Food was super good and the place is nice we go their a bunch but their service was horrible. They said order when your ready and we started to order and then they said rudely one moment pls , then asked use if we wanted the supreme we would have said supreme if we wanted the supreme.

Stopped at this Taco Bell/ kfc while traveling through and it was the worse. Our taco meat was grey and tacos were soggy and full of what seemed like water. My son got a kfc chicken bowl and it only had on small piece of chicken and the rest were crusty mashed potatoes.

Placed a order was told everything was there after bot eating all day to sit down and have dinner my order was wrong and when I went back to correct my order I was refused the rest of my food and the manager was rude

I went inside to order and the lady says “I don’t have a button on my screen for the things you want, you will have to order using the app.” I then go and download the app and make my order. It says that it will be ready in 20 minutes. I wait the twenty minutes and she says “ok, we will start in your order now, please go park in a handicap spot”. What a joke of a place.

This is the worst KFC/Long John Silvers I have been to. I am from Texas and our restaurants are open late. But it was 7pm and they had no one at the drive thru the first night. We sat there for about 3-4 minutes, said hello and nothing. When we left the drive thru we saw people standing around doing nothing. We thought well maybe they close early on Sundays so we went back on Monday and this time they answered. When I went to place the order they yelled back they aren't cooking anymore strips tonight but I can have bone chicken or fish. That's it! I left. I don't know who the manager is there but someone needs to replace some people.

Got to the window realized I needed to add 2 more tacos asked the girl at the window if I could add 2 more tacos. I was then told no she was not going to add them and that I would need to go around the building and back through the line. After I had been cut off while ordering. She was very ride.

I will definitely not be back to this location. While the customer service is great; I know that they are over priced. I paid $11 for the same Big Box that’s in Texarkana for $6. The workers were awesome but the owner needs to rethink of why I was the only customer in the parking lot at lunch time. The Bible says that an open rebuke is better than hidden love. You can do way better Mr Owner. I know that these are franchised stores. But if you want more customers I’d suggest looking at your prices and the average income of the community and do better.

I recently went to the local Taco Bell in New Boston,Texas...I ordered a number one supreme tacos...and I am sending attachments of what I got..1st I was informed they didn't have any sour cream....I said that would be fine even though I was being charged for it.2nd I get to the window and asked if I would like sauce,YES mild...then told we only have hot...I then said okay give me whatever you want...3rd I get home the tacos placed in the bag smashed and upside down4th I realize they are small tacos no tomatoes....And that was it!!! I drove back and the manager refunded my money, however this didn't help me with dinner and for sure not like the taco bell experiences I have had in Tulsa ,Oklahoma where I am originally from.... Totally disappointed in the quality,customer care ....

If i could give a negative 5 i would!! They have no clue how to make their food. It wasnt busy. The new grilled cheese burrito was not made even close to being right. The beefy frito burrito was just as bad. I know its fast food but damn cmon now! Also why wasnt anyone wearing a mask at this location?

I dread coming to this location as it's the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too but its convenient. The staff act like they hate their lives and jobs and the cashier we had today was horrid. Take time and smile. Rushing customers and cutting them off isn't cool. Didn't even ask the appropriate questions for the food ordered. It will he years again before I return.
