Baby idk if yall was trying to stretch the red beans and rice out or what… I had 1 spork full…. Why was it sooooooooooo soupy? As if water was put in it!!!!! Baby the flavor was soooo light?!? …. I said no way I’m being extra!? I took another spork full.. nah I tossed it to the trash so fast yes I definitely was not feeling that taste…. I love Popeyes that red bean and rice never misses… but bout an hour ago it definitely missed!!! And my order was ready in like 30 seconds I had a smile on my face!!!!

Ordered sandwiches, get home and opened the buns to find one individual chicken nugget in between buns. I took the food back and they gave me my money back in shame. I will never go to this business again and I strongly advise you not to do so either. Dishonest business. Do not spend your money here, they will steal from you.

As soon as I walked in the guy was using the tongs to put strips in a box. One of the strips fell and he used the tongs to pick up the strip. He threw the strip away but the tongs touched the floor when he used them to pick up the strip. He continued to used them tongs to make the rest of the order. Things like make me not trust a food establishment. That’s a person that will forget to wash hands etc….. the small stuff matter….. he doing unsanitary things without even noticing…..

Won't be ordering from here ever again. I ordered 12-piece boneless wings, and they sent me tenders! This is not what I wanted or what I ordered. I called the restaurant many times, and they never answered the phone.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience this day. This was my first time going to this location and my chicken was not cooked completely. It had blood coming from it, my biscuit was hard and dry, my Mac n cheese tasted watered down. The workers acted as though they really did not want to be there because asking them questions they looked at me like I was bothering him instead of just answering my questions. I was asking prices because I did not have my glasses on and one of the workers pointed to the board and I told him I could not see it. So he walked away and the lady that was working there was of no help either because she was too busy to help. The cashier was not that friendly. He didn't speak he just said what is your order. This location was not really kept up it was dirty on the floors and the tables. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place and I don't have a desire to go back. I say go at your own risk. I hope every day is not like that.

The manager working on 1/16/2025 at approx. 8pm his attitude is disgusting, disgraceful and just sad!!! as a manager you are held at a high standard and as a customer if I came in respectfully and wanted a drink changed what is the problem? He says to me “I would have to throw this drink away and make a new” hence I ordered a chilled instead frozen as a confusing thinking it meant frozen and he refuse to change it, after a back and forth battle arguing that I worked in fast food for 3 yrs he finally gave in and made the drink. Worst experience ever! Very bad customer service and very rude and unprofessional.

I’ve ordered 1 crispy chicken sandwich and they gave me chicken tenders instead. Sprite tastes like plain water. Horrible service.
