menu has also dropped considerably (a courtesy of the restaurant). Service depends on the waiter, some waiters take up to 10 minutes to serve you or charge, even when the place is barely empty. The waiters left over from the previous management usually do a better job, and the coffee is also worse. Considerable room for improvement given the months they've been there. It was easy to follow the formula they'd left behind.
Since the change of ownership, the tapas aren't what they used to be, and the tortilla is awful. The service couldn't be slower. The only good things are the sandwiches and hamburgers, which are still decent.
It used to be wonderful, now it's rubbish. The rice skewer they served was inedible. We told the waitress and she had more to say, but oh well, I'm removing it from the tapas menu. The octopus pizza was very tasty, but we didn't see any octopus anywhere, it only had the flavor.
Since the change to this new management, things have noticeably worsened, but since this place is bought and not rented, they're going to make a killing! Keep going like this, especially with Vanesita in charge, who's completely useless.
Since the change of ownership, it's gone from bad to worse. Very slow service, they get orders wrong, the sandwiches are smaller... On the other hand, it used to be a go-to bar for watching Racing matches. They don't show them anymore. The old Ronnie's is slowly fading away. Update: The tortilla used to be delicious, but now it's disgusting. Hard as a rock; if you threw a piece at someone, you'd poke their eye out.
What a change of owners does. Where it used to be a pleasure to stop... now it seems like they're doing you a favor. Staff... well, better not rate. Pinchos... what used to be a good tortilla is now unpalatable. Well, that is, if they serve you and after serving you, they deign to offer you a pincho. If you're a friend, it doesn't take them 5 seconds, but if not... GREAT. Years coming here, in groups, a couple, alone... Several opportunities given by those changes... A REAL SHAME THAT THEY WOULD DEVIL A BUSINESS LIKE THIS.
Since the brothers left, they've been doing terrible. And the worst part is the waitress in charge. Aside from being mean, she's the only one who messes things up and puts the blame on everyone else. She criticized her colleague until he was fired, she didn't stop, and now she's doing the same thing he did. They're taking longer and longer to serve, and the food is worse overall. AWFUL
With the new Terrible Management The best are their waitresses... Adri Sami, Nerea, and Carla (if they're not there, it's not worth stopping). They're the ones who look after the business somewhat. The coffee is terrible, and when they bring them, they're sometimes inedible. Absolutely slow. Depending on the waitress, they have a bad vibe and bad faces, and the customer shouldn't have to see that. And the only one who knows how to mess up is herself and blames others.
Since the change of owners, everything has gone downhill... the coffee is terrible, they give out snacks whenever they remember (they offer it, but they don't come to deliver it), the staff is from bad to worse... The best waitresses... Samy... Carla... Adriana... Nerea... and the guy with the little beard... They're the ones who are running the business well, the rest are just waiting to be...
I share some comments. Since the change, the truth is, it's been very bad. Poor service, excessively slow service (and they have fewer customers). Look, if something's going well, don't change it. The new owner didn't see it that way and will pay the consequences. It could go under over time. A shame.
Since the change of management, it's been AWFUL. The service depends on who's serving you, but it went from being a pleasant place to stop by, to now it seems you owe the waitresses something. The service is grumpy and could be greatly improved. A real shame, considering what this bar was like.
Bad service from one of the waitresses. After asking for the bill, I pay, and once I see the receipt, I tell the waitress I'd added something that she didn't bring and was charging for it anyway. She responds by saying that she did bring it, and I, rather than complain (since it wasn't a large amount of money), simply leave, never to return, of course. They're incredibly out of control during peak hours, but it's not the customer's fault that they're unable to handle it and end up being treated this way. I lost a negligible amount of money, but in situations like this, the bar loses even more money, because in places where you're treated like this, you obviously don't come back.
We just picked up some whole pork loin sandwiches, and it's a real disgrace. The bread is frozen, the cheese isn't melted, like you're taking the sandwich out of the freezer. The prices have increased, but the quality has decreased. Of course, I called to let them know. They'll supposedly tell the manager, but before you pay, you better check them out.
