Harvest New York Reviews
We had an outstanding lunch here! Great atmosphere, delicious and healthy food. Lots of vegetarian options! The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly! We will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!
In Harvest service is excellent, professional, and genuinely friendly, making you feel welcome immediately. The food: Hummus & Bread: The hummus is paired with a one-of-a-kind, oven-baked bread shaped like a rose. It was as beautiful as it was delicious. Calamari Rolls: Perfectly crispy, fresh, and a great start to the meal. Tuna Burger: Incredibly juicy and packed with flavor. To top it all off, the music was excellent. If you're looking for great vibes and even better food, this is the spot.
I don't care if you're a local, or visiting. This restaurant have it all. Unforgettable experience and farm fresh ingredients. Everything taste delicious. If there's a ten ⭐ I'll be delighted to give it to this restaurant. All the servers are awesome and work hard to make our dinning experience s great one. The manager is so in tune, and check each table and ask if you're happy, and there is anything else he can do to make you happy. "He also have a great sense of humor" 👍 We'll be back again. Icha Y.
Harvest Kitchen is a hidden gem! I went for the burger and it was absolutely delicious, juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The ingredients are super fresh, and you can really taste the quality. The vibe is cozy and welcoming, and the service was great too. If you’re looking for a spot with amazing burgers in a chill atmosphere, this place is a must. I’ll definitely be coming back!
We had a fantastic meal at Harvest Kitchen. We started with the hummus, which was incredibly smooth and flavourful. For mains, the brick chicken was exceptional—juicy, well-seasoned, and expertly cooked with a crispy skin that added just the right texture. The burgers were solid and satisfying, though the hummus and chicken were the real standouts of the evening. Great service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere made the experience even better. Highly recommend for a memorable, high-quality meal.
I love this place in the Upper West Side. We stopped in for happy hour one day and fell in love with the atmosphere and the small plates! We just can't get enough of the sliders! Also, the pow-pow (Brussels) and calamari. We came back for a traditional dinner as well and were very pleased with the Harvest Burger and Salads.
Update... The restaurant has just been fully renovated, and the new decor has come out fantastic looking. The cocktail lounge in the back is stunning, and we love the new bar area. Great job on the updates, the food is still wonderful as well!... Harvest Kitchen is a great local Upper West Side restaurant that serves healthy food. Love both the salads and sandwich options available here. The service has always been fantastic.
Amazing food that punches above its weight class in terms of price. Service was great but a little laid back. There were a few times we had to wait for more water and it took a while to get the check, but overall it was good service. The atmosphere was also great, but the seats were interesting. I’m 6’0 and my partner is 5’3”. She was in a chair and I was on the bench. She was towering above me! Besides that the restaurant was pretty. We ordered the tuna and the schnitzel and they were both amazing. I also recommend the calamari.
The ideal place to eat in your 'hood and to enjoy a special dinner without getting too dressed up. The menu is far more diverse than just a burger and salads, ensuring that there is something for everyone, regardless of the reason for a visit. We were not too hungry, so we ordered several appetizers and were impressed. The focaccia bread had a great texture and the taste was yummy. The chips and guac were seasoned well, making for a flavorful, crisp bite. Without a doubt, the highlight of the meal was the hummus — a stand-out version of a dish you must have tasted zillions of times in your life with a seasoning that outshone its regular counterparts. The fries were exactly perfectly crisp and the fava bean salad came with a great light dressing that sang in harmony with absolutely everything. The service was efficient and fast, with friendly and inviting servers and hosts making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was charming and relaxing, with a cozy yet spacious layout that avoided the cramped feeling of many NYC eateries. Overall, Harvest Kitchen is a fantastic place for any dining occasion. Whether you're out for a casual lunch with friends or a special afternoon treat, this spot hits the mark. I can't wait to come back hungrier and explore more of their main dishes!
Pleasant looking restaurant, relatively quiet, menu with plenty of attractive choices - so how can you go wrong? Server was overwhelmed so there was a long wait for our dinner. We specifically briefed her on our dietary restrictions, so we waited to see how this would unfold. The most generous description is badly. My pan seared halibut was very hot, very overcooked and tasteless despite the tantalizing description on the menu. The polenta was dry and tasteless and the arugula added nothing to the taste or presentation. Despite asking what it came with, the fish was topped with asparagus, which I dislike and would have rejected had I known. My wife’s meal was similarly a failure. Her branzino was over peppered after emphasizing she couldn’t eat anything spicy, and beyond the pepper, her meal was equally tasteless and visually impoverished. The server was missing in action for most of the meal, so there was no one to complain to. It’s a pity because the ambiance is good, sound levels totally acceptable and the menu showed promise. Let the mermaid swim in other waters and give this one a miss.
We miss the old Harvest Kitchen. The dinner menu is smaller and they took off all of our favorites. Bring back the Tuna steak burger. The food is good but too expensive for what you get. Also hate to say it, but frankly the decor is ugly. We liked the old nice but casual ambiance. Now it's giving tacky luxury.
