Auntie Anne's New York Reviews
Today Nov 21th around 6:46pm I had what might be the greatest cinnamon sugar pretzel of my life and it wasn’t just the snack that made it special, but the cool lady who handed it to me. Warm, soft, perfectly baked, and coated in just the right amount of cinnamon sugar, this pretzel tasted like it came straight out of a Hallmark movie moment. One bite in and I was questioning every life choice I made before meeting this pretzel (and the awesome woman responsible for it). It wasn’t just food, it was an experience. A vibe. A whole memory. If kindness had a flavor, it would taste exactly like that pretzel: a mix of sweetness, warmth, and just the right amount of unexpected joy. 10/10 would accept another pretzel from her any day.
It was very amazing homeboy did his thing 3rd floor was amazing
Can't wait 2 go again, pretzel were hot n fresh. Love it
When I’m on the streets of New York… especially times square… one thing comes to mind - pretzels… specifically Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. I want it hot, crispy, salty or sweet (depending on my mood). And who better to get me a pretzel? My guy “Mi” - he’s got the pretzels on lock and is great with customer service allowing us to enjoy our pretzel and the full nyc experience. Thanks Mi and the Auntie Anne’s Team - I appreciate your service 🫡
If you want to eat something sweet, this is the right place. I always come here to buy a snack when I’m going home. My recommendation is, extra frosting for your order. Will make it incredible. Unfortunately they doesn’t have tables to stay, the only do to go orders.
We've tried the original pretzel which was actually very good (with an interesting slight butter flavor that mixes well with the salt crystals). I recommend it if you are avoiding foodtrucks but still want to try a tasty pretzel !
This place is a pretzel shop 🥨, ice cream 🍦 parlor, and cinnamon rolls spot mixed together! Auntie Anne's near Times Square 🗽 is also a Cinnabon and an Carvel - the perfect spot for sweets 🧁 and dessert! 🍪 Staff 👨🍳 is friendly and the service is super quick! ⏲️ They have no seating 🪑 so be prepared to grab-and-go! 🥡 I wish I could come here more often!
My significant other and I loved this location! Went to visit on June 29,2019 around 12:30am. We were fascinated with the freshly baked Classic Roll. Most NJ locations feels and taste like they are pre made and frozen. The staff is very welcoming and attentive, such great attitude. Props to the entire staff . They take so much pride in their work and sharing it with the customers. They deserve an upgrade with bigger space! Will be back! Thank you all again for your fantastic service.
I love coming for the pepperoni pretzel bites & strawberry lemonade
Great quick bite at Times Square. A bit pricey I believe 1 cup of mini hot dogs is 7.99 however it is delicious. Disadvantage is its tinny and there is always a line. And if you go later during the day there is a chance they won't have many products available. Cups look small however they are quite filling.
I swung by here before going through security, and it was great! I wanted a raisin one but they don't have those here apparently, so I got an almond one instead. To my delight, the pretzel was still warm, and so it was soft and chewy. Really delicious! The almonds were a tad sweet though to my liking. Service was actually quite friendly, and the pretzel was $4.27 post-tax which is definitely expensive but it's the airport. Good snack!
We reached today at 10:08 am in the morning to the restaurant as it was mentioned that the store timing is from 10 am in the google map; however it turned out that the restaurant was closed. There was a worker inside and we knocked on the door and tried to get his attention but he didn’t reply. We waited hoping that restaurant will open but after waiting sometime the worker finally responded saying that the restaurant will open at 11 am. It was a bummer considering for the restaurant timing mentioned on the google map was 10 am to open. kindly update the correct restaurant timing on the google location. Thank you.
Pictured in this review is what they call a classic cinnamon roll ($7.61 with tax), and what I call a cinnamon bun. It did not live up to my expectations because I have had better ones elsewhere. The white frosting on top had virtually no taste. The dough did not seem to have the right texture and was tasteless in areas where there was no cinnamon. I will not pay Auntie another visit.
Food is good. The workers are rude and disrespectful. I had asked a question regarding prices and when the worker told me differently then what was on the menu, I was clearly confused. That is when she raised her voice, rudely told me if I wanted to pay 6.41 for the menu in taxes then that "was my dumb choice." I should be treated with respect as I am a paying customers. Left flabbergasted and ended up canceling my order. Rude and unprofessional. Need to hire better people.
Terrible experience, when I reached out no response was given
We have a weekly employee appreciation day. This week we decided to let our staff suggest some things to have as myself and my co-worker usually figure out what we'll be doing. Someone suggested that we get pretzels. We immediately said we should order Auntie Anne's pretzels. We were going to order from the Penn Station location but was excited to find this location. We placed an order online yesterday, 4/19 for a dozen assorted pretzels for pick-up the following day (which was today. 4/20 at 3pm). We got a confirmation email saying our order was received and would be ready at the specified pick-up time. My co-worker got to the location at 3:15pm. Our order was not ready. When she inquired about the ETA on the order she was told, " Well if it WAS ready, the order would be old by now." I'm assuming that would be in response to my worker getting to the location at 3:15pm..? Either way, her attitude and response was highly unprofessional and uncalled for. I received a conformation email saying our order would be ready for pick- up at the time that I asked for. Whether she was 1 minute or 10 minutes late, the order should have been ready at 3pm. In the confirmation email, there were no notes saying that the pretzels that we asked for were NOT available. We did not receive a follow up email specifying that some of the pretzels that we requested were not available. We did not receive a phone call letting us know either. At this point, my co-worker has been standing in your store for 25 minutes waiting for an order that I placed almost 24hrs prior to the specified pick-up time. To then be told that they did not have some of the pretzels that we requested. There were no apologies or explanations for their mess up. What she did receive was attitude from your staff as if she was inconveniencing the staff to provide a service they are there to provide and fulfill the order we paid for. It's safe to say that we will never order from this location and will not refer any of our clients there as well.
They were literally closed and don’t even say that online…but staff were in there.
