A large supermarket with a wide selection of both food and other items. In my experience, the prices are higher than those of other brand stores. The staff is very busy, and the stockroom seems a bit disorganized. However, there's a decent amount of traffic, and customers seem generally satisfied.

Well-managed supermarkets; you can tell the managers are highly qualified and attentive to order. The fruit and vegetable section, in particular, seemed of high quality; the fruit and vegetables were perfect, with no bruises or rotten pieces. Prices are average to high, not outrageous, but still expensive and high by the average Italian's standards. 😁 Anyway, good and professional.

I went to the front desk to request an exchange for two previously purchased products. The clerk, after checking the packaging and placing a hand on the product, told me it couldn't be exchanged because it wasn't at the correct temperature. The other purchase, however, was properly exchanged. I informed them that I needed to buy something else, and they told me to go directly to the checkout once I'd finished shopping to exchange the correct product. The first receipt was issued at 4:41 PM, and the exchange request was made at 5:10 PM. On June 28, it was 40 degrees outside. I imagine the return couldn't be made because it wasn't at the correct temperature. I verified with a touch of my hand that the product might have been altered. While I was purchasing other products, my beautiful product remained on the checkout counter. So, it took me 30 minutes to get from the supermarket to my house, and the product was altered. Forgotten on the checkout counter for 30 minutes while waiting for my shopping. Was the product stored correctly? Congratulations for your consistency and handling of customer requests. We're talking about a product that costs just a few euros, but the attitude is annoying.

I'd give it a zero!!! I came in today after years of shopping here wearing a hat and sunglasses for a personal issue. I was also talking on the phone through headphones and the security man followed me throughout the store until he looked at every item I scanned at the checkout. Ridiculous!!!
