The red velvet cake blizzard was great and had a taste of cream cheese in it. The orange julius was ok. The employees were very nice especially 30 minutes before closing. Will come here every time I head to Cali.

They got their new microwave in and are serving grilled chicken again. -1☆ for limited menu (unfortunately that's the franchise contract), but what they do have is good. Was worth the wait this morning - since I arrived 15 minutes before they opened at 9 am. Frozen treats in freezer even when the grill isn't open. It's my regular stop on I-40, and there's truck parking behind the store.

No burgers here! They ran out of chicken sandwich and chicken tenders. Chili cheese dog was solid though - definitely does not taste like gas station dog. Shakes and ice cream were great. The young employees were awesome, but this place is badly managed. They need to take better stock of their inventory.

Ok Customer Service. Quality of Food Depends on Who is Working. I Had More Frozen Pineapples on My Banana Split then Strawberries or Hot Fudge.... My Banana was Frozen. The Price wasn't Reasonable for The Product. Located in A Congested Area. Definitely Not Coming Back...

Went to get ice cream for my family, just when I was walking to the door a young boy pulled up and blocked the handicap ramp. When I tried to let him and another employee that was not right I was laughed at which made me angry. The employees kept harassing me and one skinny guy approched me and told me to leave, I told him I payed for my order and was not going anywhere. Then another employee came and said they could not serve me and gave me my money back. This all would not have happened if the first guy would not block the ramp. I told them, I'm disabled and not only me but if any other customer was handicap they could not enter. RESPECT FOR ELDERS. These people have none.

Ice cream is good but the customer service really sucks here. The woman taking my order is very rude. It may be that she's overwhelmed by the amount of customers coming in but we are paying for a service none the less.

I called the place to ask them questions about what they sold at 1050. They answered but failed to tell me they closed at 11. But on google it says they closed at 12. So thinking the Dairy Queen in needles was the only one open at 12 we took a 24 minute drive down there just for no one to be their and the gas station employee tell me they closed at 11.

Went into this location to order a Butterfinger Blizzard with Chocolate Ice Cream. The kid working rang it up and went to make the Blizzard. He first started off with Vanilla Ice Cream, I reminded him over the counter Chocolate Ice Cream. He proceeded to put the Butterfinger and then put a chocolate syrup or fudge in it. He brought to me and I said I wanted it with chocolate ice cream. Of which he stated that his manager told him not to make blizzards with chocolate ice cream and that he couldn't do that. When asked why he just double down and continues to repeat himself very rudely. I then said either make it with chocolate ice cream or refund it. First of it should have been told me that they could not make it with ice cream. Just assuming I would be fine with the way it was made was not good customer service. Second when asked why every other dairy queen can do it and not them, we got attitude and told we are not like every other dairy queen and our manager says no chocolate ice cream in blizzard. Third if you are going to have this in place have your employees ready with a better answer then just our manager said not too. Even if would be a lie be something like we are low on chocolate ice cream or something. Not a response that so rude.
