I had a veggie delite wrap. I thought the preparer was very good at his job. Cashier was way too chatter about how she makes her wraps and how wonderful she makes them. I felt she was belittling her coworker.

9/14/23 gave them another chance it was disappointing. Everything looked like it's been sitting out for a few days all veggies looked horrible 0 color to them or looked very old. Bread was nasty was smashed. It was even worse then last time. The glass on the counter looked as it was cleaned at all that day. 1/23/24 Gave them another chance after sign said under new management. I will say this this Team knows what they are doing, good service food was good everything looked clean. If they can keep this team things should be going in the right direction.

I alaways love eating subway but this store has 2 kinds of employees just like anywhere else. But when i ask for something to be put on my foot long sandwiches i would like more than 3 pieces of tomato or 5 jalapeños. Thats not really what bugged me, when i asked nicely to have more jalapeños added and more tomatoes the lasy told me: "NO! We have to make our veggies last until another truck shows up!" How the hell is that my problem? Maybe either order enough or shut the store down until you get more but dont be a Snot about it and give me attitude. Definitely lost a customer when that lady is working.

Nobody ahead of me in line. Took over 15 minutes to get my sub because one person was working on online orders and 3 were watching. I have never been to a subway where they work on online orders when you're standing there in person, and the others just stare at you while standing around. Or with such slow and lazy service, and the machine asks for a tip. What a joke. Would not recommend. Won't be back.

The person at the register was picking there nose while there was at least 10 other customers in the restaurant. I was going to file a complaint but unless you have your receipt with some number that's on it there's really no way of doing it that I could find at that point I had already wasted enough money because of course we can eat our food afterwards and time

Service was terrible, sandwiches terrible, stood in line for FOURTY MINUTES. the bread is hard as if over a day old. I've frequented here often and this was the worst experience I've had. I'm pretty sure the staff was stoned too at the rate they were moving and hardly paying attention to customers having them repeat their orders multiple times. I've done this job myself ITS NOT THAT HARD

Unfortunately the hours are listed as 9pm but I found out last night that is not the case. Per the young woman working when I walked in. She told me they are allowed to close earlier than 9 and they had a busy day and everything was cleaned already and I was out of luck. I mentioned this on Facebook since I wasn’t happy about it and found a number of others had the same experience.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Atmosphere was terrible, female work was extremely rude, and we had to walk out to avoid any further rudeness. Pick somewhere different.

Ordered online 20 mins before and when I got there I had to sit another 20 mins for my food and my sandwich was made wrong to top it off. Literally always the worst service every single time I come to or order online with this Subway. If I could 0 star this I would!

There were a few positives many negatives. Positives, very clean dining area and very clean prep area also employees were nice. Negatives: these are just some Extremely slow on making the sub pre-toasting/topping Employee wasn't following proper mask usage(if you wear a mask it goes over the nose and mouth not just one or the other 😷) If I remember correctly vegetable serving for a foot long sub isn't 3 pieces of onion or bell peppers. Had to ask multiple times to get the vegetables up to what was the standard serving. Immediately following the wrapping of my sub, cashier seems to have been extra slow getting it in the bag and over to me And finally(I don't know if this is due to anything in the food or if it was something mask under nose employee had that passed on to me) I felt sick roughly an hour after my visit and immediately was throwing up and having stomach issues only pepto seems to treat.

As soon as I walked in, I was met with dirty looks like they were annoyed that I dare to bother them. I have never felt so unwelcome anywhere. I eventually asked for the Manager only to be told she was the manager! She refused to give me any of her supervisor’s contact information and walked off when I asked. I had went on other occasions, and the staff was friendly. Avoid the management!
