We got 5 truffle burgers and every single one was delicious. We ordered pickup for lunch and the burgers were double patties and very delicious. The truffle deal is just so good and the food came relatively quick. Also, the restaurant had a lot of space still.

the ambiance of the place is great it has a nice calm atmosphere. their service is also very good we had a 5 min wait and it was not crowded. and lastly their food was nice no problems well seasone…

The burgers here can be a hit or miss sometimes. The patties for shake shack are supposed to be smashed for extra mallard effect (the crusty brown bits that are the most delicious parts...) I've eaten here about 5 times, and 2 times the patties were more like white Castle In terms of meat flavor and texture. Service wasn't great. They weren't "rude" but more nonchalant. Like they didn't give 2 cents about making people happy, even when it comes down to putting your food on a tray. Their fries were still good most times at least. Atmosphere was lackluster compared to some of their locations. There were spilled drinks all over, nobody cared. Nobody wiped a table.

Have stopped at this shake shack many times. I often find the chicken sandwiches and burgers are quite messy and always fall apart but the flavor is always good. Most recent trip solely for the Dubai chocolate shake and it was well worth the stop, definitely recommend.

See what we got there yesterday. A long hair in the beef burger. We ordered three double shack late last night because we came back late and shakeshack was the only decent fast food we could find. So we ordered and dined in. The things are fine but the food was soso. Beef was oily, too much excessive oil as if that was the reason why it was expensive. Then one of my kid spit out a lump of meat with a long hair in it. Thats the time we stopped eating. I didnt tell the store because it was late and we want to go home asap. I hope they could see my review and improve. Updated to 4 stars from 2. Contacted the support team and they provide excellent services.

For the most part, it was ok. I had the shroom burger which was a hit. The chicken nuggets fell short of my expectations and were a bit salty in taste. The chicken burger just ok but the bbq cheese fries were good the best part of my meal. The prices are ridiculously expensive though. Two drinks were overfilled with ice leaving barely any drink to enjoy and the tables aren’t the cleanest. It took way too long to get our orders. I don’t think Shake Shack is the ideal fast-food and not sure what the hype is.

They like to discriminate against Latinos. Just let a person skip the whole line while I was the next person to place an order, and when I got my vanilla shake, it wasn’t even 100% full; it was only 80% of it. Mind you, my Latino side is Afro. 1-star service because of that. Nobody should be able to skip a whole line just because of their color. The cashier let this happen.
