This is some really good pizza. This stuffed pepperoni and sausage was delicious. Went with the breadsticks that were also very good. When you come I recommend this slice trust me you’ll thank me later.
A bit hungry so decided to have a slice of veggie pizza (Yummy mushroom) and saw the spinach Stromboli and got that too! It hit the spot. The Stromboli should have been hotter but oh well.
Atmosphere, lots of people. It brought me back to my college days. Grab something good and fast, eat it there or on your way to class.
Food was delicious and staff are super nice

UPDATE: The sign was promptly wiped down shortly after posting this. Sloppily wiped down (smudges/streaks all over it) but an effort was made and I appreciate that enough to resume eating here again. Now for my final critique: start equally cutting your strombolis. There are days where im getting an inch less. So ive had to start pointing to the exact stromboli i want. I dont understand why whoever is cutting the stromboli cant take another 30 seconds to ensure EQUAL cuts. And im not complaining about filling distribution..no complaints there. Just cut them all the same size!!!! Believe me when i say whoever is cutting them is doing a poor job of eyeballing the cut measurements. Eaten here recently? Enjoy some dust seasoning from the Sbarro sign that is suspended directly above the hot foods. It looks like it hasnt been wiped down in over a year, possibly 2. Id rather get Pizza Hut from Target downstairs since its actually clean. How could you let the most important visual aid to draw people into your business get like this? Do better. No excuses.

Really good fast food Italian. Too bad they always begin clean up before closing. 3rd time I've been there before closing only to find part of the menu available. That's probably one of the reasons the chain has had to close some of its locations.
Cold and small stromboli. We had a spinach and a pepperoni stromboli. Both were somehow cooler than room temperature. The stromboli are all out on display. After you choose, it is cut in-half and put into a small toaster oven to reheat. We ate them within minutes and yet they were both cold. What respectable Italian restaurant would cut a stromboli in-half to serve it and use a little toaster oven to reheat it?! Not too good.
At 7pm, they didn't have any choice of Pasta.. the service were unacceptable.. I should take a look at the time, they will close in 1 hour so there is no pasta available... 2 days in succession

Poor service for this employee he is very rude and don’t have a good customer service . Please orient him with good Manners and right conduct . I’m Not coming back to this place 😔
There were people in front of me and the worker was busy attending. I was waiting in line and she had seen us. Then when finished she decided to tell us she was closed. We had only wanted to buy a drink, so when I asked her if it was okay, she walked to the back. Sarku Japan saw that they turned us away and nicely waved at us and invited us over to buy from them. If you want friendly service go elsewhere.
Terrible service. I will definitely be telling family and friends not to buy here anymore.
Very rude, I will not be eating in Sbaro again.
I agree with Dalton Moate who wrote a review 3 years ago that said not to buy this lasagna for your dog. Horrible maybe your cat will like it because that's what it looked and smells like.
Establishment has potential, but they start closing about an hour before closing time, only giving you pizza slices options for ordering, then on top of that they’re very unapologetic about it.
I've heard the pizza was good, but I was feeling lasagna, so I tried it. Big mistake! This is the worst lasagna I ever had, I wanted to gag looking at it. Do not buy this for you or your dog.
I order by phone two 17” supreme pizza and cost me around $44dlls at 5pm and they gave me a already cooked pepperoni pizza and add the rest of the ingredients all raw and they just passed it through the heather thing they have there and packed it up the bread from the corners were burnt and the veggies were raw except from the pepperoni so make sure to doble check before taking your pizza home if you order by phone and see if they didn’t give you a already cooked pizza because the employees are so lazy to do their job!
DO NOT EAT IN THIS PIZZA PLACE AT BONITA MALL!! IS THE MOST DISGUSTING PIZZA YOU WILL EVER TASTE. I JUST ATE THIS 2 HRS AGO AND I HAD TO WRITE THIS REVIEW SINCE I PAY 6.75 FOR A SLICE AND 25$ FOR 3 SLICES WITH A DRINK!! SO NOT WORTH IT!!! AVOID THIS PLACE! !!!
I placed an order online and received a confirmation that it would be ready between 5:40–6:00 PM. I arrived at 6:05 PM, only to be told they didn’t recognize my name and claimed no order had been placed. One employee took my phone to check the date, location, and order details, then disappeared for about 7 minutes without any explanation. After standing there while they continued serving multiple other customers, I asked another worker for an update. I was then told they would start making my order because they never received it online. I was completely flabbergasted—what’s the point of ordering online if the store doesn’t receive it? When I asked how long it would take, I was told 25–30 minutes. I asked about canceling for a refund and was told I’d have to do it online, even though I was physically standing at the store. My phone then prompted me to contact the store—again, while I was already there in person. I reluctantly told them to just make the order. I asked how they handle this issue since it must happen often with online orders, but received no real response. While waiting, I watched the “manager”, Alejandra, wearing gloves, use her personal phone, put it in her back pocket, and then continue making pizzas—completely unsanitary. After waiting another 45 minutes, my order that was “ready” still wasn’t even correct. I ordered two pizzas, one cheese bread, and one salad, yet I had to ask where my pepperoni pizza was after everything was already handed to me. There was no apology, no offer of a drink or any kind of compensation. I was even asked to move aside so they could use the register, as if I wasn’t already inconvenienced enough. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating experience with poor customer service and lack of professionalism. I will never be returning to this location
