Food – look the fries here undeniably good I mean they are really good. We came to the special promotion which was the caviar fries which they were selling for $10. The price as you would expect is a great deal for caviar fries, caviar, sour cream, and fresh french fries They were great. The flavor was awesome. They were small which should’ve been expected. I get about 10 fries again this to be expected with caviar on fries. Staff + space - biggest issue I have with this place is that the staff was incredibly aggressive. I’m sure he was just having a bad day so I’m not trying to get anybody in trouble, but we walked up immediately yelled at everybody who isn’t ordering needs to leave the ordering area, which is kind of strange. They went and sat down. Moved a couple tables together he yelled at tables cannot be moved came over and aggressively moved them back. He really made us feel uncomfortable and not wanted to be honest. Maybe not even wanna order the food after all there’s a whole table that has cone shaped areas for to hold your food and I feel like we couldn’t even stand there. His attitude really ruined the vibe.

Good fries, although not cooked in beef dripping as is tradition in Belgium. Also appear to be cooked from frozen which was somewhat disappointing. Cheese sauce was very good though. Overall the fries were good but not as good as one you'll find in Belgium. Decent value for money for a quick bite on the go.

The fries have a crispy breading to them that makes them extra good. I got the truffle mayo sauce which was good, but prob not worth the extra cost. No cap, i would come back just for the fries and nothing else. Great late night snack!

This is a tiny shop. They only have outdoor seating and a singular table inside you can stand at. The fries however were GREAT! The staff is very kind and knew all the toppings on the different fries when we had questions. They also sell more than just fries here!! I got the blackened Cajun fries (small) and my friend got the truffle fries. We also got two sodas for a total of $39. We opted to stand inside and yap while we ate. Service was quick and the fries were fresh!

The fries from bel.fries were pretty good! I got the cheese fries from there and it was flavorful. The fries were really seasoned. The portion size was also huge and it fills you up. I also liked the sauce options they had such as curry mango and sricha mayo. The service was also pretty good, the cashier was polite and gave good suggestions. My food also came out fairly quickly and the store was empty when I went. It had a nice and sleek minimalistic design to it. The prices were ok. Price: $11.16💸 Rating: 8.5/10 📝

I get that this is mostly my fault for not asking, but when we arrived the employee immediately asked what we wanted (in a not the friendliest way) so we felt a bit rushed. I only knew about their caviar fries which is what I wanted to try and after a quick glance at the menu, didn’t see it so assumed the classic was caviar fries. After ordering two different fries and taking it back to our hotel we realized we just ordered regular fries for $30! I walked by again later when it was closed and realized the sign for the caviar fries is off to the side. How is this not on their regular menu??

The fries are not great. Just decent. The truffle mayo is pretty ok. The sign offer 10% for a review which they demand you do before you eat, is a big sign of crappy quality and bad character. The little rep that lives in the little hole by the garbage can is very cute. Unless you’re drunk and below 30, I don’t recommend this place. If you’re above 30 and you’re not drunk, I would certainly just get McDonald’s fries instead, which are designed to specifically be tasty with the right quantity of starch, crispiness and flavor. Bell fries have a taste and the appearance of being covered in starch which remind me of cheap fries I used to get in New Jersey diners.

Walked in and the atmosphere was really nice. I got the chicken and fries. The chicken was ok and the fries were good. The guy serving was really nice. A guy even gave me a free mozzarella stick from his order. Overall, 6.5/10

Great concept, overpriced and lackluster execution with a horrible experience. I got the limited time "caviar" fries and not only were the fries bland, I got sick from them! Aside from that, I ordered a mixed box of corn dogs, chicken, and mozzarella sticks but I only got dry corn dogs. To top it all off, I tried to order three different sauces and they were all sold out. Definitely not going back.

Confused and disappointed. The fries were perfect on the outside - crispy and tasty, and amazingly well-seasoned - but mealy, dry, and uncooked on the inside, like eating shredded paper. It's a half hour later, and my mouth still feels totally dried out. We got a large, because we were expecting the fries to be amazing, but we hardly ate any of them. (And we were trying extremely hard to like them, especially for $20.) I was really expecting more - how can a place literally named for French fries make them so badly?

My coworker would always bring this to work and I always better whether I will get it. The fact that was charge $17 for only six nuggets and fries is crazy. For some reason, I thought the medium box would have more chicken?? maybe it was the time of day I went😞

Don’t know why people still come here. They changed their fries to the frozen ones which taste old and starchy and they’re now charging $8 for the small fries. You can get this at any diner for $2. The only redeeming thing are the sauces which are great, but for a fry place you’d expect them to have fresh fries.

The fries were lukewarm, tasting plainly room temperature once you bit in. They tasted freezer-burned, dry and pasty, simultaneously greasy at first touch and dusty on the inside. Only redeeming that the pepper seasoning is okay and what I would have expected on hot, fresh fries. Came with 4 small nuggets of chicken, 3 mozzarella sticks, 2 mini corn-dogs. Chicken was not bad with a nice seasoned crust, and seemed to be relatively fresh chicken. Corn dogs were standard frozen. Mozzarella sticks were chunks of room temperature string cheese, with not even a touch of melted texture that indicated any sort of reheating. Overall abysmal for 18 dollars, never coming here again.
