The chicken is delicious, as are their grilled sausages. It's reasonably priced, and the sides are tasty too. It's worth buying the chicken there and then stopping by the bakery for some bread rolls.

I like to buy chicken there because it seemed to have good flavor and a good price, but at least in that branch that is next to Plaza Satélite it is a fiasco, for once they gave me spoiled spaghetti and now yesterday I bought 2 ranchero chickens and I regretted it like never before because when we started to eat them they were green inside and had a bad flavor, I doubt I will buy there again 😒😒

Raw chicken and rude employees without training for their job at Santo Gallo de Bakery Hope in Ciudad Satellite, Today I bought a roasted chicken, when I tried to eat it I realized that the meat was tough and the bones were blood red because it was raw, I went to buy something else to eat, I went to Santo Gallo de Bakery Hope is almost in front of Plaza Satellite to ask for my money back, they had me waiting a long time to serve me and when they finally serve me an employee comes with a face of no one touch me because I am almost the owner of the place, I showed her the blood on the bones of the chicken and told her that it was tough, to which two employees began to give me lessons on how to eat chicken, rude, without education to serve a client who was me and that I was not being rude nor was I, when I realized that they were not going to return my money I asked for a phone number to make my complaint, the tickets do not even have a phone number for that, they spoke to a third person they were scolding and arguing with each other, in front of me when I put a A little more seriously, I asked the third employee for my money and after 45 minutes of being treated like garbage, almost like an egg, they returned my money.
