Ordered a large pepperoni & mushroom pizza. It was not only a beautiful pizza, it tasted as good as it looked. Also had the Jalepeno poppers which we love. They were so good. Will be ordering again from this location.
I ordered online and it was perfect! My pizza was ready when they said it would be in less than 15 mins. In and out in less than a min. Will definitely be going back. Pizza was delicious!!

My app messed up and I ended up ordering 10 times. The girl who answered the phone was so helpful voiding all the extra orders. I'm sure it was annoying but she never acted bothered. She kept me on the phone to confirm they all voided but 1. Pizza was delicious and delivery was quick.

Today we got 3 pizzas and breadsticks. Kids stuff was great. No issues. Adult pizza is mushy in the middle. We usually have no issues. Hopefully we get our new pizza soon.

Ordered pizza online here for carry-out, ordered LIGHT Sauce on both pizzas. They were both soaked in sauce like literally dripping off each slice. I picked up a piece and the sauce dripped onto the floor before I could place it on a plate. To further complicate matters , one of the pizzas was ordered with light cheese, the other was not. Well, they both had light cheese. If you like extra sauce, this place might work great for you and if you are ordering two different pizzas, just know there is a chance it will be completely opposite of what you specifically ordered.

Pizza order wrong.. pizza took forever and was cold literally cheese had hardened inside when it was delivered. Would not give any kind of credit.. wanted to send another pizza when waited over an hour for the first one. Please do better

They use door dash and the driver said someone else picked it up. Maybe the driver ate or maybe Papa John's gave it to the person who stole it. Extremely disappointed. They refunded the money but they should be more organized if they are going to use a third party. Zero accountability and I would be upset if this was my franchise.
Tried to place an online order and couldn’t use my coupon so I called in. An answering service picks up took awhile to place order to be told there were technical difficulties, which I understand so I was then patched through to the actual store. I placed my order my coupon was accepted but then not correctly applied I was over it by that point and cancelled my order and called Marcos. Can’t say if the pizza was any good because the process was absolutely miserable. Hope they work out the kinks.
Ordered delivery an hour later the tracker showed it was delivered 45 minutes later they showed up and the food was cold and the driver dropped one of my wings and 4 of them fell out on the ground. Called the store and the manager made excuses. Bad store bad manager
ordered two pizzas 8/8/25 with delivery time of 706 pm arrived at 8 pm cold and looked as though it was dragged through the street delivery person didn’t give a care in the world as did management when called. just lost my business will gladly give my money to a business that takes pride in providing a service your loss Poppa John’s
Well I used to eat here and I liked it but I get off of work at 10pm and I’d grab a $30-$50 order on my way home. Can’t anymore. You changed carry out to close at 10pm even though the store is open quite a bit longer. This change happened months ago but I’m just now complaining. In that time I would have spent many hundreds of dollars. It now goes to Dominoes. My question..why the hell are you losing possibly crazy numbers of orders when your store is already open. If you’re open, be open.
Worst ever pizza experience. Not only did I have to wait almost 45 mins, they got the order completely wrong, the cashier was slinging pizza dough at the same time he was using the register. Talk about lack of hygiene. Never again.
Ordered via papa johns website for delivery. Website gave me a “deal” for a large specialty pizza. I then added stuffed crust for $3 extra. The actual location made the pizza with regular crust (no big deal, figured it would be an easy fix) The manager “Damon” was combative from the start and could use a class on customer service. I simply wanted to change the order but didn’t trust the website would be the best avenue. After attitude back and forth, I had zero faith that he or his team would be competent in producing the order.
Order was scheduled for delivery and was changed to pick up because no drivers were available. I asked to cancel the order and Graham stated no because “we already made the food”. I said there was no way to pick it up and he mumbled something about throwing it in the trash and hung up on me.
Second time we've ordered from them. Second time we've been completely dissatisfied. Now we get to wait for door dash to deliver. Today we ordered online and it took over 2 hours to get our order. This is the last time we'll order from this store. Get it together or shut this store down.
