My favorite coffee shop: Cielito Querido Café on the ground floor of Forum Naucalpan. My favorite drink from this franchise is the hot white chocolate, and they served it exactly how I like it. The staff is friendly and attentive. It's small compared to other locations, but definitely a must-visit since there aren't many other coffee shops nearby. Ideal for anyone who works in the area.
I don't like the coffee, but they have a variety of drinks. The customer service is very good, and the atmosphere is very cool. Visit, you'll love it.
Excellent service from the staff and consistently good coffee flavors. What I didn't like is that when I go in the morning between 8 and 9 am, suddenly there's only one person taking the check and preparing the coffee at the same time...
Expensive and the bathrooms are always busy because people come in just to use them.
Cafe muy bueno, solo cierran 9 pm. Y vas a laz 7 :30 pm con amigas o pareja y ya recogieron todas las sillas ya no hay ni donde tomar el café van 3 veces que he visitado el lugar y no casi te lo dan para que te lo lleves muy mal muy mal

It was awful. I bought something, and while they were preparing it, I went outside to tell my sister to wait in the food court outside the same place (public, shared area). A guy approached her and told her to leave, that only customers had the right to be there. When she told him we were buying something, he laughed and insisted we leave. I didn't even wait; we left the place, and I threw the receipt in his face. 🙄
Terrible service from the staff, she almost seemed like the customer, I do not recommend the place.

I arrived on Sunday, October 8th at 9 am, waited an hour and they didn't open
Terrible service, especially from the staff—they're rude and disrespectful. If there were zero stars, I'd give it that. Coffee is always good, but everything at that place is awful. Plus, everything is stale and expired because it's always empty. I wonder why? Anyone who visits the Foreign Ministry seems to prefer coffee from Oxxo. Imagine that!
Terrible service from the people there, horrible, it's the only dear that this happened to me, just as they supposedly prepared my drink, they went to lock themselves away, it tasted horrible.
