Bhatti New York Reviews
I love coming here, either to eat in at the restaurant or ordering for delivery. Cozy very atmospheric restaurant and the staff are attentive and welcoming. Last night I tried to get a table as a walk in but they were super full, so I just ordered and went home to enjoy my food once delivered. Chicken Chettinad always amazing with Jeera rice and saag paneer. So good.
WOW! Fantastic butter chicken and naan! Manager was a super cool and welcoming guy, overwhelming kind and pleasant and talked to us about the history of the restaurant and how they cook their food. All of the other staff was warm and welcoming as well. The place was clean and trendy, perfect for a date night. Our food came out insanely quickly and was hot, tasted phenomenal and looked amazing. Great prices. The best Indian food we’ve ever had, we WILL be returning.
Bhatti Indian Grill in New York City’s Murray Hill neighborhood offers an exceptional North Indian dining experience, where the signature kabobs and goat curry truly shine as must-try highlights. The kabobs, including the melt-in-your-mouth Galouti Kebab, succulent Bhatti Champ lamb chops, and flavorful Boti Kebab, arrive perfectly tandoor-grilled with a masterful spice blend that delivers bold, harmonious savoriness without overwhelming heat, ideal for sharing on platters alongside stuffed Bharwaan Mushrooms. The goat curry impresses with its homestyle authenticity, featuring tender meat in a rich, creamy gravy crafted from hand-ground spices, pairing beautifully with garlic naan or rice for a comforting yet elevated meal.
Truly an incredible experience. Every food item was incredible, the staff was kind and courteous, and the restaurant was beautifully decorated and had a calming ambiance. I’m not always compelled to return to restaurants in this city where there’s always something new to try, but I will be back here.
Terrific experience and seating .The Paneer Bhurju was outstanding. The serving staff was extremely attentive and advised us very nicely on portion sizes. Only one minor quibble. Although the appetizers, Achari Paneer Tikka and Chili Paneer were excellent, the portion size was relatively small. But the main dishes were more than sufficient .
I had a great experience at Bhatti. The server was very polite. After he took the order, the food was served promptly. We ordered the goat curry, fish curry, a side of rice, and garlic naan. The food was truly excellent. I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this restaurant!
One of the best finds in Indian restaurant in NYC. Their cauliflower chilli is to die for. We tried that and then couldn't stop on eating just once. We ordered one more plate. Their kofta curry and black daal is also delicious. Breads seemed freshly made and also properly soft and crisp. I will definitely recommend people to visit this restaurant whenever in NYC. I am already planning to visit them again ;)
We came here twice on our trip when we craved Indian food and this always hits it out of the park. We tried 5 dishes and they were all incredible. Our fave would be the mixed veg but as you can see from the pictures it all looks amazing. You can’t go wrong here so I would definitely give it a go for authentic and delicious Indian food.
The food was good. Interior is good and family friendly. However, the service staffs were terrible. We went there when there was no rush, but once the rush started, the service went extremely downwards. After we finished eating, we asked for the bill nobody came to give us the bill but three separate service members come to our table, just to ask us if we need anything else or are we done? Are we waiting for anything?! So we told them we are waiting for the bill, but one person another kept coming and asking the same question again, without bringing the bill. Basically they kept asking us to leave! Only the girl working on the front is the sane one.
