Best Shake Shack in all the 5 boroughs! Super friendly. Great service! They have a very efficient system with this super friendly guy who manages the order as they are ready so there’s no wait time. All of the other Shake Shacks should take a lesson and hire a Christopher like this one has! He’s great!

Very attentive to gluten allergens and fast service. While the atmosphere is pretty lacking (cold and sterile corporate design) the food is always pretty good for a fast food place. Get the cheesy bacon fries. The regular fries are crinkle cut and tend to be dry. This place is usually very busy on Friday and Saturdays so try to go early, on those days or else get takeout instead. There is parking in the mall next door.

Good location, decent amount of seating and ample parking. They have the iPads now for self ordering which is efficient. Prices have definitely gone up on their menu in the last few months but I doubt this is branch specific.

This is my go-to burger. Consistent, quality, satisfying. My wife who after much protest gave in said, "That burger was like the perfect burger. I mean, the perfect amount of juicy delicious vs crispy burger and the cheese oh my goodness the melty perfect gooey, I don't even have words for how it looked and smelled and felt great with every bite. I just wanted to savor every bite forever and ever but also I had to eat as much of it as fast as I could. And the chicken was chicken! It felt like chicken and tasted like chicken and it was chicken! I'll admit it.... You were right." Thanks for dinner!

I was there with my wife and three young kids. The cashier was very courteous, and diligent, we had a big order which he took quick without any hiccups. We got our food in about 5 minutes, and it was a big order. Chris brought it out, he joked around with my kids, made them laugh and even after he brought out our food he checked up on us to see if we needed anything else. The place is nice, clean, the bathrooms are clean. Overall the place is great, the order was on point and all the staff were very pleasant to deal with.

The food was delicious as you'd expect from a shake shack. I even tried a beer and if you like craft beers then it's for you as well. They messed up one burger and they let me keep that one and gave me another correct one for free. Service is five star and for is good so obviously the verdict is I'd come back again anytime.

A delight to enjoy an iconic burger experience in NY. There was a small issue with my daughter's meal (our fault, not theirs) and they were so gracious and customer-centric, we were impressed and appreciated it. Looking forward to enjoying next time we are back.

Located at the end of the Lake Success shopping center. I have been going to this location for years and I personally haven’t had any bad experiences. Clean environment. Tons of seating. Parking in the lot which tends to get crowded. A good go to burger spot. They also have separate kiosks to order as well where you can put your phone number in to get notified when your order is ready. If you’re new to Shake Shack the fries don’t come in a meal, so you’d have to order it separately. My favorite is their smokeshack which has bacon and peppers. I recently also tried their tiramisu shake which I really enjoyed! Not too sweet or heavy feeling for me.

This is probably one of their best stores by far. The customer service is great, the pick up time is super accurate, their efficiency is unmatched in the chains of Shake Shacks around New York. The parking lot is huge and indoor seating is available.

I didn't like their limited time only K-shack chicken bites. The K-shack shake was weird. But I love that they still have onion rings on the menu. My avacado bacon burger really hit the spot, as always. And the cheesy fries have never let me down. Love the lemonade mixers - and whoever had the idea that popping boba makes everything better - deserves a raise!

The employees at this location are pretty great I frequent here often every time I have an appt tbh which is at least 3x in a month so it’s safe to say I’m a slight regular! Matter of fact I don’t eat at any other shack! No ppl skills his demeanor seems dry and unconcerned very much so take it or leave it attitude basically the GM sucks! So the employees are more than willing to be helpful yet he oan is not! So go here and enjoy the food always good and fresh even pick up if you’re near but don’t be in a pickle or in need of any kind or even a few cents short ! The man who has the say so to help WONT!

Shake Shack, Union Square – NYC Essential Let me be brutally honest: if you leave New York without hitting Shake Shack at Union Square, you’ve officially failed at life. That crispy, juicy, smash-grilled patty, dripping with cheddar, nestled in a soft, pillowy bun—it’s cheeseburger perfection. Seriously, it doesn’t get better than this. The beverage Fifty-Fifty was too blend and mild for me. I would recommend a Diet Coke, not the famous 50/50. And yes, if my stomach had been a little bigger, I would’ve eaten two. Don’t even question it. This is one of those rare burgers that demands your full attention, bite after glorious bite. MUST GO! Seriously.

I’ve always avoided shake shack, because I found the red ropes outside pretentious, I’m glad they’ve been done away with. The food was absolutely delicious. I’m a Truffle fanatic and the Burger and Parmesan truffle fries were incredible. The root beer reminded me of old fashion good root beer, not the junk normally sold. I will ABSOLUTELY be back. As expected, great burger but very ordinary fries with not enough cheese sauce or bacon for the price. Really is just a once in while above average burger when I've had too much of everything else. I prefer Five Guys for burgers and fries.

The Hyde park location was what you should expect from a Shake Shack location. The only hit was due to a lot of items being out of stock. Staff at the location were efficient and showed some pride in their efforts. While waiting for food I watched the expediter clean areas in-between orders. Trash was high at one spot so she used a gloved hand to compact it down. To my delight the associate changed gloves and washed hands before handling the next order. Thank you!

Standard Shake Shack fare, consistently good. In my humble opinion, best of the fast food, non-boutique, hamburger chains. Pricier than McD, BK, W, but closer to 5G's. Worth it for the occasional guilty treat, buy the most expensive one that satisfies your burger itch. For me it was the double patty, avocado, cheese, bacon, L,T,O,P, no shake sauce, but with ketchup and mustard, yikers! Sorry, no photos, ate it from the take out bag 😬

I like this shake shack. It's pretty small, but they get your orders done fast. The only issue that I have is that the prices are too much for what you're getting. I also wish they had sauces in containers to take to go. Overall, it was a great location and service 👌 👍.

Order your food at one of the terminals. When you come in, choose a table, and it will be a few scant minutes before somebody brings it to you. Unfortunately the spicy fries were really just fries with hot powder sprinkled on them, and my chicken burger had great bacon, but was sopping wet from the other materials on it. And the prices are a bit steep for a glorified burger joint.

The burgers here can be a hit or miss sometimes. The patties for shake shack are supposed to be smashed for extra mallard effect (the crusty brown bits that are the most delicious parts...) I've eaten here about 5 times, and 2 times the patties were more like white Castle In terms of meat flavor and texture. Service wasn't great. They weren't "rude" but more nonchalant. Like they didn't give 2 cents about making people happy, even when it comes down to putting your food on a tray. Their fries were still good most times at least. Atmosphere was lackluster compared to some of their locations. There were spilled drinks all over, nobody cared. Nobody wiped a table.

See what we got there yesterday. A long hair in the beef burger. We ordered three double shack late last night because we came back late and shakeshack was the only decent fast food we could find. So we ordered and dined in. The things are fine but the food was soso. Beef was oily, too much excessive oil as if that was the reason why it was expensive. Then one of my kid spit out a lump of meat with a long hair in it. Thats the time we stopped eating. I didnt tell the store because it was late and we want to go home asap. Food was good. Took 15 minutes for 2 well done burgers and 2 fries, there wasn't enough cheese on the cheese fries but they gave us a little container of it for free and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately there was a rotten milk smell that was pretty potent. Not making accusations but the potency of the smell was such that one would assume that someone mopped the entire dining area with the same water they mopped up a milkshake spill. Kind of ruined the whole experience but hopefully they find the source of the smell and fix it.

I ordered a Smoke Shack that did not have bacon. The male Line Cook who prepared the order stated " I think I made a mistake". The Line Cook checked the bag and stated everything was ok! The chicken burger just ok but the bbq cheese fries were good the best part of my meal. The prices are ridiculously expensive though. This is my first time I brought my husband to the Shake Shack. My husband ordered a chicken shack. This was a very disappointing food item. The sandwich was small and the piece of chicken even smaller. This was more like a chicken snack! No bigger than a slider and for $7.49 it's just not worth the purchase. We ordered fries and again its a kid size fries which each fry was $3.25. The hot dog I ordered was nice but the bun was dry. What Shake Shack lacked in food preparation and presentation, they made up in taste. The establishment was clean and the staff friendly which created a nice customer experience. I was so excited to eat here for the first time ever, cashier was super sweet and quick. As I had to wait 10 mins for my food, even tho orders that were ordered after me was served, I still was excited I didn’t even mind the wait. I was excited to be visiting shake shack and taste their famous cheese fries. I ordered 2 shack burgers with cheese and 2 cheese fries to-go along with my burgers. To my dismay, I opened up my to-go cheese container for my cheese fries and I was incredibly disappointed. I understand that they use the highest quality of ingredients, but you don't have to be so stingy about your portions. I was frustrated by this experience so much that if I ever decide to go back (which I probably won't) I'm going to have to double check my bag to make sure there's enough cheese in my container to justify the one dollar up charge.

I went here to get some lunch and first of all, it was crowded and there was little social distance. French Fries are usually like warm to cold. Happens about 75% of the time. Avoid this location. Burgers are great.

From the outside, looking in the establishment looks clean however I found a bug in my drink which is entirely unacceptable so I’ll never come back to this location ever again or to any other shake shack.

They like to discriminate against Latinos. Just let a person skip the whole line while I was the next person to place an order, and when I got my vanilla shake, it wasn’t even 100% full; it was only 80% of it. Mind you, my Latino side is Afro. 1-star service because of that. Nobody should be able to skip a whole line just because of their color. The cashier let this happen.
