What can I say! This place was 5 stars all the way around. Great food, great service, great drinks, and top shelf desserts straight from a New York bakery. All the food besides the delicious cheesecake is made in-house, and you can taste the quality and freshness. The pizza is excellent as well. They even have a pizza that serves 10 people! Talk about Texas sized. Anyhow, you can't go wrong here, folks, plus the owner, Jeff, is a down to earth solid man that ensures you will have a fantastic dining experience! Thank you, we will be back.

Food was very fresh, not frozen! The garlic bread was the best I've ever had and the salads are very big and so good!!! Meat sauce was very authentic and full of flavor. We will be back! Sorry I took pics after we were done eating lol.

I’ve only been three times and this place has never disappointed me. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. They now have servers so you wait to be seated. There is outdoor seating and a really nice bar area. The food is so delicious from their pizza with hand tossed crust to their very plentiful and variety of salads. Great Italian dishes to choose from also. The pricing is up there compared to Italianos but not unaffordable. I recommend this place!! Also it’s nice to know there are gluten free options for the pizza!!

IF you are against PINEAPPLE on PIZZA I think the BBQ Hawaiian pizza could tempt you to reconsider. I really liked it! 5 stars! There were plenty of other options also. We were seated immediately with friendly service, the food was quick & our drinks were always full. We had wings, complimentary bread, and BBQ Hawaiian pizza. I wasn’t a huge fan of the complimentary bread but it was complimentary so not much to complain on. It may have been better with a bit of marinara in my opinion. I am glad I didn’t fill up on the bread though because the pizza was awesome. The energy and atmosphere was great and I will be returning. 🙂

We enjoyed a rich, flavorful meal at Russo’s, and the service was kind and friendly. The atmosphere was cozy, though the seating felt a bit cramped with chairs and tables too close together. Overall, a solid dining experience I’d happily repeat.

Dough is tough and chewy. On both the pizza and the garlic knots. The garlic knots where hard barely chewable. Pizza heart was good. Bbq chicken pizza was burned. They got our order wrong to sent put mozzarella sticks. They did fix this. But the knots we got were cold and hard. Calamari was ok. Won't be back not worth the prices.

Not bad. I like pizza so it was decent enough. I had the meatballs and the giant cheese slice. I would go again if there was a choice between them and subway... but other than that, I'm good. The texture of the meatballs was verging on too soft and uncooked so I stopped eating them after a few bites. The pizza has a slight crunch which was great, but it was a tad bit dry if that makes sense. I think they may have had a different chef that evening because my sister's wings weren't even prepared the same as before which is why we went initially.

We had dinner here recently and left feeling underwhelmed. We started with garlic knots, which were fine but forgettable. For mains, my husband ordered a pepperoni slice, my son had a Hawaiian slice, and I went with the chicken florentine pasta. The slices were huge (clearly the selling point) baked on a 14" screen. Size-wise, they’re impressive. Flavor-wise, they’re nothing special. The pizza wasn’t better (or worse) than Domino’s, and Domino’s is significantly cheaper. The chicken florentine pasta was serviceable but bland and not something I’d order again. Overall, the food landed squarely in the “mediocre” category: not bad enough to complain, but nowhere near good enough to justify the price. We also ordered mozzarella sticks to go. Again: fine, but nothing memorable. The total came to $89 after a 20% tip, which felt steep for what we received. Service was good, though slightly overbearing at first. Our server checked in every few minutes, which disrupted conversation. Once I mentioned she didn’t need to come by so often, she adjusted immediately, which I appreciated. One major downside: the noise level. The restaurant was extremely loud. If you’re hoping to have an actual conversation with the people you’re dining with, this is not the place. Bottom line: Russo’s seems built on the novelty of oversized slices rather than standout quality. I’d recommend it if you’re nearby and craving pizza with limited options. But if there are other pizza or Italian spots in the area, I’d choose those first.

This place has the sweetest servers and it is a really relaxed vibe. It's located around shops and overall seems perfect. Unfortunately the food lacks... a lot. I ordered both a pizza and a chicken pasta dish. The pizza was okay (the 1st one got burnt so they had to make a 2nd). The pasta was extremely bland, aesthetically disappointing, and overpriced. I know it can't always look like the advertising but it shouldn't be this far off. The chicken was not breaded or crispy. We wouldn't recommend.

Not all Russo’s are the same. We had a very large group (20+ people). Many people said their local Russo’s is better than this location. We had only one server to wait on all of us. I finally had to ask the manager to get the server some help. Too many difficulties to list. Maybe better luck for smaller parties.

Have been here previously and had pizza and enjoyed. Returned and pizzas we had ordered were removed from the menu and instead had a "build your own pizza" menu. We tried chicken manicotti, lasagna, chicken parmesan and there was almost no flavor to any of it. Probably will not return.

New to the area and was in the mood for pizza and wings. I’ll start by saying I had high expectations due to the price and the way they represented themselves as “New York–style pizza.” Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The dough was overly doughy and the sauce lacked flavor. Once the pizza got cold, it was even worse and that says a lot because I usually love cold pizza. We ended up throwing it away. The chicken wings were just as disappointing. They were placed in a Styrofoam container, which trapped too much moisture and left them extremely soggy. Overall, I wasn’t a fan of either item. I will not be returning.
