Applebee's always has the best deals around as far as that type of restaurant goes. Whether I'm getting there $16 for 3 appetizers or their happy hour, half price appetizers and drinks or their $10 biggie meal, everything is always on point, hot and fresh and the service is awesome. The atmosphere is nice, they got a bar there, nice , lighting and things to look at on the walls. It's also always very clean.

Morgan was the best server we’ve ever had. I had to leave a review after the incredible service we received from Morgan. This was easily a 10/10 experience, and it was entirely due to her exceptional care and professionalism. From the moment Morgan greeted our table, she made us feel like we were the most important guests in the restaurant. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering insightful recommendations and confidently answering all our questions about ingredients and preparation. Her attentiveness was perfect—she anticipated our needs and listened to our nonsense all the while ensuring our drinks were full and our meal was progressing smoothly. What truly set Morgan apart was their genuine warmth and positive energy. She was friendly, professional, and went the extra mile to make our evening special. It's rare to find a server who is not only highly skilled but also clearly passionate about creating a memorable experience for their guests. Morgan is an absolute asset to this establishment. Thank you for an amazing evening; we will definitely be back and hope to be seated in her section again.

Morgan was our server and she was absolutely amazing. She treated us with such kindness and patience and really made the experience. My friend was having a bad night and having such a gracious waitress really turned her night around. Morgan was absolutely fantastic. The service was wonderful the redecorating for Valentine's went a long way the service is always on point but sometimes the food can be off with either portions or temperatures. Still a good place to eat, relax, and take a load off

My servers name was Wayne and he is the absolute best. He is very knowledgeable of the menu and recommended a drink for me that was probably the best I’ve had at the restaurant. He checked on my table numerous times to ensure everything is going well. This was one of my best experiences at Applebee’s.

Waited 15 mins for someone to address us, they never did. I stood right at the hostess counter, tried saying hello, and was ignored. At 1 point we were waved to the side so they could check someone else in that had been waiting, Fine. But then still nothing everyone left, the Hostess was doing 5 other jobs because the waiters and waitresses and bussers were nowhere in sight.

Let's talk about how disgusting this is ! If DIRT comes off on a baby wipe OFF OF THE TABLES there's an issue .. clean this PLACE! Our waiter was the best part about this place! Thank you Jonelle for the amazing service !

My wife and I went here because it is one of our favorite places to eat. For the 1st time I must complain about the service. We were seated in the dining area and after noticing the wall paper peeling off the exterior wall we moved to a different table which was right across from where we were sitting. After sitting at the table for 15 minutes my wife went up to the person who sat us and asked for someone to serve us. It took another 5 minutes before someone eventually showed up to our table. This was around 330pm in the afternoon not the busy time of 6pm. This restaurant needs to be renovated because as we exited we noticed a few spots where the wall paper was peeling off the wall. We are done visiting this Applebee's.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent dining experience at your establishment. My medium-rare steak was significantly overcooked, and I found the quality to be unacceptable. Furthermore, my wife's four-cheese pasta was also overcooked, and the chicken tenders appeared to have been prepared in old oil, resulting in a burnt taste. I have observed that this location is consistently under-occupied, which, in my opinion, may be attributed to the service and food quality. I recall a similar situation with another restaurant, Friday's, which ultimately ceased operations due to subpar service and food that did not meet customer expectations. I am concerned that your establishment may be heading in a similar direction. It is regrettable that I must now consider traveling to a different county to enjoy a satisfactory meal at an Applebee's.
