Katy In-N-Out is a great spot for simple, no-frills cheeseburgers and fries. You really can't go wrong with a double-double combo! I asked for the onion toppings, and they don't just give a few pieces but a whole slice of onion that's about the same size as the burger patty. The staff was very friendly. One employee even approached our table to clear our tray, which we usually take to the trash ourselves. One concern I've noticed is parking availability; there don't seem to be many spaces. We definitely will go back when we crave a good cheeseburger.

Stopped by here after shopping at Katy Mills Mall because we wanted a quick lunch. Boyfriend and I never had In-N-Out before, but we heard great things, so here is our review! ♡ Cheeseburger. 8/10! Wow, I am honestly surprised. The cheeseburger was actually pretty good, and I think it’s even better than McDonald’s. Nice slice of onion too. The sandwich was perfectly stacked, so it didn’t fall apart at all. Affordable and delicious. ♡ Double-Double Burger. 9/10! Boyfriend thought it was great. He said that the meat was well-seasoned and juicy. He said that the burger was everything that a fast food burger should be. He also liked the complimentary banana peppers that you can get for free at the condiment station. ♡ Animal Fries. 7/10! It was good, but not impressive. Not overly salty, but he wished that the fries were more crispier. The cheese sauce also didn’t really melt well. Despite that, we still liked our loaded fries. ♡ Chocolate Shake. 9/10! The flavor was great and didn’t taste artificial at all. It had the right amount of sweetness too. However, the shake was thick in consistency, and it was a bit hard to drink it with the straw that they provided for us. If the straw was a bit bigger, then it would’ve been perfect. ｡ ₊°༺❤︎༻°₊ ｡ FINAL VERDICT: In-N-Out has a very simple menu but for all the good reasons. Quality burgers and for a good price. Service was great too. We would definitely come back here!

I’m from Baldwin Park, where the original In out was established. Coming to Texas and getting In out it was exactly what it tastes like at the original spot! Customer service is amazing food is sssooo good, absolutely great! Wait time is average for in n out… pretty quick but the lines look long. Inside seating can be hard because everyone loves it so much all parking spots can be filled. There is outside seating, with this Texas heat can be challenging but that not in n outs fault lol Food is excellent, service is great! Parking at times can be challenging but it’s totally worth it! Always ask for a hat and stickers for the littles one! My kids always love going!

One of the few fast food places that don’t skimp on onions. Extra onion or add onion really means something here. The line can be long but you’re in and out fast. The Flying Dutchman is the best thing ever! French fries are fresh and always come out hot.

I tried them twice and each time my animal fries were not fresh and cold. The first time I doubled back the 2nd visit the line was too long. The customer service is nice; some seem a little rushed because they are busy. The flying Dutchman is unbelievable good.

This review is coming from someone who doesn’t eat beef or pork. After seeing the long lines every time I pass the Katy intersection, I finally decided to give it a try. I ordered the Grilled Cheese Animal Style, a vegetarian option without the patty—and I have to say, it was surprisingly delicious. The bread roll alone deserves a special mention; it’s easily one of the best buns I’ve ever had—soft, fresh, and perfectly toasted. The vegetables were incredibly fresh and flavorful, topped with finely chopped, crispy onions and a slice of rich, melty cheese that brought everything together beautifully. Every bite was simple yet incredibly satisfying. At just $3.50, the value is mind-boggling. This has quickly become my go-to spot whenever I want a quick, tasty bite. Highly recommended for vegetarians to try their burgers Animal Style.

This place runs like a well oiled machine even though it stays packed. Parking was easy, and even though there were a lot of people and the line kept moving, it actually went by fast. So kudos to them for that I love that. The staff were friendly, quick to help, and made ordering simple. I also liked how the menu was laid out easy to read, no gimmicks, just straight to the point. While waiting, I noticed they were hand cutting fries in the back, which gives you that fresh, homemade feel. Pro tip: if you come with someone, have one person grab a table while the other stays in line it gets very busy and fills up quickly.Do what I’m saying! Our food came out fast, and the presentation was clean and appealing. They have vegetarian options, which is a plus, and a nice selection of sauces and peppers to customize your meal. The fries had a softer, oven-baked style texture personally, I prefer them crispier like McDonald’s, but they were still decent. If you like softer fries, you’ll probably enjoy them more than I did. The burger itself was good, though it could’ve used a bit more seasoning. Still, it was satisfying and definitely family friendly. Prices are very reasonable, making it a solid choice if you’re looking for something inexpensive that works well for groups or families who don’t want to overspend. Overall, it’s a good spot with quick service, fresh food, and an energetic atmosphere. For me, it lands at 4 stars good enough that I’d come back, especially when I want something fast and filling that doesn’t break the bank.

I had come here with a few friends about a week ago for a quick bite to eat since we were in the area and it was kinda late. We had a pleasant experience while. The service was good and the was pretty decent, the thing I will say is that the time we had went the fries that came with our meals were all subpar. Other than the fries everything else was good and I would definitely come back again.

i love in-n-out but don’t get to have it as often since it’s far but my best friend and I decided to make the drive from downtown. We were excited to have a flying dutchman but mannn was that dutchman not flying. Onions were raw and the burger wasn’t even stacked. It wasn’t even past midnight so wonder why the lack of effort. Fries were good at least!

The traffic and wait is crippling, adapting to the demand as another brand has done that serves fried chicken sandwiches would be wise the average way to get your food. Here is 20 to even 30 minutes. The kitchen needs to expand. It’s not big enough to handle the demand drive the windows are out runners are in.

We came here because my husband loves the food and wanted me to try it. The staff was friendly, and the food came out pretty quickly, which I appreciated. It was super crowded and they didn’t have any tables inside, so we had to sit outside in the wind and sun. He really enjoyed his meal and was happy with it. For me, the food was just okay. The fries were too salty, and the burger didn’t taste very good. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t something I’d get again. Overall, the service was nice, but between the crowded space, outdoor seating, and food that didn’t impress me, it wasn’t the best experience.

Since I went to in and out burger at the woodlands. I've been craving them ever since. I ordered the exact same thing like before. But something was off, they did they're onions differently here. What made the burger last time, didn't make it this time. They placed a whole slice of onion on top of the burger this time around. It just wasn't the same as last time. Maybe I'll have to go back to the woodlands location.

My first visit here in Katy I went through drive thru long line ordered single cheese burger. Fries and Dr Pepper Burger was fresh okay meat could have been more well done. Also the fries was cold and the Dr Pepper was flat I won’t be back. All the hype was not there for me sorry. If I would not hopped on 1/10 west bound refund for my money wasted

I cannot express how disappointed I am with the quality of the meal. French fries that are shoe strings and overcooked. I had the number one which is a double meat burger. I am old school. So where is the beef? The bun was crunchy as well. The 7up was too sweet and pink lemonade demands me to check my blood sugar. My guest had the fries with grilled onions, mystery meat and their special sauce. She enjoyed it. My first and only visit here despite the abundance of customers in the shop. All hype and no substance.

I’ve been a loyal In-N-Out customer for over 20 years. It’s the only fast-food burger I eat. I’ve always recommended this place because of the quality — the fresh-cut fries, the flavor of the beef, and the consistency. However, my recent visit was very disappointing. I always order the #2, and for years one burger was more than enough to fill me up. Over time I understood that portions can slightly change, but what I received this time was extreme. The meat patty was incredibly thin — almost like the thickness of a sheet of paper. The burger had more lettuce and tomato than beef. For the first time ever, I felt like I needed to order two burgers just to feel satisfied. That has never happened before in 20 years. I’m not writing this out of anger, but out of concern. As a long-time customer, I hope the company takes a serious look at portion size and maintains the standards that made In-N-Out famous in the first place. I still believe you can do better.

The lady at the front kept insisting on me getting “their sauce, tomato and lettuce” on one of my burgers when I didn’t want it to begin with which is what I had told her before. After telling her multiple times after her consistently insisting i put them on, I didn’t want it she said okay, But still put everything on the my burger including their nasty sauce when I told her not too! Someone needs a coffee to wake her up cause that attitude was horrible.

We just had the worst fast food ever! Burgers were lame, fries soggy as hell and tasted like it was cooked in really old oil and our cokes were flat. We went thru drive thru thinking we would get fresh food since there were so many people. No we didn't wait to get to destination was eating in car. That's pretty bad. First time in a long time eating at an in and out. Grew up in AZ and we loved it back then, fries always good. Such a disappointment. Didn't even want to try to finish. We ordered 3 #3 and we threw out 2 hamburgers and 3 full batch of the fries. Someone said they had the best coke. Flat as a tire! Should have just turned around and dropped it off at their counter and asked for a refund. Ugh. In and out if you read this, do better. It was so busy at this location was fully expecting fresh food. We were in drive thru, placed our order with guy standing outside at end of line. So if you made the order and we had to wait almost 20 mins to get to the window maybe you should just not let food sit in bag for 20 mins cuz it makes it all disgusting. Drink of coke tho should have been crisp and fizzy, what I got was a water down flat coke. Guess where we went after, Micky D's, they got a 5 star and they were also busy but we still got hot fresh fries and a refreshing coke. Can't believe I even compared the 2 and MCD was better. UGH!
