Aiden was the BEST!! We stopped in on a cold last day in NYC and felt right at home. Aiden was welcoming, knowledgeable, and on his game. WILL BE BACK!!

This place is a staple in Times Square! If you're visiting from anywhere else you need to stop by and have a drink. The service here is amazing. The bartenders, servers, bus boys etc always are ready to help and have a smile on their face. More recently I noticed a new hostess Natalia and she's absolutely the best. You barely walk through the door and she's all smiles and so happy you stopped by! She could give lessons in hostessing!! She lights up a room with her smile! Love this place even more!

Thank you!!!!! We had a high school reunion at this location with 110 people Saturday night. The wait staff was amazing with bringing drinks and replenishing food for our 3 hour open bar. Shout out to Eddie and his staff for making this a great night for us.

Our High School class of 1985 had our 40th reunion Saturday night . The staff from start, over a year ago, to finish were superb!!!! From Emma, our event coordinator, who got back to us with any detail that we had questions about to making sure that the staff were prepared the night of to Eddie the manager, who catered to us hand and foot !!! Also don’t want to forget a shout out to Olivia and Sarah who were both friendly and deserved of the utmost praise . Diligent and kind!!!! Thank you Printer’s Alley so much we will remember you for our 50th!!!!

Stopped in for a quick bite. Great sports vibe and seems like a decent alternative to the Times Square Tourist traps. Happy Hour, Had Buffalo Chicken bites, that were ok, not spicy. Added a few $6 Tecate and it was a good stop. Bartender was on point, while trying to avoid a staff meeting.

Printers Alley is the perfect sports bar vibe—lively, packed with energy, great screens everywhere, and a solid food menu with tasty shareables, tacos, and mains. Friendly staff, good drinks, and the perfect spot to catch a game with friends. A true hidden gem in the city!

Went here for a wrestling event. Absolutely amazing. The staff is very kind and the food is great. For the amount of people that was there, the food came quick and waiters did a really good job in taking care of us. Really cool environment if you're a wrestling fan. Come quick tho on any event day cause them seats get taken QUICK. Really cool.

Went for a wrexham vs Charlton game, good beers, food and atmosphere. Wrexham won and qualified to the championship. The owner bought a round for the whole bar.

We were in town from Pittsburgh for the weekend and specifically came here as it was a Steelers bar. We loved the atmosphere and passion of Steelers Nation NYC, complete with a DJ. Nice setup for a game and they have drink and food specials during the game. We had the nachos, a Guinness and a margarita. The margarita was delicious as well as the nachos. Good service. Thanks for a fun time. We will definitely return when in town and tell others about Printers Alley.

Printers Alley is a great place tucked away from the chaos of Times Square. The bartenders are amazing and the place is open late! We ordered the Cigar City beer - which is a really good IPA (a rare find in the city!) and a blueberry mojito. We ordered the same thing every time we were there!!

Nice bar in Manhattan. Good selection of Beers/Ales on tap... (Had a personal favourite, Jai Alai, from Florida on tap!). Martin was excellent. Old Fashioned cocktails were excellent too. Food- popcorn chicken went down a treat! RECOMMEND.

A great time at a hidden gem near times square, highly recommended if you want to get out of the tourist wave and into a nice cozy bar with great happy hour drinks. We sat at the bar downstairs, they also have an outdoor section (it was closed), the place is surprisingly huge! Rachel was our bartender and she was awesome! Beers were $5 for happy hour (cocktails were $8), ends at 7pm, we only had drinks. Go check it out.

What a great place! Very tasty pub style southern food reasonably priced. We ordered the pulled pork & beef sliders (which were better than the pork) fried pickles and the Frose' is a must have! Awesome service from our waitress Anna who was very sweet and had us out in plenty of time to get to the theater. Would highly recommend it and will definitely be back 👍👍

This is a really cool place! It’s the perfect mix of classic and modern. The wait staff is great, and I can tell that the margarita has tequila in it, without tasting like hand sanitizer. It’s also a great place to watch major sports events, as they have several TVs and large projectors. It’s insulated from the sidewalk, so you get a great bar in the middle of Times Square, without the negative effects of the street grime. Would highly recommend!

Didn’t eat here, but I did want to mention that I have been here before and the food did look and smell amazing. I am writing the review because 1. There are no buy backs in this bar and although I know that’s not expected for a bar, it is appreciated - especially if someone had multiple consistent rounds and the bill came out to 200+ just on drinks alone. It’d be nice to have a cheap shot or a heavy pour thrown your way. 2. Every time I asked the bartender for something they wouldn’t say anything. They did deliver, but I feel like that personal bartender touch was missing. Like I’m talking about NOT A SINGLE WORD. It just felt weird and impersonal, like self checkout at a CVS.

Not the best or worst dive bar in the city. Kind of loud, not intimate at all, service mediocre , more understaffed as I was part of a Reunion party of 150 people and we had like 2 waitresses servi ng our people ! Food was cold when served and not so tasty (typical pub/bar fare. Other patrons in the bar seemed like relatively young blue collar types. Maybe its because our party had a few hours of open bar, but the drinks seemed a bit on the weak side too... Overall a mediocre joint at best...

Vols flag drew us in but the poor service drove us away :/ I was really excited to try the fried cauliflower but I guess I’ll never know how it is. We had bar seats for over 30 minutes and they never asked us once if we wanted food. It wasn’t even busy. Maybe it’s a culture thing 🤷🏻‍♂️

I ordered chicken bites and this is the first place ive ever seen charge u for a side of bbq sauce. The waiters come around after youve been sitting there for a half hour and THEN bring u water and ask what u want to eat. Then after they bring the super over priced food, they disappear. Never ask if u need more drinks, how is the food, nothing until u have to get up and ask someone for the waiter or waitress. They just figure because its NYC who cares? More people will come in. If they dont like it who cares? Not how u should treat customers imo

The restaurant was freezing cold, and the service was disappointing from start to finish. Our server was inattentive, and the food did not meet expectations at all. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend dining here.
