Creamline New York Reviews
The honey butter chicken sandwich was flavored perfectly and enjoyably crispy. Thanks to Adrian for being helpful and friendly.
Delicious burgers, shakes, and amazing waffle fries. A must-visit burger shop in New York City!
Everything was amazing! The butter chicken sandwich was huge and delicious I felt like I was eating a pterodactyl wing! The milkshakes are also Muy Bueno.
The service was really friendly and personal. The menu was stellar and the food and shake was incredible. Overall, 11/10 experience, would definitely recommend.
Amazing experience at Burgers & Shakes ! We had two burgers and they were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. The playlist was also really great and added such a cool vibe to the place. On top of that, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Definitely a spot I’d come back to next time in New York!
My boyfriend and I make it back to Creamline for two reasons and two reasons only….the delicious food and COLIN!! Talk about exceptional customer service and just great vibes. So glad we gave this place a try…it’s a standout in Chelsea Market!
The food was amazing. Double cheeseburger burger was absolutely perfect the chopped cheese was fantastic. The host was amazing and the service was incredible. Food came out fast and was not too expensive. Great for a nice comforting meal with great atmosphere in the market.
I had such a wonderful experience at New York Made Burgers & Shakes. I ordered the tomato soup—and let me just say, it was hands down the best tomato soup I’ve ever had in my entire life. That says a lot because I never order tomato soup… honestly, I rarely order soup at all. But this completely changed my mind. It was rich, comforting, and absolutely perfect—truly the best winter soup I could have asked for. Beyond the food, the people were incredibly polite, warm, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I really appreciate the care and quality put into both the food and the service. Highly recommend. Five stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fantastic flavorful burgers and, to my surprise, delicious crispy waffle fries, which are normally inferior to regular fries. The burgers are high quality but classic two patty burgers, done perfectly. It was so good I went back a second time during my visit to NYC. Is it expensive? No, it’s what you’d expect to pay in NYC with pricey Chelsea market rent, high quality ingredients, and top notch staff who are fairly compensated.
Here’s a clean, natural way to add him into your review: Creamline delivered a great experience. The food was fresh, tasty, and prepared with care. The menu sticks to classic comfort favorites, but everything felt a notch above the usual. The burger was juicy, the fries were crisp, and the milkshake was rich without being overly sweet. Service was just as good. Jeremiah took care of us and did an outstanding job. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. It’s always great when someone serves you with patience and a good attitude, especially in a busy spot. Overall, it was a visit worth repeating. Good food, good service, and a relaxed atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend it.
Excellent service. 3 of the staff briefly stopped by to ask if we needed anything, etc… they couldn’t have been nicer. The burger was delicious. The waffle fries were out of this world! No joking! I don’t even like waffle fries but I couldn’t stop eating them. Soooo crispy. This establishment didn’t even automatically ask for a tip to be added to the bill, which was really surprising at Chelsea Market. Highly recommend this great place!
Chelsea Market is always busy, especially on the weekend so we felt glad we were able to sneak a rare available table and an equally good spot in line for lunch here. I was starving so ordered both the bacon cheeseburger and the buffalo chicken sandwich and they were both fantastic. Sadly their shake machine was broken so we will have to come back another time we are in town. Highly recommended.
Underrated joint. I ordered the cheeseburger and I thought it was pretty good. IMO the onion jam doesn’t add much so you could do without, also the ketchup might be unnecessary and could be replaced with mayo or burger sauce. But the key aspects, the beef patties and the bun, were really good. I’d definitely be happy to eat this again.
Oooooh we skipped Lobster for a Burger and Waffle Fries, and wow what a perfect choice. Good size, good price for what we got and most importantly, ridiculously super tasty. My partner who opted for lobster in another restaurant went in for the waffle fries as they where so tasty. Considering the amount of choice in Chelsea Market, today we made an excellent choice. Don't get me wrong I love lobster Lobster and its super Tasty, but hell from time time time an awesome Burger just hits the spot .
We stopped by here for lunch because there was no line. You order at the cashier and they bring it to your table. We ordered the cheese burger, shake and buffalo chicken sandwich. The shake was good, but nothing amazing about it. It is 16 oz so pretty big and we didn't finish it. They do have boozy shakes available, I think that would have made it better. The burger was good, but a little greasy. The buffalo chicken sandwich was ok, the cashier warned me that it was spicy, so I was expecting something good. Disappointingly, it was not spicy at all. It would be a good option for someone who can't handle a lot of spice and wants to enjoy something buffalo. I liked the pickles on it and the bun was good. Overall, the food was good but nothing stood out as amazing. It came out quickly and was fresh. If you are walking by and there is no line, stop by and you will get a solid meal.
Ordering was quick and easy, but unfortunately they were out of vanilla shakes when we visited. We tried the patty melt, which was actually pretty good, and the waffle fries were solid. Where this place really missed the mark was the $20 chopped cheese—it tasted almost identical to a $2 McDonald’s double cheeseburger. Definitely not worth the price, and I didn’t even finish it. Maybe next time I’ll stick to a regular burger.
