This is by far the best Italian I have ever had. I have grown up around the restaurant business, have had a variety of fine dining experiences but this place topped them all. If you live in NYC or are visiting, Maestro Pasta is a must. You will leave with a true appreciation for authentic Italian food. It was not just food, it was an experience!

Delicious food. Vibe of the restaurant was adorable and a great aesthetic. Recommend the bolognese. Owner was kind and incredibly thoughtful. Loved everything about this place.

The food and staff are exceptional. Food made with love from the Parma region of Italy. I was lucky enough to meet the owner. What a wonderful individual. Offering the flavors and dishes he was raised with. Unapologetically giving the unique Parma experience to his customers. I implore anyone interested in experiencing the regional taste of Parma to dine in. Take in the splendid atmosphere filled with the bold passion of the Italian people. Thank you for the experience. I was more than pleased.

Easily the best Italian food I’ve ever had. Portion sizes were generous. We had a selection of appetizers, pastas, meatballs and deserts. Each one was incredible and was very filling. I cannot recommend this place enough. The food was fresh. The pasta was handmade and amazingly delicious. I will definitely be back.

Is very hard to find a good quality and real pasta in NYC. Pasta cacio Peppe and puttanesca were very good and soooo delicious. Everything was very fresh. I highly recommend their own basket of bread.First time in my life I was eating something delicious like this bread. Panna cotta and Tiramisu also was so delicious. I definitely back to this restaurant

went on a lunch date here w my mom and was blown away by the cute atmosphere, without even asking we were given knowledge about our dish, our server claudio was super hospitable, and the food was so good it left me in a food coma i ate so much

Absolutely love the pasta and it is presented in the cutest way! Portions were great too because it was super hearty. Will definitely be coming back soon!

One of the best pasta places in Manhattan !!! I love that all the pastas are hand made! And their marinara sauce is perfection (I’m a big fan of tomato sauces!!!!) I used to go to their location in downtown and was very sad when they closed but super gappy when they reopened here! Its super Italian in a good way! This time we tried fried artichokes, mixed salad, bolognese, panna cota and had to take 2 more pastas home because I loved it! And I loved the fact that chef Alessandro cares a lot about customers and comes to the table to make sure that everything is great! Highly recommend!

The Funghi pasta was the best cream-based pasta I’ve ever had. The noodles were perfectly firm, which felt authentic, and the mushroom sauce was amazing. It wasn’t too salty or heavy, but had a beautifully balanced, creamy flavor. The Bolognese pasta was good as well. I didn’t like the fried artichoke—it was so oily that it felt like I was eating fried oil with a bit of artichoke on top. Every bite was overwhelmed by the oil and a thick layer of fried batter. The server was very friendly, and the atmosphere was suitable for a relaxed date.

If you are looking for an authentic Italian experience, this place is an absolute gem! I have been here a couple of times already, and every visit has been nothing short of amazing. The handmade pasta is truly something special - you can taste the care and craftsmanship in every bite. I am so happy this spot is right next to my workplace, making it easy to stop by more often. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with recommendations. Whether you are in the mood for pasta, antipasti, or dessert, everything on the menu delivers a true taste of Italy. Highly, highly, highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic, fresh, and delicious Italian food!

This place really delivers on both food and vibe. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by the sight of fresh pasta being made right in front of you — the guy working the pasta machine is actually the same one you’ll see in a bunch of their Google photos and videos on Google maps reviews. It’s a fun, unique touch that sets the tone right away. Inside, the atmosphere is warm and cozy with string lights that add a nice glow. The service was genuinely great — super friendly staff who made the whole experience feel welcoming. Now for the coolest part: some of the seats are actually swings. Yep, actual swings hanging from the ceiling. It’s a really fun idea, but heads up — if you want to sit on those, definitely make a reservation. We didn’t, so we ended up at a regular table (still comfy though). As for the food: excellent across the board. The Bolognese was a standout, but honestly, every pasta we tried — red sauces, white sauces, different noodle types — was on point. Fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Would happily go back — just with a reservation next time so we can snag those swing seats.

Amazing authentic Italian food. Alessandro is warm and welcoming and the food truly is a meal like you have never experienced!!! You will not be disappointed! We can’t wait to come back. The coziness of the tables and swings are so unique and inviting.

Got the Cacio e Pepe and it was unreal :) super creamy, perfectly al dente, exactly how I love it. The focaccia was fluffy inside, crispy outside, totally addictive. Chill vibe, friendly service… honestly, can’t wait to go back.

Truly an amazing pasta spot! Ordered the cacio e pepe and it was out of this world. Pasta was perfectly al dente and sauce was creamy but not too rich. Owner came by to check on us and was very kind!

We were in New York for two days and decided to visit this restaurant. Everything was very delicious. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the service was excellent. Even though we were a large group, everything was well organized and attentive. The owner personally took great care of us, which made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming, like home. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back.

My son and I walked into Maestro Pasta for a quick bite with no expectations and we were very pleasantly surprised when we were promptly seated at the bar and taken care of in a warm friendly atmosphere like we eat there every night. The surprise of this restaurant is that it is in a very touristy neighborhood, yet it has the feeling like a restaurant you could eat at regularly and always be satisfied/delighted with your food. We had such a nice experience. The menu was full of pleasant surprises and yummy choices. The service was friendly, available, pleasant, and proud of the beautiful food that they were making and serving. I look forward to going back and taking my GF, starting with the artichoke appetizer as a nice prelude to the homemade pasta.

Delicious food, became one of my fav go to places in the city when I’m in the mood for pasta. The owner seems to really take his pasta seriously. Servers can sometimes make you feel rushed when taking your order, but they are not necessarily rude. I don’t take it to heart that much. Just know what you want before you get there. Food is always prepared with care and that’s what I really appreciate about the place.

Second time at this gem! Fantastic food (we have been to Italy a lot) and service. Haven’t had better pasta in the city. Highly recommend and will come back again and again. Thank you ❤️

I had only passed by before, but finally stopped in for dinner on a weekday afternoon. It was impressive to see the handmade pasta being prepared right in front of us. With both table and bar seating, it also feels like a good place to come alone. I ordered the Puttanesca and a glass of white wine, the portion was generous enough that I couldn’t finish and had to take the rest to go. The noodles were a bit thicker than I usually prefer, but overall I really enjoyed the meal.

Wonderful food after hitting the NYC with 2 kids we needed a great homemade meal. The service was friendly and the kids loved the swing benches :) We were cold and starving , fresh homemade pasta hit the spot. Lovely atmosphere, sweet staff with a great sense of humor:)

Went in expecting a good meal, but boy were we blown away! Each pasta was flavorful & bold. The Cacio a Pepe was one of the bests I’ve had. The service— incredible! Marco is an absolute gem! If the food had been mids we would come back for him alone. TY NY 💘💘

I just had a fantastic dining experience with my husband and our adult daughter at Maestro! Alessandro and his team are terrific - they all made us feel so welcome. The food is delicious - we could see our pastas cut just before serving (which is special and unique) and exactly as we requested. The portions are generous and the wines were great. The atmosphere is great - beautifully decorated with an energetic feel yet still easy to talk and hear just our table. We loved Maestro so much that we are now planning some private parties there. Maestro Pasta is a true gem!

Staff is EXTREMELY kind and informative!!!! The food is FANTASTIC, AUTHENTIC & made to order!!!! They have adorable swings to sit on while enjoying your delightful meal. The staff also makes you feel as though you’re family. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back the next time we are in the city!!

Maestro Pasta is everything you hope a classic New York Italian restaurant will be. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is attentive without ever feeling rushed. The pasta is exceptional, made fresh in plain sight, clearly made with care and respect for tradition. Every dish we tried was perfectly balanced, rich in flavor, and thoughtfully prepared. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the pride that goes into the kitchen. I highly recommend the polenta fries to start! It’s the kind of place that reminds you why Italian food done the right way never goes out of style. Whether you’re visiting the city or a local looking for a reliable favorite, Maestro Pasta delivers consistently and beautifully. Highly recommend and absolutely worth returning to.

What a great spot!! My wife and I often enjoy trying new (to us) pasta spots and this one has probably been the best so far. I had the Pasticciata and Lasagna, for which the Pasticciata gets the spotlight, it is creamy and very flavorful, it was so good I barely took breaths between each bite. My wife had the Cacio e Pepe and burrata salad, the Cacio e Pepe was also very very good, it may have a slight upper hand over everything else we ordered, great taste, creamy and overall just incredible. Most definitely will be returning and recommend you give it a try!

Maestro Pasta in New York is pure magic — a slice of Italy right in the heart of the city! The hospitality is warm, genuine, and makes you feel instantly at home. And the food? Absolutely phenomenal — come a casa. It was so irresistible that I went back four times in just one week! This place is a must-visit for anyone who loves Italian cuisine.

An excellent dining experience from start to finish. The food was authentically Italian and done really well. The interior decor adds a great atmosphere, and the staff were outstanding — enthusiastic, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Will definitely be back next time we’re in the US!

One of the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had! It was so crunchy but still gooey on the inside, the chocolate was delicious and the sea salt rounded it up perfectly. If you don’t like sea salt on your cookie the cookie may not be your favorite, but I loved it and will definitely come back for the cookie and all the other stuff they have to offer!

Stopped in for vegan brunch and LOVED everything. The setting, the service, the americanos, and the breakfast specials. The housemade maple tempeh sausage was delicious and I loved how soft and creamy the tofu scramble was. I look forward to going back and trying more of the menu.

My wife and I tried this establishment out after her recommendation, to put it very plainly if I was in death row, Chloe. would be what I would ask the coroner as my last meal request before state execution by lethal injection. Food(everything was vegan btw) The black bean burger is a go to, but lowkey they put tomatoe on it and my wife isn’t allergic but she don’t fw tomatoes so I don’t fw tomatoes. Im addition my wife and I had the kale caesar wrap, which came with a side of dressing, which I may add, was so good I’d sell my body for it. Lastly we had the butternut squash Mac and cheese, honestly, I can’t think of a funny quip, it was just super fire. Drinks The cinnamon toast matcha….. was so good oh my freaking god, it was like nectar from the gods, I will be inquiring if they sell it by the gallon. Ngl wife and I had the peach palmer and ngl she wasn’t vibing with it cause it was type sour, so that means im not allowed to like it even though i thought it was kinda good. Dessert Wife accepted my proposed idea of a sweet treat and because she gets whatever she wants, we purchased the last item which was a raspberry tiramisu cupcake which we split. Atmosphere Ngl the vibes were vibing the energy in the restaurant was very fluid, you come in and pick your own seat in the establishment, and when you’re ready you go up to the counter. When the sun goes down they place candles at each table(ngl gang I took like 3 of them and put them at the table with wife and I(she claims to not have been vibing but she doesn’t want to admit it increased our already tremendous aura) and they didn’t say nothing) Miscellaneous The music was quite lovely and they played music my wife enjoyed so that was stupendous. My wife told me that the bathroom was quite clean(because she said it and she is basically the word of god it’s amazing) Ngl every single aspect was a fat W, this was my second time trying a vegan restaurant, and honestly I was a complete Buffoon that was part of the blindly hating vegan food crowd. I could eat here every day and not get tired of it. It was definitely worth the trip and every penny spent because when wife is happy im happy.

Grateful for the yummy, creative vegan options. Highly recommend the burgers and spicy cashew crunch salad for flavor, and the mac and cheese for inventive cheese replacements like butternut squash, corn, and/or coconut – a bit richer, but delicious.

I've eaten a LOT of pancakes over the years -- I think I lost count at the age of 5 or so. Some of those pancakes have been just OK, and some of them have been pretty good -- even great on occasion. However, when my wife and I were in NYC a couple weekends ago to visit our daughter, I experienced something new: The BEST pancake of my life. I don't know exactly how Chloe figured out how to accomplish this feat -- especially for a vegan pancake -- and I don't really care. All I know is if I lived in NYC, I would be eating that stack of cinnamon swirl pancakes -- slathered in maple butter and syrup -- at least once EVERY weekend, maybe twice. They are that good. Chloe had an iced maple walnut coffee thing on the menu too, and it was amazing. Next trip to NYC, my wife and daughter and I will be setting up camp at Chloe. And if they're lucky, we might even invite some of our daughter's friends.

We were stumped for a place to eat after NY Dosa wasn't open. Although we were very hungry and our lunch expectations had big shoes to fill, Chloe had such amazing dishes that were all incredible and left us satisfied. Highly recommend! The new trees look beautiful :)

Man. I love Chloe. Some of the best and most satisfying vegan food I've ever had. Literally order anything. You can't go wrong, it's pretty much all good. Favorite is the quinoa taco salad, but the cashew crunch also goes hard. And the brunch is amazing-- love the burrito. Their fries are good, but I don't like the sweet potato ones so much. Their cinnamon rolls are huge and delicious, but, IMO, a bit pricey. Their drinks are aight. I do hate how busy the place always is. Impossible to find a seat, seemingly no matter when I show up.

I stopped by Chloe's for lunch today and had an incredible experience! The staff were super helpful, especially the guy at the counter who recommended the avocado burger - and boy, was he spot on! The burger was absolutely amazing - every bite was just as delicious as the last. And to top it off, their banana bread was to die for! I wish I lived closer, because I'd be here every day. Highly recommend!

Lovely restaurant that offers healthy yet delicious vegan food. I tried their s’mores cookies 10/10, Caesar salad (yummy but nothing special that I can’t make at home). The Mac & cheese was my favorite!! Next time im coming back to try their burger and cinnamon rolls :)

Fell in love with this place on the first visit! We ordered the tofu scramble which was really delicious and flavorful, and came with lots of avo and a side salad. The lemon poppy-seed muffin was amazing but we were drooling looking at many customers who had the tiramisu cinnamon bun that was almost as big as my head! The atmosphere was really neighborhood-friendly and the staff checked on us multiple times - very welcoming! We want to go back every day of our trip and keep trying different things! Update: back again on another visit to NYC. Still amazing food. Packed house on a Sunday no surprise. Will eat here all 3 days we're in NYC this time!

The MOTHER of vegan restaurants!!! They invented bowls and their mac and cheese and dessert are better than the “real” thing. Their appreciation for edamame, cashews, and kale is impactful. Also the plant based proteins are the best. You will feel so good after you eat from here.

FIVE STARS, a must try place vegan or not, you have to come give Chloe a try. We shared the spicy cashew crunch salad which was a generous portion and the classic burger with sweet potato fries. Probably one of my top 3 favorite places now. They have fresh baked pastries - muffins, cake, and more! The energy in here is so fun and bright and the staff is lovely. We met Chloe and her mom Shelly was in town and she was so sweet. You can feel the passion and love for this spot. Excited to come back and continue supporting.

I have been to chloe. several times now and have enjoyed each visit. Sometimes it gets extremely busy and the wait for food is a little long, but when that has happened, they have offered free cookies while you wait. You can’t go wrong with any menu item, and their vanilla latte is one of the best I’ve ever had. The interior is very pretty and chic; it’s in a busy area so there’s lot of foot traffic and usually a lot of costumers too. If you’re dining solo, there’s a communal table that’s convenient when all other 2-person tables are occupied. Items pictured: sea salt chocolate chunk cookie (they also have a GF version), iced vanilla latte, tomato bisque, and corn mac & cheese. (100% vegan menu!)

We first walked into Chloe, took one look at the glorious salads that were landing on tables and wanted to stay but, regrettably, had reservations elsewhere. But we could not get Chloe off our minds. We returned a week later with high-ish expectations which were magnificently met and exceeded. The salads are simply Devine. We had the Kale Caesar (best I have EVER had) and the Cashew Crunch, also delicious. We also had a side of maple seitan and sweet potato fries. The seitan was excellent and the sweet potato fries were also very good. The atmosphere is quiet and respectful without a lot of loud tables, just a pretty chill group enjoying amazing food. Love the table lights and the person who took our order was super friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is to have the seat cushions steam cleaned as they have a lot of stains but that won’t keep us from returning. I am smitten!

This place is a gem! If I were living in NYC, I would come here every other day! The staff is helpful and friendly. Nice atmosphere. Ample of seating inside and outside. The menu looked heavenly , and the desserts placed at the counter. It was hard to decide. I got sea salt chocolate cookie to go (which was 10/10), a classic burger and rice bowl with avocado, roasted mushrooms, tofu, and salsa dressing. It was a delicious meal for 2. The iced coffee was delicious with homemade vanilla syrup. Highly recommend this place! It opens at noon, so get there at that time as it gets busy with the day! Kudos to the team for serving great and healthy food!

Visit #3: The brunch was delicious. cinnamon pancakes, breakfast burrito, pastries, all amazing. can't wait to come back. Visit #2: The burger was excellent! The bbq mushroom sandwich wasn’t bad. The cinnamon rolls are absolutely delicious. Visit #1: Had the matcha soft serve and the cinnamon espresso cookie. Would not recommend ordering either of these. The soft serve was not good- we threw it out after a couple bites. The cookie was quite average, tasted like nothing more than pure sugar and cinnamon. Hope to come back and try some food items. Dessert was a miss.

By Chloe is a fantastic spot for delicious, 100% vegan food! The atmosphere is so vibrant, colorful, and lively, making it a great place for brunch or lunch. I tried the hot dog, and it was not only beautifully presented but absolutely loaded with flavor. And the cookies—gigantic and perfectly crispy! Whether you’re vegan or not, the food is amazing, and the experience is just as fun.

I’ve been meaning to add my review to Chloe’s place! Back in NYC and we’re all so happy to have her and her yummy food again! My first visit I waited a very long time for my food and everyone was so sweet once they realized the mistake. Chloe herself was working and even apologized with a fresh watermelon juice and cookie on the house. She’s so sweet! I’ve been back a couple times since and everything is really yum. They’ve narrowed down the menu a little more so I’m bummed I missed some items. The deserts have mostly all been stellar. My fave is the cake and the sea salt chocolate chip cookie. The only treat I didn’t enjoy was the big espresso cookie - there was really no flavor and I didn’t enjoy the texture. Other than that, you order, try to find a seat (it gets busy!) and they bring the order to you. There’s a filtered water station and a bathroom as well. A free seats outside but overall small but wonderful place back where she began. If you haven’t been, get there soon!

Fried Artichoke hearts was a great starter and the garlic aioli was great. Tiramisu was surprisingly dry but not the worst, not enough coffee flavor. Tartufo with fettuccine was the best pasta dish, Anolini Pasticciati filling was flavorless but the sauce was good. Tartufo focaccia was super filling and tasted great but it was really heavy, I didn’t expect so much cheese and sauce. Atmosphere was amazing, food was good, service was all right.

We were hungry and thirsty while walking down this street, and decided to eat here. Definitely worth it. They hand made their pasta in front of our eyes, and the sauces were creamy, flavorful, and great portions as well. The place is small, but looked like you stepped into a little bit of Italy. Waiters were incredibly friendly and nice, and served with efficiency. Would come here again, definitely worth it.

Maestro Pasta is such a cute place. Very small with moderately limited seating, but I was able to walk right in and get a table for 2 at 7pm on a Saturday with no wait. It was so neat to see the pasta being made right in front of you, and the atmosphere is so great. The service was amazing, VERY quick to deliver the meal and drinks, and very friendly. I got an espresso martini which was very delicious (just note, it is more on the expensive side, almost the same price as my meal) but it was amazing. Unfortunately, I felt like my food (Bolognese with fettuccine noodles) was lacking. The portion size was great, definitely MORE than enough food for me (enough for 2 meals), but the taste was not was I was expecting. It was quite bland and underwhelming compared to the environment. Overall, this was a good place to visit and I had a good experience, I just wish my food was a bit more flavorful.

Brunch is delicious, got the bleeker st breakfast and was very satisfied. Pancakes are so fluffy, tofu scramble great, nice portions. Their mac and cheese is SO good too My one complaint - I would love if it were a little less casual. Dining in with single-use utensils and cups felt strange. My friends received their food in take-out containers without a top, and the place itself felt quite humid

I been here twice and this second time was disappointing. There’s a lot of weird racial undertones via the staff and the people who patronize the restaurant who make the experience unpleasant and gross. The staff go out their way to be pleasant with white customers but are impatient and rude to black customers. The food is ok. The burger and fries I had last year was good enough but the kale Caesar wrap barely had any protein (tempeh) although I paid an extra $3 for it. Thin pieces of tempeh. The wrap was filled with romaine lettuce and kale (no avocado?!) basically and the butternut squash Mac n cheese needs more seasoning. The food was very bland; the wrap had no flavor and was just lettuce basically. As a vegan restaurant, this is deplorable. It’s overpriced for no reason. It should be $6 for what it was worth. This is for $32 dollars yall. Never again. Should have waited to get back home or in my area to get what I’m use to. Very mediocre and underwhelming plus the people and staff sucks.
